The employee said I couldn t change my oil in the parking lot but I could go to roses and do it. I ve never had this issue before but it defeats the point of loan a tool if you cant work on your vehicle on the property. I won t be back to this one, none of the other ones I ve been to have acted like it was a problem so I ll go to any of them.

got what i needed but this lady who worked the feb/18/24 shift was very rude to my wife and friend. she used a name jeremy she clearly did not care for her job

The only place in town I shop at when it comes to my automobile! Ask for Joe he's great and the Manger is awesome he's always got the answers to my questions!Update... it's different now... new employees I've never met, Joe's gone. I asked about returning a seat cover I was purchasing because I'm unsure if it'll fit properly and the man ringing me out said only if it's unopened. Umm how exactly do you see if it'll work or notif I can't open it? Same for another product I was purchasing for my car, I'm not sure it'll fit or not I mean it's cool and I really hope it does but if it doesn't guess I'm out the cash because I can't determine this unless I open it? He wasn't sure if it would and it got me thinking this is something I miss having a good man in my life I could call like hey babe I've got this "(fill in blank)" and I was curious will it work for my car?

I walked in and 5 or 6 employees were all standing around the registers talking. Not one stopped talking, looked up or greeted me. I stood at the register in front of an employee for almost a minute and still nothing! I finally said, "Excuse me." The guy looked up clearly aggravated that I needed help! He reluctantly looked up the item I needed and rang it up and took my money. I said thank you and apologized that I was in a hurry.He said nothing. No thank you, have a nice day or anything! Very rude!I worked for years in customer service and believe you should always greet customers with a smile and "can I help you" when they walk in. Very unprofessional employees!

I have bought parts and automobile oil,cleaning fluids,and everything auto related here since they set up a store in my area.I could not see to put a pair of windshield wipers on the Mercedes due to at the time a bad left retina but the salesman took off the old wipers and put the new ones on for me.Can I give a better recommendation for this buisness than this?AAA++++++ in all areas of business.

Needed some ATV sealants. They had what I wanted. They new where the sealants were in their Store. I was in and out very quickly.Check them out sometime soon and see what they can do for you.

Excellent service. Super nice guys. Needed a glass repair kit for my Peterbilt until i could get it replaced. They had what i needed and even helped pick it out.

Good parts place & returns are easy...but they don't have air tanks You can borrow tools, they'll remove your battery, remove your license plate, run your codes, etc...but they won't give you air???

Shout out to the technician who put my new car battery in at closing time in the freezing cold wind. You can really save money with their perks/rewards club app. Great coupons and deals every month. Have always stood behind any part or product my husband or I have purchased. And they don't roll their eyes and make you feel silly if your trying to describe a part but you're not sure what it is.

The technician, Randy was awesome. We got a new battery. He installed it in the rain. He checked it to make sure all was OK.He was very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks for having Randy as a Advanced Auto tech.

One stop shop for all of your automotive needs. Helpful an friendly staff. Staff is also very knowledgeable about helping you diagnose the problem with you car. If they dont have what you need they can order it an normally have it the next day.

Stinks , bought a battery there two years ago , a 2 year battery , I needed another I thought I simply asked to check it and if I needed one I would buy another one , response I got was it will be awhile I'll have to take it out ,, B.S when I bought it they simply checked it in the car it was bad bought another I asked around sure enough after ither parts house. Stopped laughing , answer was no Michael we dont need to take the battery out to test it fact I went to 6 places I finally bought one but not from that clown

We were broke down there for two days .. the alternater went out on my sons car.. he put a new one in his car in their parking lot. They loaned him tools because he didn't have all the tools he needed with him. Their prices were reasonable when he purchased a new battery and alternater...

I use to like coming here only place id go but now they don't communicate to each other. When we called and asked about a battery the guy on the phone said they had it and how much and it be ready for us but when we get there this other guy had no idea what battery thank God I did have the cars papers on me cause I would of had to go back to the car I just bought that I just paid to get ride wow .

Aside from the competitive prices, quality parts, and helpful tips and pointers the reason i consistently choose advance over the dozens of other options locally is because they are constantly sending me $5 off $20+ coupons and always run their 20% off online purchases coupon as well

A bit pricey as far as what I needed. Also, there inventory of motor oil was not very good. They didn't even carry the very common brand and weight I needed. Wal Mart had the motor oil in stock and a lot cheaper anyway.
