Had my phone screen replaced 4 months ago because of water damage, I was given a warranty for six months and was told if something happened to my screen other than water damage they would replace it. I went today 10/13/23 to have it replaced for cracks and other screen issues. I was told then that my warranty was out, because it had been right at 7 months and that I would have to pay full price because of my warranty being past date. Knowing this was not accurate I go through my transaction history and find that it had in fact not been 7 months and had only been 4. When brought to their attention, they gave me a different excuse as to why the couldn t honor my warranty.

I had been reading reviews on batteries for my motorcycle and decided to try a Duracell. I placed an online order through batteries plus then called the next morning to make sure they had it in stock before heading there to pick it up ( 40 minute drive from my house ). I was told they had received the order and had the battery in stock. When I got there to pick the battery up I was given a battery that wasn t a Duracell so I asked about it and was told it was their equivalent to the battery that I had ordered, with the same two year warranty and all but the Duracell brand batteries were on back order. I m overall satisfied with their battery so far but can only give three stars because I didn t revive the product that I ordered and wasn t informed when I called that it wouldn t be the brand that I had ordered.

I called for a watch battery which they had, and the salesman had the battery in his hand as I walked in the door. Very fast, good helpers. I now have a working watch againThankyou!

Bought at least 20 batteries from them , but. All 3 were sitting on there , in front , ask about buying acid they said they only have 5 gal , I am very disabled so I ask if I could see one to see if I could get it out of my truck, they sat there and said it's heavyi asked 3 times , to see it. I WILL NEVER BUY MY BATTERIES FROM THEM AGAIN, LAZY 3 PEOPLE AND NO ONE IN STORE.

I bought a key fob for my Jeep from our local Batteries Plus Bulbs. I gave $205 for it which include programming. Less than 1 week after purchasing it I noticed the end of it (the part that goes into the ignition switch) was separating but it still worked fine. I put a rubber band around it to help hold it together in the mean time. I returned to the store and asked if they could fix the end where it was separating. They took it apart. After about 90 minutes the manager, I think, some woman, said they couldn't fix it and the warranty wouldn't cover it because I had dropped it and broke it. I told her it had never been dropped and it must've been made of inferior material. They put it back together and gave it back to me. Then when I got to my car the fob wouldn't work. It was working fine when I brought it in. The technician apparently broke it when he took it apart. Now I have a useless, non-working, 1 week old, $105 key fob. I will never return! I advise everyone to avoid this store because they won't stand behind what they sell!

I have little knowledge regarding the new technology I admit. I thought I broke my tablet because it would not charge. Got another ...an expense that was difficult but necessary. It would not charge after a few months! I took both today and Clay fixed both in moments and didn t charge me anything! I nearly cried. You just don t see this kind of service these days.

I took my daughter s iPhone in to get the battery changed on a Sunday morning on our way to church. The gentleman was wonderful at getting us taken care of. Unfortunately, I had to take the phone back the next morning because the battery wasn t charging past 15%, however it wasn t because they gave us a bad battery. The battery was good. Unfortunately, the motherboard was bad. The man worked tirelessly on the iPhone throughout the date to try to repair it, even though it couldn t be fixed. I have to give this place credit because they actually seemed to care about the issue. On the upside, I managed to find some really awesome light bulbs for my reptile enclosures.

I agree with a few other people about appointments or communication. I don't think they have a system to make and keep appointments, it's just word of mouth and there memory isn't working. If they'd just make a calendar. I don't think they remember to call when your ordered stuff comes in. I had to be on top of the whole deal from start to finish. Maybe part of the problem, might have been my cell phone. But email and/or text/or leaving a message. They also could work on their first impression with customers by my experience and reading some comments. Like one person said, I felt like I was bothering them each time I called or walked in. I think it's from a lack of organization. In the end, I got what I needed. But had to give them a push each time.

Any kind of bulb can be found here from appliance, car, to household. I find that this is the one place that will dispose or recycle my small household batteries. Don t throw them away.

I did enjoy my visit to your store in Somerset, KY. I have learned from experience not to rely on battery application information or price from the website. Dealing directly with the brick and mortar is the way to go. Frankly the website information is incorrect on both counts. The staff made pertinent recommendations and I am totally happy with my purchase. They get a 10.

Excellent service! Called to find a specialized battery for my Hybrid car, and they didn't have it in stock and couldn't get it for a couple of weeks. But within the hour, another guy called back and said I heard about this, we have an alternative, different brand but good choice for your car, and have one in stock. They put it back for me and I picked it up within a couple of hours. Got my car going in 2 hours instead of 2 weeks, because he went the extra mile to find an option for me, and called me back. Also, 4 year warranty/guarantee, and 10% off when i went in to get it. Great place and will definitely go back if I need a car battery again.

