After being turned down by other body shops to repair our granddaughters little Mercedes convertible ( told it wasn t worth it) these guys took it on and did an amazing job of repairing it. It looks beautiful and no issues. It s not always about the current value of the car vs the expense of the repair. There were a lot of emotions behind keeping not junking this beauty. Many thanks to these guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Falcon Body Shop recently did body work on two vehicles for me. The quality was excellent and the attention to detail was appreciated. The owner went out of his way to accommodate me concerning the cost of the repairs. Well worth the drive.

Falcon Auto Body is a great shop run by good people who treat their customers well. While road-tripping from Texas to Ohio I ran into serpentine belt issues and needed a quick fix late on a Saturday night. While most places had closed early, Soran at Falco Auto answered our call and were able to quickly fix the broken belt and get us on our way. Great customer service and great experience! Highly recommend Falcon Auto.

This body shop had worked wonders on my 2010 Infiniti g37 sedan and when I tell you I was definitely in need of help these guys had the turnaround of the work done within the next day great guys and great work 10/10 recommended!!!!

Loved the service, great price, very friendly, did such a great job we took a second vehicle to them. The owner went above and beyond to help us get the part that we needed, and to top it off was incredibly kind and seemed very trustworthy! Needed a fuse box and he helped remove it, and on top of that I happened to need one wire from the harness, and instead of charging 500 for the whole thing, he only charged 50 for the wire that was needed, which would make the harness difficult to sell, he definitely earned my gratitude for all of that. I highly recommend them and I will be back if I ever need another part! Thank you so much again!Service: Electrical

A plus plus review here!! My daughters car was in an accident in Oct 2022, had it at two shops in BG that could not get to it. 4 months later, car still not fixed, God lead me to a google search and I found Falcon Body Shop. In less than two weeks my daughter s car was fixed and better than it has ever been. Fair prices, fast service, quality work, above and beyond is all I can say. The owner stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop on everything. I will refer Falcons to anyone over and over! I will never waste time going anywhere else again, this is the only body shop I will ever take my business to! I brought my vehicle in to Falcon s to have it repaired. They did a fantastic job on the repair itself and was kind, knowledgeable, and easily accessible during the entire process. Their prices are reasonable also. I would recommend Falcons body shop to anyone I know who needs good, honest work done on their car. After visiting a few shops in the local area I discovered Falcon Body Shop and Collision Center. My issue was the rust that had developed in the drivers side wheel well. I tried to fix the issue myself but didn t have the time to do it the right way. After bringing the truck over for an inspection and discussing the best fix prior to painting it myself - we agreed to have the work done the next day. 3 hours later, my problem is solved! Very affordable rates and willingness to help. I will definitely come here for all of my body shop needs in the future. Recommended for anyone trying to do similar work.Thanks again!

I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima for my 16 yr old son. We drove 4.5 hours from Knoxville TN to get this car. When we got there he offered to change out the dashboard since he had another one...which we gladly said YES. He also, without asking, replaced the air compressor so the air conditioner would be working its absolute BEST. After a short trip to kill some time, we returned, the dash looked great and the air was crispy cold! The car drove live a dream all the way back to Knoxville and has been amazing. Love the car and loved the service. Highly recommend, they know their stuff!

The Guys at Falcon Body Shop relieved a ton of stress for my wife and I. They were able to get her car in and finished in an extremely fast manner. When many auto body places said they were not even taking appointments for several weeks, due to the recent tornadoes I assume, Falcon got our daughter's car in right away. They may not be the fanciest place in town, but they are the friendliest and they did an excellent job on our daughters car. Very reasonable prices and great quality work! I would highly recommend going here if you are looking to get your car worked on. I rear ended someone and had to pay out of pocket to get everything fixed. The price was very reasonable, and everything on the car came back looking like it should. My car runs perfectly again. Very very pleased with the service!

After the tornadoes that hit Bowling Green they took care of my damage and did a great job within a week of receiving my car! Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good, reliable, and quick service.

If you want prompt, reasonably priced and quality repairs, this is the place in Bowling Green. I took my Toyota Highlander there after getting estimates from some of the bigger places in town (On Scottsville road and the other places near Kentucky Street). Falcon was at least 50% cheaper than the lowest estimate. I liked the work on my Highlander so much that I took my 2012 Sienna there too after it was rear ended by an uninsured motorist. I am very happy with my Sienna after the repairs, it looks like new. Getting the place on the phone is difficult as the voice mailbox is full, so I recommend just showing up there with your vehicle to get estimates. Overall I highly recommend this body shop.

After the tornado damaged our car, we reached out to falcon to do some repairs. They have excellent communication, got the job done extremely quick, and were very professional. Couldn t be happier, and so grateful for their quick help after dealing with the tornado damage.

I had gotten into an accident recently and took my car for repairs to 2 other places and the people where not consistent on pricing. They were very rude and not honestly. But falcon body shop. Was honestly very friendly and the price they told me did not change upon the date my car would be fixed. Love this place and the people I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to fix there car easy and stress free.

From my experience, these professionals will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers no matter what. While my car was in their repair shop, Brandon, one of their mechanics, chafuered me to and from my apartment several times. Additionally, the owner, Sehran, searched high and low to yield quality parts from various companies so I wouldn't be scorched by the dealership's prices. Once they had all the pieces, they were able to complete 95% of the bodywork in two days and delivered the car back to me late at night. If you take away anything from this review, it should be that these guys are trustworthy and dedicated.

My family had their van s transmission/fixed here! I highly recommend this place! Their so nice! They made the process so easy and fast! And it s a family business, Anytime you have a question their so easy to communicate with! They ll answer all your questions! They picked up our van from my family s home. And the day they told us is was going to be ready it was ready to pick up, For sure going to get future car work here!!!

Falcon Body Shop did an EXCELLENT job repairing our damaged VW cc sport. Someone had rammed into the front of the car, while it was parked, and destroyed the bumper and grill of the car. Falcon worked directly with the Insurance Company and kept me informed along the way. Not only was the repair flawless, I had one of the best Customer Service experiences to date. I cant rave enough about the quality of work, the helpfulness of the staff, the awesome communication and most importantly to me, the customer service from start to finish was unmatched.

My Toyota Camry got rear-ended and they fixed the back bumper in just a few days! I was so happy with the quality, it was as good as new. They even helped me deal with the frustrating insurance company of the person who hit me in order to be able to get the job faster, and helped me to get a rental car.

My 2012 Dodge avenger was totaled and not covered by insurance due to carrying liability only. Car had extensive damage to passenger gaveside.Falcon gavean estimate far below anyone else. I was hesitant at first but decided to go ahead with it. They stuck with the estimate and now the car looks good, drives well, no issues with steering or braking. I had a FANTASTIC experience with Falcon. There was a huge hole in the back of my car from sliding off the road. They fixed that side AND found another issue that the insurance company missed AND fixed another body issue that I'd been putting off for a long time.The best part of working with them is that they were super approachable, I asked some dumb questions and they gave me great answers. Then, when I picked up my car they walked me through all the work they'd done. It was just a bang up job by great people.

My wife has totaled her 2008 Toyota Camry in an accident. We have decided to put it in this shop based on good reviews they got from people. Soran and his crew have done a great job on her car even though it was badly damaged. He is a guy of his word and he doesn't promise something he cannot deliver. My wife's Camry looks better now than it was before the accident. We highly recommend this shop to everyone who wants to give a new life to his car for a reasonable price.
