Did not call back after they told me they would. Didn't show up. Left us hanging.. Called them back numerous times with no response. Very Unprofessional, and undependable. Would not count on them to show. Left us in a very bad spot. Never call again and would not recommend.

Came to repo car, fine no issues (it getting repoed was on me, not them). I had an infant inside so I sent someone else outside to get my subs, and told him to get what he could out of the vehicle. Well, he ended up leaving several pairs of shoes, a several thousand dollar ring, personal documents, a $200 breast pump, etc. I did have a decent amount of trash in the vehicle because I have 3 kids and always on the road (drive for money). I asked if I could come get the rest myself personally, yes , then by that evening it was ((apparently)) already moved. So I started contacting my bank, they contacted the auction that had possession of the car at that point (this was nearly two weeks after), auction said they never received any items with the car and the repossession agency had them, then that was just ran in circles for about 3 days before FINALLY the repo company admitted to bagging anything left in the car and trashing it . Weird flex but okay. I m not the brightest crayon but I definitely know the difference in trash and at least the shoes, clothes, jewelry, breast pumps, a tablet, etc etc etc. Service: Car towing

I was locked out of my car last night, had about 8 people trying to get it open for an hour. Two employees of flops recovery just happened to drive by and see us, they pulled in and got my car open in about 5 minutes, they did this out of kindness, they were extremely nice and I m so grateful they stopped and helped us, when they didn t have to!

THUGS!!! The most unprofessional group I have ever seen in my life. They Steal items from your vehicle and deny it even after you have video proof of them doing it. BEWARE!! Very Shady businesses practices.

Repossessed my vehicle. Come to get my $ and belongings out of my car and $220 was missing form my arm rest . Left and called the cops . Got a text from the owner saying he would make sure I didn t get my car back . (SCUM)