I called the Somerset store about a tractor battery. The fellow that I talked was super knowledgeable about batteries and made some suggestions as to battery group I needed. Went later same day and got the size that was suggested. The guy was spot on, battery works great. I plan on shopping there again.

In short. A Disaster. Your on-line promise of order now and receive a 10% discount does not work. I entered the code and it didn't happen. You put it in on one page, you go to another page and the box is again blank. When you first go to the site you get one code but once you order you get another code. I went to the store hoping that it could be fixed there but, the salesman told me he didn't know anything about what happens on the site and he's been there for two years. The site also said to bring in the old batteries to avoid a core charge. I brought them in, no core charge. (Three batteries for UPS boxes.) Why is this an issue? 'Cause by removing the batteries I leave the Mrs. at home with no TV and no Internet. Whoever is in charge of the site should be able to find a way to have this message displayed ONLY when it's applicable. It's a 56 mile roundtrip to the store so it's an hour. In this age, an hour without being connected to the world seems like an eternity. I could have ordered on-line, had them delivered for free thru Amazon and avoided the drive. A salesman at the store who could have been the manager offered to help and fix the situation but, to me it just took too long on the phone. If I can order in less than five minutes, you should be able to correct a problem in the same amount of time. He tried but after 5 minutes, I left. Bottom line? You've lost a customer. If you can't deliver on a promise, don't promise. I would not have been unhappy if I had gone to the site and not seen a discount offer. A discount was not my idea, it was yours. By not delivering, you ticked me off. Wanna make it better? Check the store in Somerset, Ky. for this date. They have all my info. Send me a check for the 10% discount. I shop, I type, I talk to my friends and neighbors. I'll encourage anyone I can to not shop at your store. Ya' gotta love the World Wide Web. I only wish I could have given you zero stars. That was not an option. Oh...and why do you need my drivers license to pick up my order? Tim Posic

Been attempting to get a fob I bought through them to work 4 times. It works when I am at the store but not after I leave. Spent nearly $150 and we are on a fixed income and need a second fob for our car. Very frustrated.

They had the flashlight battery that I had been unable to find anywhere else. Ordered online and was ready for pickup right away. When I stopped in to pick it up I was greeted by a friendly employee and got my battery without any hassles. I'll definitely return.

I needed my cell phone screen repaired and I made an appointment on their website. I drove 45 mins to find out after I got there that the repair guy didnt come in. Nobody bothered to let me know he wasnt coming in. I will be going to lexington tomorrow to get my phone fixed. This place is unprofessional and just lost my business and two other friends of mine. They told me to let them know how my experience was with them and if good, they would bring their cell phones in to get fixed. They just lost almost 400.00 because of not being reliable. Not a way to run a business if you ask me.

I had a bad experience with my iPhone repair here. I was told to bring it back by and they d try to make it good. The battery in my Miata died so I checked with Batteries Plus online and they had one (unique battery for Miata). I bought it and went to pick it up today and the man at the counter said they didn t have any... I got an email stating it was ready for pick-up. Guy eventually finds one and I settled up. Then I mentioned my iPhone issues and he says I should bring it by sometime...I said I m here .He said they didn t have time today. I doubt I ll be back.

Had exactly what I needed and even though it was a very small cost, I was treated just as well as if I was making a large purchase. It was delivered to me at my car and the clerk had his mask on which pleased me.

Went in with needing a hard to find bulb for my desk lamp, so with desk lamp in hand, Cody assisted me in finding a bulb that worked! He was great!!They have such a great selection of bulbs. Will be the first place I go to for batteries or bulbs!

Had a Samsung Galaxy S4 with a broken screen. Batteries Plus Bulbs replaced the screen in about 10 minutes and it's as good as new now!The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the best way to fix things. I highly recommend getting a phone screen fixed there.

The gentleman working today was handling a lot of customers from the parking lot since it is not possible to open the doors during lock down. I appreciate the service I received and will be a permanent customer.

Scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance to have my phone screen replaced. When I showed up for my appointment to have it done i was told no tech was scheduled to be there that day. Won't be going back for anything.

I can surely move these guys up since the last incident everything was made right and have bought another battery for car number 2 and sent several there , nice enough even come jump me after a really cold night and boost the battery all is well thanks guys
