I brought my 2019 in for brakes, plugs all fluids etc very pleased with the service department and the mechanics did a super clean job. Very pleased. My service rep was Excellent!

This dealership has serviced my vehicles several times. They have never done a job correctly the first time. My 2013 Focus ST had a recall. I also needed tires about the same time. So, I took it into Alton Blakley. They called and told me it was done. When I got in the car, the check engine light was still on. Then, I started looking at the tires. They have directional tread, and one was on backwards. I went back in and asked them what was up, and they said they didn't have parts for the recall and I'd have to make an appointment to flip the tire around another day.Later on, I took my mom's Lincoln MKX in to fix the brakes. The brakes had gone out, and the pedal was going to the floor. It was a problem with the ABS system. They called and told me it was finished. When I went to pick it up, I told them I wanted to test drive it before we paid. Good thing I did. The brake pedal still went all the way to the floor. I could tell it wasn't right before I ever left the parking lot. I went back in and told them, and the customer service rep told me that a manager needed to drive it. So I got in the car with the manager and he drove around town for 15 minutes. When we got back, he told the customer service rep that they needed to do an adjustment. The customer service guy insinuated that we would have to pay for it, and the manager said, "We'll take care of that for them," as if completing the original job was going above and beyond.I wish I was done. Just recently, I had a friend need to buy a spare key for his Mustang. He made an appointment. On the day of the appointment he waited for an hour for one key, which cost $150, was not cleanly cut, and didn't work smoothly. Then he had to make another appointment to meet with the manager on a different day to get a new key. They gave him the runaround before he finally got a refund, went on Amazon, and ordered a key programming kit and a few blank keys.I would not buy a new Ford for the simple fact that this is our dealership. I wouldn't trust them to service it properly and their attitude of customer service is that the customer is the enemy. I will not be going back their for service. I'd rather take my chances with the garages around town or figure it out myself, and I suggest you do the same.

I usually never have a problem but the new oil change stickers are actually stickers and not clings. This resulted in a technician ripping the tint on my front windshield. They didn't tell me so I saw it while leaving the dealership. The service department offered to replace the tint but I also lost the time to have it replaced. While replacing my tint I believe they heated my window and caused it to Crack but when I asked the tint buisness they said it was cracked when I brought it there. Long story short your little sticker has costed me hours of time and an insurance claim. Please go back to the clings

I just purchased a car from Andrew. The process was smooth all the way to conclusion. There was no pressure, tremendous professionalism, and awesome communication and follow up. I am a satisfied customer.I went back for a regular service on my vehicle today. I stopped by the parts department for a clasp I had broken on my bed cover. Rodney went way beyond expectations to help me out!I went back today for a recall on my Maverick and a second routine service. All was great again. I also appreciate the change in the waiting room where I didn t have to watch or listen to Fox News.

I thought I was getting: The 80,000 mile check-up, but all I got was the works. It took a lot longer than usual.I ask they not put the oil change sticker on the windshield. They didn't, but they didn't remove the old one from the windshield,that I will have to come back, to get removed. I have put up with it being on there and hate it. Never Never again. OK

Had a f450 in there for warranty work. Got the run around for 2 weeks and they would not cover a ford truck under warranty even though another dealer did. Seemed job was to large for there service dept. So they just denied it.

Had to have a rear wiper put in and it took a matter of minutes. Amanda Delfini is very helpful and knowledgeable about her job

Excellent communication of needs and delivered repair as promised.My grand daughter was stranded. Service advisor, Amanda, promised to work her car in so she could return home for work. She was sensitive to our urgency, got the parts the next day and technician preformed repairs all in one day so she could continue her travels safely. Can t recommend them more highly.

I called for over 3 weeks leaving voicemails and everything to get my car fixed as soon as my car warranty is up they call back. So iTake it in and they cant even give me a loaner car to use for 3-5 hrs. Do NOT recommend using this place!!!

Excellent service and wonderful salesman. Andrew did a great job in helping me find what I was looking for. Great staff and service at a reasonable and comparable price. After trips to several dealers, the team at Alton Blakley beat the rest and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Was in for a non starting vehicle. The battery was replaced under warranty. I asked them to check the Alternator several times , I was told it was good. The next day the truck left me stranded on 80 on a Sunday. The alternator had black burns on front. I had it towed elsewhere. They said it was the original alternator from 2002 and was junk. Not very happy, out money for the towing. Also, had to walk several miles.

My 2nd service visit - Again on time and out in under an hour. I love this place!! Very efficient - good price.My 1st service visit - They took me exactly when my appointment was. They had me in & out in an hour. Nice waiting room. I will be using them in the future.

I found the staff at Alton Blakley body shop to be thoroughly professional in every way. My appointment was scheduled for 1/2/2023. I dropped the car off early & they said they would work it in. To my surprise, that is exactly what they did. It was finished and ready for pickup on 1/5/2023. I could not have hoped for a better result! The work was done well & the whole experience was good. I highly recommend this body shop. Thanks guys!!

The entire Alton Blakley team, especially Brian Roe, Paul Hoffman, and Charles Hoffman, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and got us exactly what my sister needed in a vehicle. I purchased a new Ford F150 through Alton Blakley in April 2023. I had the pleasure to have Chase Willis as my sales associate. He was extremely receptive to all my needs and worked with me to get the best deal for me. He continues to follow up after I took possession of my new truck and is very receptive to any needs. Also working with other staff during the purchase process, has been a pleasure. I had a nail in my tire ask them if they can get it done for me by 4 PM I had somewhere I had to go at that time. They said they would try 30 minutes later at 3 o clock. They called me and said they had it ready. Extremely good customer service. They were very friendly and exceeded my expectations.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They worked my car in ahead of the estimated date and finished the work very quickly. Will definitely come back if repairs are needed in the future.

Basic service (oil change and tire rotation) was easily scheduled, and the work was done in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the service technician smeared oily residue on the driver's and center seat (F-150). The service writer was able to remove most of it with a spray cleaner and a rag.

The sales staff is nice but there is no transparency or honesty with the service department. I asked if a specific service had been completed and was told it was- checked when I got home and was lied to twice at the same service appt. I ve been having the same issue the last 4 times I ve been and it still hasn t been fixed yet. This has been my first and most likely last experience with a dealer.

I was greeted curtly by the service advisor. The mechanic wants to change a dashboard light for $209 that illuminates during system self-test at startup, but not when 4WD High is engaged. Obviously, the circuit is the problem not the light bulb nor the fuse and charged me $60 for that worthless advice I would pay $209 to repair and it still not function correctly. The "advisor" blew smoke up my back side when I pointed this out.

The service department and parts department are absolutely horrible they are rude disrespectful. The people and the sales department are usually friendly but they are overpriced on their vehicles. With too many markup on their vehicles./ disclaimer/ I have heard rumors that this dealership will soon be under the ownership Don Franklin which in my opinion would be a good change for Somerset considering customer service is not getting any better at this dealership..
