Prices are insanely high. For example, nitrile gloves are twenty nine dollars per box! Same brand gloves any where else either dollars or less. They quoted me sixty nine dollars for a fuel pressure regulator, I got it at another store for eighteen.

Picked up windshield wipers for our 4Runner. Got a good deal at BOGO FREE which is great. Store was clean and well organized. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me get the deal that I didn't even see myself. They saved me $22.00 which is great for me as I like deals of any kind.

Well I had went to the North store to return something but I had lost my receipt but I wanted to look up with my phone number after 10-15 minutes the guy says he couldn't find it so I go to the South store cuz I know I bought it from O'Reilly's and the guy there named Bob had no problem of finding it for me returning it for me and getting what I needed for the day thanks Bob I'm so glad you took time of your day to do your job. Regardless if I'm spending $200 or run spin and zero I should be treated the same.

Never had a bad experience in the Burnside, KY store. Always great customer service especially from Wayne. He has always been very helpful when I'm struggling to figure out what is exactly wrong with my vehicle, and you can tell that he knows what he's talking about. Thank you for all your help! It is much appreciated.

Ron was amazing in my time of need. My tire went flat while driving down the road and luckily I was able to make it to Oreillys. I have really bad anxiety and I came in upset about my situation and Ron was very kind to me and helped me calm down and figure out the best solution for my problem all the while keeping money in mind which is always a concern for me. He even offered his services to come out and help if I needed it. He made my bad day better with his customer service. Thank you Ron and God bless!

Ron at the 4770 O'Reilly store was so great to us for service. He sold us a battery and installed it. It was so refreshing to talk to him,very professional and friendly. Hats off to you Ron,the company is lucky to have you as a employee.

There is a huge difference between the North store and the South store the South store seems to do great with three people and the north store can't do nothing with five people.Hats off to the South store and their service, they even answer the phone, wow!!!!
