If you want good service, ask for Cody. Actually, everyone there was so professional and courteous, and made me feel like a member of their family. I went looking for a specific vehicle and Cody assisted me and my wife to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. Cody was patient and answered any and all questions directly. We were able to leave today with the vehicle that I wanted, even though he had to search all of Don Franklin Nissan in the area. After finding my vehicle, he assured me he would have it there today and within a couple of hours I was sitting in it!I will always go to Don Franklin Nissan, or any of the Don Franklin locations due to the level of customer service I received today. Thank you to Cody and the entire staff that made this happen today. From finance to the detail shop and the driver that had to go get my car two hours away, thank you.

First of all, let me say it is probably a 4.6 rating. Our representative in purchasing our truck from Don Franklin Nissan was Mitch Proctor. He was the most patient person in our search and provided us excellent customer service and support! Our goal was to find a trustworthy individual to help us in our search. He was truly the one. The only reason why we went other places to look and then came back Mitch. What an asset he is to your company! And the only reason I did not give Don Franklin in Nissan a five star Rating was because their sales were going so well that day and they only had one individual to complete the paperwork needed to get us out the door in a timely fashion. All in all it was a very positive experience. 4.5

Great sales team, worked with us and was honest. Quick process and super friendly staff. Will definitely be going there again for any vehicles needed in the future. Would highly recommended them to anyone.

Brandon my sales representative has been an excellent asset to the company and my family. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Nissan and from Brandon and all future ones will be from him and them. I let him know everything upfront and he said he could do it and he did. Got me a Nissan Pathfinder with 3rd row seating, tow capacity for my boat, payments where I wanted them and even the moon roof for my wife.Happy as can be!

I have never in my life left a review for a car dealership, much less a car salesman but Seth Price absolutely deserves recognition for being amazing. He was so easy to work with and I m not the easiest customer to work with. If he has the choice to review me, it would be like 2/5 max . What makes him great? This young man is intelligent, has a great personality, and most importantly, he wasn t pushy. He didn t start the usual it won t be here tomorrow! garbage. He literally let me decide what I wanted and if I wanted it. He was the man with the keys and the answers to my questions. When the lot didn t have exactly what I was looking for, he arranged for a truck from Lexington to be brought to the Somerset store and, after some negotiation, I purchased it. But wait, there s more! This guy is so sweet that he brought me an adjustable hitch to replace the one I had that wasn t going to be low enough for what I needed and it fits perfectly. I wouldn t go asking him for Reese hitches but know that he s the kind of guy who does that kind of thing. Go see him!

Kristian Allen Gleason the man the myth the legend. The ONLY car salesman I will ever do work with! It was such a great day in the dealership, had me at the number I wanted to be at before I even stepped into the front door. Kristian helped get me such a good deal I couldn t have passed it up he is the MAN. If you are looking for any of your car needs Kristian is your guy!!

Had my 2015 Ford F-150 truck serviced today with scheduled oil change, tire rotation and balancing and routine maintenance inspection. Service was done in a positive professional manner. Completed within an hour and l was very satisfied.

Wonderful experience. Went in met with Ryan Dobbs, great guy very helpful. Also had a chance to speak with Seth Price he is also a wonderful employee. If you re looking to get a car go see these guys! Would 10/10 recommend this dealership to everyone.

Enjoyed buying this car more than any other because everything was like it was supposed to be when buying a car. Got a fair trade and everyone has been wonderful from salesmen, to F&I, service manager and staff in the service dept, so far what they said they would do they have done. Couldn t be happier and glad we chose Don Franklin!

My frontier had a recall for the steering emblem and steering airbag assembly.That job appears to have been done.The problem I have is with the free check they did on my truck , they told me I need to have the brakes replaced along with rotors even though the rotors were checked off as good on the check sheet.I feel that your service department was simply trying to get more than was needed. I left there with an uneasy feeling and decided to have my brakes checked by someone else. They wanted $800 for a brake job which seems a bit steep.

Jonathan Owens was absolutely amazing to work with during this purchase! This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from the Don Franklin Somerset family and the 2nd from this particular lot! Everyone is so attentive, but not pushy and they truly work with you! This car is for our son. Jonathan Owens was very knowledgeable and understanding of what we were looking for in a vehicle for our child. Honest and attentive to us! We came to the lot looking for a specific type of car, it was brought to us from a different lot, test drove, and bought all in the same day! We never felt pressure to purchase either. It all just fell into place perfectly! Can t wait to work with Jonathan Owens and the staff of this Nissan lot again for our next purchases! It s a safe bet to say this is our families go to spot when looking for vehicles! We highly recommend!!

My service representative was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. While the price of the battery replacement was far too high considering competitors prices, I did have some peace of mind that the service was being performed correctly and I was treated very well from start to finish. I couldn t have asked for better customer service from the young man who assisted me. He was truly exceptional.

I was greeted upon arrival very friendly and professionally. I was informed of work they were going to do and the appropriate time frame to complete it. Work was completed satisfactory and in the allocated time frame. My representative gave me his card to contact him if there was an issue or needed anything. 100/10 experience today at Don Franklin Somerset Nissan. Cody Charles has went above and beyond finding me the perfect vehicle that fit my needs. he worked with me for months sending me vehicle on top of vehicle. He never once pushed me to the back of his mind & was very persistent keeping up to date on what vehicles he had in stock & what i was interested in. he was never pushy & always upfront about every single detail. I couldn t thank him enough for his professionalism. i could really tell that he genuinely wanted what was best for me when buying a vehicle. I ll never go anywhere else but to Cody Charles! Definitely give him an opportunity to earn your business because he just earned mine for the rest of my life!

My wife, Cortney and I went to Don Franklin Nissan to look at a vehicle we saw online we were interested in. When getting to the lot we were assisted by Cody Charles, who informed us that particular vehicle had been sold. We told him our budget and he instantly went to work to locate something to fulfill our needs. He located a vehicle from another lot and went to get it himself. After seeing the vehicle and driving it, we decided we were interested in it. Cody worked hard to meet our budget needs. He went above and beyond to help find the vehicle for us. When it was said and done, we ended up with a newer vehicle than we were looking for, for the same price. Cortney and I would highly recommend going to Don Franklin Nissan and work with Cody on your next purchase. Thank you Cody!

Me and my husband purchased a beautiful new Nissan Pathfinder. I absolutely love it. I want to thank Cody Charles for all his help along with the other staff a wonderful team. I went to Nissan to only look today and ended up making a purchase of a Nissan pathfinder. That's how good my experience was. Never felt like I was dealing with a pushy salesman. I actually enjoyed purchasing this pathfinder with ease. Thanks Brandon and Cody.

I can not say enough great things about Don Franklin. I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2017 and purchased my second in 2023. I ve recommended many people to come to Don Franklin. From their sales to their service, they are truly top notch. We recently bought our vehicle from Robin at the Dodge dealership in Somerset and it was as easy as it could have been. I highly recommend!

John well surpassed my expectations. I showed up for an oil change and he said it would be about an hour wait, unfortunately I didn't have an hour to wait because I was actually working at the time. I asked if they could possibly give me a ride back to work so I didn't have to miss for that long. He said he would see what he could do. He was able to get the Parts delivery person to take me back and they would pick me up when service was complete. And that's exactly what they did! It was the most incredible experience I've ever had with Don Franklin and I am so grateful for service team members that care and understand.
