Brian Nichols was absolutely fantastic! He explained any questions we had. He went above & beyond to put me in the vehicle that I had my heart set on despite the hurdles we had I still drove away in the vehicle I wanted. This was our 2nd time dealing with Don Marshall & we will be back. I highly recommend going to see Brian at Don Marshall kia. Excellent experience!

We had a great experience. The salesman Mike went above and beyond to help us. Management and financial team did everything they could and got us the new Kia Sportage X-Line we wanted with the low payment we asked for. This makes twice I ve dealt with Don Franklin, and surely will not be the last.

Patrick my salesman was awesome. David ackers at the Elizabeth town store was awesome as wellI did not appreciate the sales manager, Rich leaving me a voicemail message telling me he had people wanting to purchase the truck. He should ve gone ahead and sold it.I also did not appreciate the finance manager, calling me trying to finagle the remainder Thousand dollars on my loan by offering me a warranty on the truck that clearly was overpricedWhen I explained to the finance manager purchase my warranty with the dealership here in Louisville for half the price he wanted to charge me. He was not happy whatsoever.The truck had only been partially detailed when you lifted the rear seat. There was so much dog hair. It was unbelievable. The vehicle had been too smoked in that I could not handle the smell even though they tried to get it out.I ll keep looking forward truck

We just bought a car from this Kia dealership last weekend. We were promptly greeted by George and he was awesome to work with! We told him what we were looking for and he made sure we found it. We had been to other Kia dealerships but had the most positive experience here. Highly recommend George as he never pushed us to purchase but made sure we got what we wanted. We walked away happy new Kia owners!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Highly Recommend!!! I ve had the oil changed in our new Kia twice at Don Franklin Kia of Somerset, KY and both times we have been treated amazing. Today my wife called and said the check engine light came on, I called the service department and spoke with Tyler and he told me to have it there at 1:00, they got it straight in, found out the simple issue, had the part on-stock and got it fix and back on the road in a couple hours!!! Everyone I ve came into contact there has been super nice and very professional!!!

Updated: April 5th, 2024. If you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Brandon or Shane. Let them know Stephen Alley sent you. I worked with Brandon Wilson again and as always he was great. He introduced me to Shane Luttrell who was a pleasure to work with. Shane was able to answer all my questions and was transparent about everything. I test drove multiple vehicles and Shane was able to tell me about the incentives currently offered by Don Franklin Somerset Kia. We were able to come to a great deal on a new vehicle. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these folks. Also, to finalize the deal, Cody Vest was helpful on the paperwork and very transparent. He was able to answer questions about the service plans and made sure I had everything I needed when I left.When I arrived at the store in the showroom it seemed Brandon was with me to help within seconds. I informed Brandon what I was intrested in and a budget. Brandon showed me multiple choices of the Kia Soul. I was able to test drive the ones I wanted. We did not make a deal the first or second day as I was not ready to commit to the sale at the time. On the third day Brandon continued to help me look for the right vehicle (as if I was a new customer) and we were able to make the deal. I got the car I wanted for a fair price. Brandon was also very knowledgeable with the Kia Soul and all the warranties Kia offered. I am a returning customer for Southeast Kia. My first experience was basic but nothing special. This is my second vehicle purchase and as long as Brandon is there or sales associate like minded, I will continue business there. I have been to other Kia dealerships in the state and I would rather stay at Southeast Kia. After a few days of have the vehicle Brandon actually called me to follow up to make sure the vehicle was what I wanted and how I like it. That kind of customer service sets the standard in my eyes.

Called Don Franklin with needing assistance on my car. It was still under warranty and we had the whole engine replaced. Chad was amazing about keeping me up with everything happening and took time to do so. The customer service at Don Franklin Kia was awesome and will definitely be taking my Kia there for all the things! The service department goes above and beyond of what is expected. They are very courteous and experienced. They explain in detail what's going on with your vehicle. If you have any questions at all, they want you to ask so you feel better about your drive. They're always happy to see you come. And they're always happy to see you satisfied when leaving. I seem to always go to the same person when coming in. Ty takes care of me and explains things to me when my car is serviced. I am very pleased!

I live in Knoxville and every experience I had was so negative and dishonest I ended up searching out of state. I found these guys and they were honest, efficient, and got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Had the Carfax minutes after inquiring.They offered extra things I wasn t interested in and they weren t pushy at all when I declined. I highly recommend working with these people if you re looking for a decent vehicle. I ll be back and this is where I m directing my family.

They didn t try to mislead me or pressure me like some dealerships do. They worked with me on the numbers and were transparent about the conditions for leasing a car. Stan did a great job, along with the other Don Franklin Kia employees. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Got my oil changed. I was able to drop my car off and pick it back up when it was finished. The staff was very informative and didn t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn t need. Great experience today.

I originally made a call about a 2021 Kia Forte I had saw online, Brandie was so nice and informative and assured me they could help me! When I got to the dealership Stanley got things moving quickly, and actually got me into a brand new 2024 Kia Forte. He was very transparent and informative throughout the whole process and made sure I got the best bang for my buck!

Great experience from Ryan in service and the sales manager named Brandon. We had an issue, brought it up during a service to Ryan, he took it to Brandon and then Brandon went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
