Sunday morning and we're checking out of our Condo on Lake Cumberland and I notice a screw in my truck tire.I Google tire repair near me open now, and Cumberland tire is the first one that comes up. It says they're open 24 hours so I call. Cody answers the phone and meet me at the shop within 10 minutes. It turns out that the screw did not puncture the tire, so I didn't need it plugged, but Cody put some tire rubber on it anyway just to be safe. He has my tire back on and me back on the road in 15 minutes.Over and above professional and polite customer service on a Sunday morning! Thank you Cody!
