Took my vehicle there for one thing. They called me told me I needed 5 things that I didn't need wanted $2500.00 to fix things that I fixed myself for less than $200.00 told me my battery was bad because they couldn't find the short. Ended up paying $ 400.00 and still have same problem. Apparently they don't have any true mechanics. So won't be waiting my money at Fox Automotive again. I suggest you find somewhere that they have agnostic mechanics that are certified

I used these guys twice and was very happy I did. They were thorough, fast and very courteous. Before diving into expensive fixes, they called and went over what they found first. Will certainly be using them from now on.

I called on a Friday afternoon concerning a serious brake issue and to my surprise, they told me to bring it on in and they'd take a look at it. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and kept me informed each step of the way. They have a comfortable waiting lounge with restrooms and beverages for their customers. There was an issue of the wrong part being delivered but they stayed open well past closing time in order to finish the repair on my car so I could drive it home that same day. Awesome customer service, truly above and beyond. The brakes have been repaired and I've had no more issues. A+++!! I highly recommend them for all your car service needs.

Fox did a great job installing a track bar, and all the tie rod ends on my 2018 Ford F350 4x4. The technician did learn something about the ICON track bar I had him install, but after instal he knew exactly what to do to fix the very minor problem. This is lee Throckmorton as fox has there reveiws set to one per person per day Well after having problems with them on my jeep I decided to give them a second chance with my daily driver my Chrysler 300 witch needed new tires and a check over I new it has some small issues that wouldn't effect the day to day driveablity they checked everything except what I asked them to do and broke a wheel speed sensor and refused to fix it saying they didn't do it witch I find interesting seeing how my abs and traction control lights where not on when I brought it to them as it this is the second time I have been there and they have broken parts on my vehicles and did not replaced or refund I will not ever be going back I recommend you stay far away from these guys

I looked at these reviews and went here. If you go here, tell him about this one. I've got something wrong with the engine, but told him that's not what I'm really worried about right this minute... it's the front end, I told him I could only hear it when I drive and turn. Let me put this out there... it's $50 for them to take your car for a drive without you if they can't figure it out while you're there. Well, he went for a drive with me and for the first time, my car is NOT making the bad noise I'm there for! But I explained where it was and when it would do it... so he said he was sure they'd figure it out. They did! It was about $140 for the front wheel bearing and the speed sensor, and a few other things. They were really nice about it! And I had to be in Ohio by the next 2 days... DONE! And done right! He also explained why it happened and showed me the piece he took off! I really like that! If you want to trust a mechanic..I do recommend them

Mike is an awesome guy who runs an honest business. They are fast with their repairs, and if they don't think they can fix it in an afternoon they will tell you before they begin the work. Can't recommend them enough. Great people.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I'm feeling mistreated by Mike (the owner) and his techs after bring my jeep in for a clutch witch they replaced and didnt properly bleed witch led to the brakes failing and locking up while I was driving witch destroyed my brakes meaning I needed new brakes witch they wanted me to pay for witch I refused witch they later made right however after picking it up the clutch is still soft (needs bled) and my shifter knob is broken I won't be doing business with them from now on

My wife s starter went out today (Friday) and I called after noon and they fixed the car and she picked up before 5:30. Everywhere else was telling me next week at the soonest and some places were booked for more than 2 weeks. This is a large and busy shop but they still made time late on a Friday so she would have her car. Very friendly staff. Can t recommend enough!

Very professional, polite, and kind people. Me and my friend were passing through Somerset, but our car broke down so we had to have it towed. Unfortunately, the first towing company we called (Tim's mobile garage and towing, do NOT go there) was unprofessional, very slow, and tried to rip us off for $300. We then decided to switch to Fox Total Car Care. They took a quick look and told us it was a simple fix of the gear shift and only charged us for $60. The entire fix took about 20 minutes, which would have cost us more like a week if we went with Tim. Highly recommended!Service: Transmission

Highly recommend this place! We were in a bind when we broke down on our way to Iowa. The tow company we went with (Tim's Mobile Garage) turned out to be a bad idea because Tim was a violent con artist who just wanted to screw me and my friend out of as much money as he could. Had him tow it to Fox Total Car Care and he snapped when we wouldn't pay $300+ for the tow. The owner of FTCC came to our defense and quickly had the situation under control.Long story short, they fixed what ended up being a simple problem with our vehicle in no time and for only $60. All the staff at FTCC were very professional and personable, and they certainly will look out for the best interests of the customer - to say the least!Service: Transmission

The employees there Marcus Matthew and the rest are really sweet they make you feel welcome they take good care of your car and they let you know anything they're doing before they work on your vehicle and after very fast very convenient and very helpful

Literally charged me 45$ almost just to clean my gas cap area, in which I could ve done myself for free. I took it to get diagnosed and see why the check engine light came on and all they did was clean around my gas cap.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
