When we went to look for a boat in mind buying one that same day. After looking at a couple different places we went Back to lookout marina.When we decide on the style of boat we wanted. We said we want this boat to be ready to take on the water by the weekend.We bought the boat on a Wednesday and by Saturday morning lookout marina had this boat ready for us to take out on the water.(Normally a week is required to get a boat ready) they accommodated with us and made that we had the best weekend on the water. And Blake our salesperson when above and beyond to make everything work out.I highly recommend lookout marina and talk to Blake for your boat needs. Happy boating!

As a first time boat buyer, I could not recommend Lookout Marine, and Blake Fellmy enough!!! Absolutely amazing buying process and they helped my wife and I pick out a boat beyond our expectations. Our Regal LS2 has been one of the greatest purchases for our family by a long shot. Blake has been an amazing help at helping answer all our million questions, and is the most likable friendly person I ve met. I would recommend anyone who is even thinking about 1 day owning a boat to contact him, he will set you up for lots of memories and great times on the water.

Blake Fellmy made our boat buying experience the Easy button for us. He is honest, dependable and fast to respond (even after the sale). We just have to brag on our experience we had with Lookout Marine. My wife and I were to close on another new Tritoon during our vacation during Labor Day with all of our children and grandchildren. Well to say the least that closing never happened. Their was an issue with the motor. The customer service was awful as we always had to text or call to get status. I made one call on the last Friday morning of our vacation to Lookout Marine and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Blake Fellmy. To make a long story short we were there within 2 hours looking at their beautiful boats. We met the most caring and Personable people you could ever ask to do business with. The customer service is above and beyond. The price they gave my wife and I was AMAZING!!! We love our new Barletta and are so happy to be part of the Lookout Marine family. We highly recommend Lookout Marine for ALL your Boating needs!!!

Lookout Marine found me the perfect pontoon!! My sales person Chase was no pressure and easy to work with and he spent a lot of time going through my new boat with me. Jimbob also gave great customer service as well as the entire team to make my boat buying experience fun and easy.

We have been customers of Lookout Marine since 2018. We purchased our Tritoon from them in 2018, and we have had all maintenance completed by them each year with no issues. This year they recommended replacing our batteries in the spring. On 4th of July weekend , our boat gave us a low voltage warning and quit running . Obviously we were unable to get it fixed over the holiday, but the following week Lookout Marine fixed the wiring to our batteries that they admittedly wired incorrectly and assured us that the batteries were good to go and the incorrect wiring had not damaged any other mechanical parts, including the alternator. During our houseboat vacation week shortly after , the same problem occurred while we were on the lake. I immediately called Lookout Marine and was put on hold for several minutes and we then told the service manager had stepped out for lunch and would give me a ring back later , even though I explained the emergency situation to the man on the phone. Fortunately, we were able to contact Troxtell Marine and they put us in touch with a mechanic who was able to replace our alternator and get us back on the lake quickly. Lookout Marine refused to take any responsibility for the alternator and made note that they hadn t charged us for the additional service call, which I would only expect as they were doing the service call to correct their mistake. I m disappointed that as long time customers, we received such poor customer service and support. The good news is that we have found an honest mechanic who will be servicing our boat in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend Lookout for all of your boating needs! They made the boat buying experience feel more like a family event just by their hospitality One person in particular is Blake Fellmy. WHAT. A. GUY. Let me tell you, he knows how to not only be a good sales person, but also a genuine friend as well. 10/10 would give him any future business and so should everyone else

I was new to town and in the market for a boat. Not necessarily a new one. Luckily I came across Blake with Lookout Marine. They made it easy for me when it came to all the options and decisions that went into buying a new boat. I will definitely be back at Lookout for future purchases and would refer anyone who is in the market.

I purchased a 2004 Sea Ray Sunsport this year from Lookout Marine. The entire experience from purchase to delivery could not have been better. My salesperson, Scott kept me fully updated between the sale and when the boat was available for pickup. Ryan in the service department was outstanding with excellent communication. When I was unable to find a boat hauler to move the boat to Louisville, Betty helped me secure an excellent hauler. Dustin, the general manager even loaded the large 290 on the hauler's trailer for the trip to Louisville. You often hear "service after the sale". Lookout Marine epitomizes "service after the sale". I am a picky buyer, made many calls to them and they were very patient with me. It was truly an outstanding boat buying experience! I have been a boater since the early 70's and have owned many boats. I boated on Lake Cumberland for about 15 years and have been on the Ohio River for about 20 years here in Louisville. I highly recommend Lookout Marine.

