Brian and his staff were SUPER helpful. I was in town visiting and needed a tire replaced. He was the only one in town able to get me tire and worked with my tire warranty company to get me back on the road safely and quickly. Very professional and efficient. Thank you so much Mr Brian and all of your staff!

Got two flat tires on the way to Berea. Called all around and they were the only place to help us. Once we made it to the garage, the work was done timely and without costing an arm and a leg. Life savers that day.

had my wife call to see how much they would charge to replace tire studs the man said they charge 110 an hr and tried to convince her it might take more than an hr tried to rip her off because shes a woman not realising she could change the studs herself in about 10 minutes what a joke

They do not sell any used tires so what's the point and you can't get them to even put a tire on for you unless you're going to buy four brand new tires. I mean I've never had a place to deny service like I have these tire places in somerset.

I'm heading to this business the next time I need service on my car. They didn't try to sell a set of axels to this unfamiliar to auto things female, and instead tried to identify what the clicking noise under my car was before charging me for something I didn't need. Turned out to be loose bolts on a recently replaced sway bar. Saved me time AND money!

Can t give zero stars!!! Had an appointment to get tires and they couldn t make it happen. There was also a customer with no appointment that got theirs done. Very poor way of doing business after promising it would be done. Would never do business with this place

Very nice staff that was most helpful. I had went in right at opening time to see about getting a slow leak in one of my tires repaired. This is a very busy time and they were kind enough to take care of me. I felt the price was very reasonable. I will be taking my business to them in the future!

I took my truck to Bingham's Tires to have two new front tires installed.I have a 2020 Dodge dually truck. After they put on the new tires, my tire sensors no longer worked. They told me to drive it awhile and the sensors would start working again. I ran a half a tank of fuel through my truck at one steady speed as they suggested and the sensors still don't work. I took it to the local Dodge dealership and they said the people who installed my new tires messed up my sensors. I took it back to Binghams and they refused to correct the problem or cover any charges to have the problem fixed.

This is the best place to fix your car I have found in somerset.Shout out to Sam who fixed our brakes after one place(b&b tire)Put the calipers on backwards,stripped the bleeder valve and couldn't figure out the reason it wouldn't hold pressure on the brakes.b &b is the worst I've seen.BUT BINGHAM FIXED ALL OF IT AND GOT DONE VERY QUICK!THEY felt sorry for my wife and I that spent over $650. And hadn't got anything fixed accept the toe bills.They charged me for ONLY one thing instead of 4.Saved me $300.Money's tight and it was a blessing.Love Bingham tire & auto.

Reasonable and efficient. Bought 4 tires and they installed them in record time. Have had flats fixed and single tire replacements done here. Always friendly and helpful.

Great service. Very friendly. Passing through on Labor Day and developed a brake issue. Their schedule was full but they managed to squeeze us in. Lobby was clean, parking and access were great. Price? Way to cheap for the service! Defiantly

My fiance is the manager, and he's the smartest man I know, n cares about everybody,, .. if you want your vehicle fixed properly,this is the place to go n he will double check everything before he will let you leave the property to make safety , priority ! Thanks Sam

Recently we were headed from Missouri to North Carolina to see my family. While headed through the mountains of Kentucky the calibers on our truck (and camper we had the red truck) locked up and got overheated. We spent the night on a parking lot in Somerset Kentucky. Next morning we were told the best place to get the repairs do was called Bingham's so we drove down the couple blocks and talked to themAfter explaining our problems the lady said they were booked until 4PM but would try to work us in but no promises. So we walked a couple blocks to eat then headed back. When we got back they were working on the truck! The man worked from 8 until 2 to finish. The people at Bingham's Goodyear in Somerset Kentucky are amazing wonderful folks. They certainly were a blessing to us and I will be forever grateful for their kindness. Its good to know there are people who will still help even when they are busy.THANK YOU BINGHAM'S!!! Bill and Bobbi Golden

I stopped in this afternoon to have my tires checked for leakage, as I thought they were leaking but after leak testing on the mechanic determined that they were good. They also changed my oil and replaced my wiper blades for me, I was pleased with the service they were helpful and efficient.Thanks

Wanted $700 for inner/outer tie rods. Went to another place & they said I didn't even need it done. Still driving my car & it's fine. Btw, the manager is a woman! How can she sleep at night?!?!???

