Got stuck in a gravel lot that was saturated. Driver was professional and very helpful. I would recommend calling if your in need of wrecker services.

My Corvette broke down on me and not many places can haul a Corvette due to them being super low and not having any hook points. This wasn t a problem for Candito s, they were on the scene in 20 minutes and had me loaded up in about 15 minutes after arrival without damaging the car! Driver was very friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and quick process in a frustrating to me situation. Unloading went very smooth as well, and the price for the service provided was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

I will never work with them again!One of the worst shops in the whole state!They couldn't wait few minutes so I can resolve the issue with our paying system, in the end they charged me more and threaten me to tow our truck to their shop with different rates if we don't pay in next 5 min.Lady in dispatch service, 0 star for her.Thank you, have a nice day.

I was rescued at Pilot in Walton KY. This guy was a tall, bearded-beast! Beast! .because this kat knew his ISH! Foolish of me to not ask his name, Great conversations the entire drive. He was cautious, careful, and very professional. I don t want to break down again but I pray I get to see him again. Love that tow truck! KoolKat! Endless Kudos!

Very unprofessional, said the would be there in 60-90min and arrived 2 half hours later not to mention driver was very rude. I don't recommend them for anything! Very poor service

When I was stuck in the mud and someone tried to save my car and then they got stuck candidos saved the day and got both vehicles recovered. Really good and honest prices too. I was really not expecting to get out that day but they really did the impossible with great efficiency.

Hlo Everyone.Here is the story ,i don t recommend their towing service.these guys are charging too much extra.On date 1/15/2024 my truck trailer was slip from snow.I call to cop.he came and ask me for call to towing.he said ,he can call .it will be the same charge .he call to them.Tow driver came at 3 am .he noticed and told me he need one more tow truck .he call to other driver .he came at 5 .they pull my truck in 10 mint ,after that i drive my truck to loves .Once they make a bill first tow driver put 4 hour and per hour 875 usd dollar .he was there at 2 and done everything 5 .It should be 3 hour .i understand he wait for another driver .But ,he charge one more hour and 2nd driver came at 5 .he was there only 30 mints .he also charge me for 4 hour.Both driver was from same company.they charge me $6489 usd dollar and they didn t listen to me .I was already in trouble there .they charge 4 time extra and per hour $875,since that day i am regreting to call them .This was the bigg mistake of life to call Candido towing .please no body call them .if somebody need any proof i have all the bills.

Fast and friendly service. I was driving out of state and my transmission broke, called these guys up and got to me within an hour, the driver billy was super helpful and friendly in helping me with my car, my car is lowered and modified and billy made sure to take the extra time in making sure it wasn t damaged at all. If you ever get stranded or have any issues, make sure you call them!

We had a harrowing, rollover accident and Billy was AMAZING! After we left in the ambulance, he turned our car over and carefully collected precious belongings (we were on a trip) and put them in the car for safe keeping. He took care to put valuables in protected areas. He patiently waited and helped us when we came back to the tow yard the next day to recover all that we could. We landed in a creek bed and that did not stop him from getting everything he could! 2-3 feet of water could not avert him! Great service and very kind person. I can t say enough. After such a traumatic experience, it was such a relief to have someone who took care of a bunch of strangers!Service: Car towing

Our radiator cracked while we were traveling out of town. The driver arrived in our isolated location 15 minutes before they said they would. The driver quickly loaded our truck and got it to the mechanic early enough we were able to continue on our way on the same day.

My driver was stuck on the side of a highway they were able to get to him in 30 minutes and fixed him up in another 30 min. He was back on the road quickly. Price was appropriate. Thank you guys.

I broke down in my semi and they had to tow me from Jellico TN to their shop in Somerset KY. I was stuck there for almost a week waiting on parts during which I decided to stay in my truck. The staff went out of their way to insure I had what I needed and treated me with courtesy and respect. When the parts arrived the work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially my fellow truckers.
