Bought a battery that lasted a week. Kept having to jump it off for it to work. They kept saying it was our alternator then they would test it and it was good and then last time we went they said it was failing. Went back to autozone at least 7 times and they would not switch it out. Had to go to a mechanic 2 different times to be told the battery wasn t good and that everything else on the car was fine. Finally went to the autozone in Monticello and got it switched. Battery costed 109 something with discount and bringing in old battery at the somerset location, for it to be 79 dollars without tax at the Monticello autozone.

Worst staff and experience at an auto parts store ever!!! They give me the wrong part and when I brought it back to get the right one they tried blaming me!!! PLACE SUX

Went to buy a key fob battery. The girl that worked there carefully opened the fob and changed the battery out! She saved me soooooo much money; I did not want to go to the dealer.

What can I say I am always satisfied no matter what state or city I'm in. I do a lot of traveling and always needing something for 1 of my vehicles. Needed some Silicone sealer for a project. They had what I wanted in stock. They were very helpful in finding what I needed. The only employee that I talked to knew where to look. I may my purchase and was on my way. Check them out sometime soon.

We went in with a check engine light problem. Just expecting a generic, well this is what's wrong goodbye. Nicole went above and beyond and helped showed us how to fix to fix it and what steps to take. Turned out vacation from a disaster to a mild detour. Thanks Nicole and Autozone

Went in to get a headlight bulb, since mine was blown. Cody was very attentive to finding what I needed and helped me with enrolling in the Rewards Program. Paul went outside to change my bulb and it turned out it had only loosened and he fixed it!!! Thankful for their service!

THIS AUTOZONE HAS A LOT MORE IN STOCK AND AVAILABLE THEN MY LOCAL AUTOZONE IN MONTICELLO , IF MINE DOES NOT HAVE IT THIS ONE USUALLY DOES AND IF NEITHER HAS IT THEY WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ORDER IT AND GET IT IN FOR YOU , THEY ALSO SELL ONLINE AND WILL DELIVER TO YOUR HOME OR YOUR NEAREST STORE , EVERYONE I HAVE DEALT WITH HAS BEEN EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU OUT AND ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS , THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN WELL DISPLAYED AND BRIGHTLY LIT , SOMETIMES IT CAN GET A LITTLE BUSY BUT THEY DO HAVE AMPLE PARKING AVAILABLE , AUTOZONE IS MY DEFINITE GO TO PART STORE WHENEVER I NEED AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES , WHETHER IT BE MY LOCAL MONTICELLO STORE OR THIS SOMERSET AUTOZONE , I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED SHOPPING AT AUTOZONE.

Needed brake pads and rotors, Matt was very helpful and grokked me to a discount for buying rotors and pads at same time. Mike the manager was also very helpful. Great guys and great store experience!

Was told part would be in by 3:00 pm drove 60 miles one way to pick up and then was told truck never runs until 4:30 pm and made me miss out on a 1000 dollar deal meanwhile. So not so good

I recently purchased a duralast gold battery less than 2 months ago , the battery is bad an leaking acid currently. Conviently they could not find any record of the purchase under my account even though I had given them the necessary information when the battery was purchased. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO ANY OTHER PARTS SUPPLIER.