Won't ever be back here, spent $600 on new tires and the first one needed to be replaced three days later and the second one they wanted to charge me to fix a week after buying the set. No thank you, I don't recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle, time and money.

Since this business also works on big trucks this is where I get tires for my camper. They have the equipment and do a good job.

800 miles from home, New Jersey. Had a blowout on my motorhome not being from the area asked for a local tire dealer and was directed to Bingham tire of Somerset about 7 miles away. Luckily the blowout was one of my dual tires. When I reached Bingham tire they did not carry my brand or have an equivalent size. After 6-8 calls from 3 of their staff all at the same time they found a matching tire 30 miles way. I could take the chance and drive or they could send someone for an hourly rate. I chose to send their technician.I arrived at 8:10am, technician left at 8:30, returned from the 60 miles drive at 9:30am tire changed and mounted and I thanked them and on the road by 10:10am.Could not have been more pleased with this group of Professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.I was treated very well knowing I was passing through.Thank You Bighman tire of Somerset.

Want to take a minute to brag on this place. Have a 04 Ford F250 that I recently purchased. It turns out that it needed some work on the front end. I took to 2 local garages and to 1 in Cincy OH when traveling. (after picking up from local garage and Immediately having to take a trip). 1 local garage done alignment and replaced steering stabilizer and sway bar links and bushings. I told lead mechanic what was going on beforehand. Well, this will fix it, so ok. Didn't fix it. Took back. 2nd alignment.... Said nothing wrong. Straight as an arrow. (it wasn't). Took to 2nd shop. Another alignment First place was way off. No parts replaced. 3rd place took it while Traveling to Ohio.(The steering/front end was so bad it was dangerous. Swaying back and forth. All over road). 3rd place called and said, it is steering box. Over $700 to fix. I didn't get steering box fixed. After got back home took to Bingham Tire in Somerset KY. I told them same thing I did the others. It's sloppy in the driver side front. Flopping knocking etc. Called me back after appointment next day. The driver side upper and lower ball joints completely shot. No count. So, why did the others not find after 4 trips to 3 different places. 1. Don't listen. 2. Lack of care/service. 3. Laziness. 4. I don't know.In short, I wanted to say ALL of this to point out how good the mechanics are at this place. You make think, well that's not hard to figure out-the ball joints. Well, your right.,but they can't get fixed if a mechanic doesn't care/look or too lazy. Also, the spoke to mechanic multiple times. Very courteous. Very helpful. And I'm very appreciative. Thank you Bingham Tire of Somerset KY. Thank you to the professional courteous customer service ladies and espicially thank you Sam(top notch! ) and Mitch. I will drive over an hour om now on for all of my vehicles and wife's front end work, tires, suspension, etc etc. Thanks again!!!Yisrael PhillipsOneida, TN.

Great staff. The guys fixed my tractor tire just minutes after i arrived. Friendly, polite and I recommend them 1000%.

BOO! Ordered 4 tires, had them installed,but they neglected to tighten one of the wheels. two weeks later it almost fell off on my way home; the other three were still tight. Went back they checked the torque on the wheel claiming no resposibility charged me for new studs and nut. Oh, but then i leave and the stearing is all over the place, damn near ran off the road. Went back the next day and it turns out the ball joint supporting the wheel was loose on the same wheel they forgot to tighten. They did fix it for free, but claimed it must have been done otherwise on a previous repair or just magically came lose. No acountability, no addmission of responsibilty just treated me like a moron and said "sucks for you" under their breath. the next morning at home i find a ball pien hammer on the roof of my jeep that somebody had left. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. GO ELSE WHERE IT WILL BE CHEAPER AND YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE. DOESN'T MATTER WHERE, JUST ELSE WHERE!!!

Will not be back. Grossly overcharged for the parts my car needed. If you're female, send a man over with your car and you might get a good price

Very unprofessional and when they finished alignment the guy who took my vehicle for a joy ride and was gone twenty minutes to just check it out and was checking out his nose in the mirror more than the car. Hopefully he gets some help.
