I called on a Sunday to get help because could not find parts and car was not running.I went to 2 other mechanics and they said it is fine but I said it would not start 3 times so can't be fine.I told them I travel 2 hrs away and don't want to get stuck. They did not.care and seemed to just want to work.He graciously talked us through and we fixed it and is working. Also checked up on us afterwards!!!! And on top of thar did not charge us!!!!!Thank you sooooo much !!!! Great to see people who want to.work and will be available to help.

Michael is great! Very courteous and up front about the work he does and the parts he is getting you, all at a fair price in my estimation. Mike embodies what it means to be a professional, after he heard what was wrong he knew exactly the problem, and got me fixed and back in the road in about 2 hours with repairs that I know are going to last. He's also very personable, talking you through the repairs like you two have been friends for years. Highly recommend going here.

Superb service! Alternator failed me on Saturday afternoon. Mike was at my house within an hour to give diagnosis and back on Sunday to replace it. Thank you Mike for being honest and getting my car back running before Monday. Great guy, talked to me as if we've known each other for years. I will be calling for future services.

Whitehouse Automotive is very professional and gives detailed service updates which includes, frequent calls/texts and pictures. He also is a good teacher and explains things to where a lay person could understand. Prices are very reasonable and Mike even can do some jobs remotely, at your house. I also like his honesty which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Mike Whitehouse for your automotive needs.

I found out about Mikes automotive through a friend who had a good experience with his CRV getting repaired. I took my Dads 2006 odyssey to be looked at for power steering fluid leak October of 2021. Mike diagnosed it in a reasonable time frame and gave me timely update on what is needed to be done. Provided me with pictures and snip shots of autozone replacement parts cost and gave me an estimate of the work with labor and parts cost. A day later after, I received a good news call that the repair was going to be cheaper than what he had originally thought. He got the leak fixed and I don t see any leak thus far. Mike also did an over all inspection and pointed out minor wear and tear items but nothing alarming that needs to get done now. Mike is knowledgeable and honest in his work, it was worth the drive for us from louisville to have him inspect the van and get power steering fluid fixed. Thank you very much Mike for taking care of us.

Amazing work! Talks to you like a person. Incredible work and great prices. Brang my van in w am issue caused by another shop and he fixed it right away and explained all the issues to be in a straightforward way. Def would recommend to friends!

Whitehouse Automotive is the place to come if you want HONEST and RELIABLE service. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way with videos, pictures, and texts. Before beginning the work, he did a complete once over of the car and made recommendations based on his findings which coincided with another mechanic's recommendations.He truly went above and beyond what was needed. He is a little off the beaten path for us, but having to drive a little further was well worth our time. We would recommend WHA and will come back with future needs. Thank you Mike!

Nothing less than excellentMike was very professional with his workNot just that , he was very friendly. There are many professional mechanics out there , but very rare uou get the same level of honesty and care you would get with Whitehouse Automotive .I wish they had a branch in D.C . I think I would fix my car there all the time

Recommended by tow truck driver after my nissan died. Had the car towed out the next day and Mike took a look at it that morning and got back to me almost immediately. Described the issues that he found with the car.He did a great job describing the issues with car, told me why they were issues and the problems they were causing. He described possible avenues of repair, as well as need for repair, as well as issues with the subframe that would cost more than the worth of the car to repair.He never tried to fast talk me, or take advantage of my situation, and was always super prompt in getting back to me whenever I had a question and missed him on his phone.He also looked at my new car after I bought it and gave it a great inspection and gave me plenty of things to be looking for as well as possible maintenance that may need to be done in the near future.Great experience, great dude to work with, will certainly be returning with any automotive needs.

Extremely helpful and professional! Patient answering my questions. Timely with his responses. When I first contacted Mr. Whitehouse, it was to replace spider gears on my son's truck that were not working well. He got the parts, but due to a death in our family, I had to postpone the service, perhaps indefinitely. I explained the circumstances and offered to pay for parts. He declined payment and offered sympathy to my family and situation. After some time, the truck had issues. I contacted Mr. Whitehouse and verbally explained the issue(s). He said could be spider gears or perhaps transmission. Not only did he correctly diagnose the issue over the phone (spider gears) he was honest - did not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge (and could have). I asked him to do the work. He sent pictures of the parts before and after. And, when we picked up the truck, he explained to my son some simple things he could do on his own. The truck runs great and the bill was exactly as he had quoted me months before. I couldn't have asked for anything more, and highly recommend!! He is our new mechanic!!

Quick diagnosis of the problem, and fast service. Nice guy, who actually goes into detail about what s wrong and why he fixed what he did instead of just handing you a bill. He will have me as a returning customer. 5 star
