Danny Sweet was great to deal with. Honest and straightforward. Bought a 2024 Ram 1500 Bighorn. Danny and Sean (sales manager) worked with me to get the truck I needed. They even went the extra mile to get a couple of other things I needed on the truck. They matched the price of the Chevrolet truck I was considering. Good deal and no pressure buying!

Didn t have an appointment, just rolled up at 8:30am on a Friday for a last minute oil change and once over. Just got home from a long roadtrip and was leaving for another. This service department is like none other, great group of employees. Took me in, I waited for the vehicle and out in 45minutes. Wish I could say the same for the local McDonalds where I purchased a breakfast sandwich to eat while waiting ..simple sausage, egg & cheese on a bagel easy right?!?! Not for McD s it had MAYO ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BAGEL! Anyway, thanks for getting me out fast so I could go somewhere to eat!!Don Franklin CJDR Service & Parts Departments are Awesome .thank you!!!!

Easiest, quickest, hassle free deal I have ever made buying a car. I tried local Legacy Nissan the day before and couldn t work out a deal. They were horrible. They tried pushing me into driving multiple cars. Offered nothing for my trade. A joke. I Called Don Franklin on my lunch break next day and talked to Cody the next day, he found the SAME CAR, picked it up at Glasgow. My mother had an heart attack in the middle of the deal and the next day when she was okay we finished the trade and he delivered my new car to me at the hospital! Stress free! And I love my new 2023 Nissan Sentra SR Premium! 4 out of 5 of our last car buys have been Don Franklin!

I appreciate Lamar in the service department who continues to be prompt in his service and follow up to resolve issues with my Jeep Wrangler. He works to schedule appointments and order parts as quickly and efficiently as possible and is attentive to the frustration and difficultly that vehicle maintenance can create. He is an asset to your dealership and he provides excellent customer service. He is thorough in his explanation of repairs and services provided during each service visit prior to me settling up with the sweet ladies at the front desk. Plus your bathrooms are always clean.

What a great job by Jordan Bernard and the entire staff at Don Franklin Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep RAM. I have been looking for a Ram 1500 for several months now. When i reached out to Jordan he was great to work with. No pressure, always responsive even after hours and came in on his day off to meet with me. Earlier in the week while traveling for business i reached out to Jordan. It would have been easy for him to push me aside since i am not from the area and I was not there in person but he didn't. He answered all my questions day and night. I arrived around 4:30 on a Thursday. We test drove a few trucks, had some fun negotiations back and forth and closed the deal. I am not an easy person to work with when buying a car but they did a great job and i am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Jordan and Don Franklin Dodge to anyone and i will end by saying it was worth the drive for me.

Had a great experience here! We found a vehicle online and drove up from Tennessee to check it out. We were so impressed with everyone we met, especially our salesman Enoch. They were knowledgeable about their stock, listened to what we needed from a financial standpoint, and answered all of our questions. We wish we were closer so we could send more business their way! A great experience from start to finish.

Don Franklin Ram in Somerset KY is #1 in my assessment of experience. I had been in the car business for 25 years and I am now retired. While searching for a new truck on the internet, I found the truck of my dreams at this location.I called the dealership and asked about the vehicle I located and worked out a deal with Joe Henderson & Jeff Laswell to my satisfaction.I have to tell you in my honest opinion, this is the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a new vehicle.It was courteous, friendly, honest and laid back. No pressure at all. The inventory they stock is above and beyond what any other dealer has in stock.If you looking for a new or used vehicle, I would look no further than Don Franklin family of dealerships. I live 350 miles from them and would definitely make the drive for my next purchase, hands down!!!!

Went in for old change, tire rotation, and a car wash. They were very prompt and timely. My only complaint is they forgot to wash the wheels on the driver side. The rest of the car looked good and they remembered to reset the oil reminder notification. I ll be returning for future services.

A++ By far the easiest vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. Dealer was located over 2 hours away from me. They gave me a very fair price on my trade. They picked up my trade and delivered my new truck for free. Didn t even have to interrupt my busy work schedule. Highly recommend and will continue to look them up every time I m in need for a new vehicle. Michael was my sales person and he is top notch. Highly recommend!