Salesman was really nice and informative. Made a .good deal on their new boat and a fair offer on mine for trade in. Had some motor problems on first few days, but they were handled quickly. Good service to date.

If you are ready to purchase a boat, like the Tritoon, which I highly recommend, this is the place to go. As far as the sales team at LOOKOUT MARINE, Blake Fellmy is the MAN! He answered all our questions and was very thorough and professional to say the least. Great folks!

We just purchased a boat from Lookout Marine, a beautiful Bennington. We came from another state to purchase it, dealership was excellent, very caring and nice people to work with. We worked with Adam, several back-and-forthwith And he was always available, cordial, glad to service us. It ended up being a great deal through this company. We would highly recommend this company.

Bought our boat here in 2018. Our yearly service has been completed here every year. This year the service department has been poor, at best. I ll take my business elsewhere.

I m not normally one to do a lot of reviews but this seemed worthy. We purchased a pontoon from lookout marine last October. The experience was not high pressure and though we spent a lot of money overall the staff/salesperson was one reason we chose them over two other dealers. We did not get a chance to use the boat until this past week. Unfortunately, something catastrophic happened in our motor that left us stranded on the water. I placed a call and within an hour they had people in a boat looking for us to assist in getting us back to our slip. We were able to get a tow but the two people sent tried their best to get us up and running but ended up taking our boat out of the water. This was late on a Friday evening, by Saturday morning they had an answer to the problem but Mercury marine could not be reached for parts. I got a call first thing on Monday and was informed that they were taking the lower unit from a new motor and getting me up and running by 11:00 am because it would take six days for the replacement unit to arrive. To me this is the ultimate definition of customer service from Dwight the mechanic and his helper, do not have a name, to The general manager, Jimbob, even our salesperson Chase called to follow up. I realize that this is lengthy and everyone will get a negative review at times but we need to take the time to also say Thanks when warranted. Based on this alone I will recommend them to anyone who ask me for a reference.Thank You Lookout Marine and your employees

My son and his family were at the lake with friends and called me in Ohio because there was some kind of battery/starter issue on my boat. I could not solve the problem over the phone so I told them to take it to Lookout Marine as they service both of our boats. I then called Lookout to let them know my son was on the way and asked if they could take a look. This was on Memorial Day Saturday about 80 minutes before thry closed. The technicians found the issue, corrected it, gave my son a break on the labor and had them back on the water in less than an hour! Hard to get service like this anymore so it was truly appreciated. They could have easily told us that they were busy and it was close to closing, but they did not. Saved the weekend for a party of 7, of which 4 had never been to Lake Cumberland before!

Terrible customer service and support. Do not buy parts here. Left me with $200 parts that I can't even use cause there incorrect and told me they wouldn't return them even though they were never installed and 2 days after purchasing. I do alot of work on boats. First and last time I will ever do business with them. All my customers have been told to shop elsewhere.

We had a verbal deal with Dreama to pick up a boat next day then got a "text" no phone call later in day that they took a deposit on boat sorry bout your luck...We had already called to get appointment to have boat detailed next week. Poor way to do business. We had been working on the deal for 2 days and had tried the boat out. Steer clear head on down the road.

Look out wallet, took my boat over to them to fix the water pump on a 40 horse Honda. When they were finished putting the water pump in it was making a noise that it had not made before. They said the fly wheel magnets were probably loose. So instead of taking the fly wheel off and looking at it they ordered a new one and put it on. The noise was still there. At this time I didn't know what to do so I left with my boat. The next 4 years I used the boat very little because I was concerned about the motor making a noise. I tore the water pump down today and discovered why it was making the noise. The stainless steel housing the impeller fits in had and melted the plastic housing. The tang on the stainless steel housing was not in the slot it was supposed to be in. I called Lookout today and told them about this. I told them this happened 4 years ago and that I had not used the boat a lot. He told me he found the invoice on the fly wheel but did not have any information on the water pump labor or the water pump replacement. Imagine that!! He said I should have brought it back at that time. After a water pump and fly wheel replacement I could not afford to take it back. These people lie and their work is pathetic. Don't waste your time or money!

Cordial, informative,large selection, good mechanics, nice showroom. Awful busy, alright for them, not for the customer. Friendly people. Would I go back? Yes. Long way for me to travel,2:30mins.