My wife took her car in for oil change they recommended service for vehicle, got recommend service done. She was already upset because as soon as she pulled in they asked what's mileage, she told them 55k said you have to get this and that done, and did not explain to her what it was for just you have to or void warranty. They finished the service job. Got back into vehicle and ran awful, shifting extrmely hard , she went back to dealership for them see what happen, she seen a light is on in vehicle, she did not understand what it was on for.The rep tried tell my wife that it's normal due to auto shut off. Which my wife had to explain no it is not thats something different. When the engine shut off comes on its green, and wanted tell my wife it's normal which made her feel stupid, with lobby full of people.Brought vehicle back to her after the incident said was fixed and sent her on the way, they never explained the why behind what happen, or what was done to fix the issue. She left very frustrated and not happy.I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and had multiple services done.This by far has been the worse experience we experienced, last time the mechanic forgot the oil in the vehicle which was okay I caught it before left. I understand we are human and all make mistakes.Now I am second guessing trusting this dealership with my vehicle.

My salesman Jeremiah was great to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured or try to play sales tricks like some people. Only issue I may have is when they try to sale me the extended warranty they presented it as how much it increased my payment instead presenting the cost up front. Jeremiah was great to deal with.

It was a good experience dealing with the Don Franklin team. Logan was a great salesman. Logan stayed several hours later than he was scheduled to help us out. He gave us time to discuss among ourselves and didn't push anything on us. I'm very happy with our purchase.

Robin was AMAZING. We purchased our Chrysler Pacifica at Don Franklin in somerset, KY.We did everything over the phone and it was the smoothest process I ve ever done. Robin was great help to my family and I. He even held my sweet baby while we installed car seats into our new car. We are thankful for the great experience we had here.Highly recommend

I absolutely LOVE this shop. The employees are always so upfront and friendly. They always explain everything as much as possible and don t try to pressure you into getting service done that isn t necessary. Recommend to anybody and everybody that needs good service done

Part of buying a vehicle is a service department and it s very easy to get in and get your vehicle serviced and Lemar Sexton is a very great employee who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everyone is taken care of to the best of his knowledge and his ability.. Lemar Sexton and the rest of the staff are very friendly and they seem to care . To me when people are like that it is a lot easier to deal with them

Never wanted to write this but here it is today.Had electrical issues that are talked about all over the internet, was told there are none. What was to be 30 min fix for start/stop turned into a day, then the electrical system failed completely stranding my wife, they got the car back took the next day to fix, w days later it dies again and we where told to just jump it. Which probably would have voided a warranty. Took 2 service crew members 2 hours trying to get it started then towed it back to shop to finially fix. The service writer I dealt with was horrible. Then when we turned it in charged by US Bank for a low tread tire which was missed apparently during the last oil change, and some minor scratches. On a truck. I will never do business with them again or especially us bank, tons of bogus fees and made up charges.

Being a long time satisfied customer of Don Franklin Automotive at the Columbia Nissan a Ford lots.I cannot say enough about the group at Chrysler Dodge Ram in Somerset . This is my second Ram from this location and it has been a great process both times . I had Michael Larkin on my second purchase on 1/6/24 could not ask for a better sales associate. He was very helpful and answered all my questions making this purchase an easy process. The whole group at this location has been very helpful both times. Once again Thanks !

Review:I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Jeremiah at the Ram dealership. Not only did he lie to me, but he also essentially stole money that I was rightfully owed due to an issue with my Ram vehicle. I must say that I would never recommend this dealership, and particularly not this dealer.From the moment I walked into the dealership, Jeremiah s lack of professionalism was evident. He seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which immediately set a negative tone for the entire interaction. As I explained the issue I was facing with my Ram, he assured me that he would take care of it and that I would be compensated accordingly.However, as the process unfolded, it became apparent that Jeremiah s promises were nothing more than empty words. Instead of addressing the problem and providing a fair resolution, he chose to deceive me and withhold the money that I was rightfully owed. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.In conclusion, my experience with Jeremiah at the Ram dealership was nothing short of disappointing. His lies and theft of my owed money have left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise against dealing with this dealership and especially caution against engaging with Jeremiah.

Bought a 2021 camero 2ss 1le, 14,000miles this company doesn t check there used vehicles or inspect them properly, very unhappy with my purchase due to the issues with the vehicle that could have been avoided and driving 1.5 hrs to the dealership and waiting 5 days to get it back after driving 1.5 hrs back to the dealership to look at the issues. Then they give me my car back dirty on the inside and didn t take care of it. Then I just asked for an extra oil change for the inconveniences and they ignored me. Very unhappy with this company don t buy a vehicle from them.

I have done business with Don Franklin of Somerset Dodge and Ram on multiple occasions. My dealings with sales and maintenance have always been pleasant and everyone has been capable and professional. I recently needed alignments on both of my vehicles done on the same day and they made it happen.
