Jeff continues to do an awesome job on all of our vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job. He is honest (which we all know can be hard to find) and very reasonable about his prices. Thanks for all you have done for me and my family including saving us money!! I'm so happy I went to Busted Knuckle for my car repair! Jeff did an amazing job repairing my breaks and replacing a few filters, my car is running better than ever! We had no idea where to go when we experienced engine problems with our 97 Trans Am. A neighbor suggested Jeff at Busted Knuckle. Best advice we could ever ask for! Jeff diagnosed the problems, performed the work on a timely basis, and kept us informed throughout. Our car is running better than it has for years! Jeff has done several repairs and upgrades on both my truck and my wife's car. He always does an amazing job, prices are very reasonable. He's very straightforward and never tries to oversell you on anything. Will always trust Jeff's judgement.

Jeff Anderson knows his stuff! He did extensive work on a 1959 Ford truck of mine and did what nobody else in the area could do.....fix it without guesswork and his mechanic rate is untouchable. If you wanna take your vehicle to the dealer that's fine, but if you take it to any other mechanic other than the Busted Knuckle Garage you need to check yourself!

This place is amazing. Local owned and operated shop. We took our Honda CRV in for an issue we've had for a few months and some of the big stores have priced us and told us it could be weeks to get us in. They got us in same day we called, fixed the issues and had our vehicle back the next day. And they were very reasonable as far as cost. Jeff did some work on my 1998 camaro, and my 2003 Ford Explorer. He was very prompt and made sure he told he everything before he started fixing the vehicles. Then the next year Jeff put an engine in the Explorer again he was very prompt and did great work. He is there when you need him; and specializes in what he does! I will refer him to any of my friend / family. He is the only one I want working on my vehicles.

I've used many garages over the years and this one wins the gold. 100% transparent and trustworthy owner. I took my Honda Fit there to be repaired on a Friday evening. Saturday he had a diagnosis and a price (which was incredibly reasonable) for me and told me he could have the parts on Monday. I had assumed that meant I'd have it Tuesday or Wednesday but sure enough by 4pm Monday it was done and running like new.And this is not a complaint by any means: The only issue that I had through the entire experience was he put some coolant in (it was bone dry and that's on me) and forgot to put the cap on so it sprayed a little out and overheated the next day which isn't a big deal as I stopped at a gas station and added coolant and it was fine. That's as much on me for not noticing the cap was off. I called just to let him know it had happened and he apologized who knows how many times and offered to clean it up and reimburse me for the coolant. I declined because 1) was as much my fault too for not noticing 2) he had such a reasonable price, great and fast work, and the nicest and most honest mechanic I've dealt with that I genuinely didn't want money from him. I am serious when I say he apologized at least a dozen times and every one of them was genuine. And that's over a minor thing like a coolant cap!That is the kind of business this is. He didn't even hesitate to say "I made a minor mistake because I got distracted and it's a small shop and just me running it, I am sorry, let me fix the issue". 10/10 rating. I will most certainly use this shop in the future and recommenced everyone I know to this shop. My car runs better than it has in years! Thanks, Busted Knuckle!

Honest!I've had to take my car into so many places where they charge just to even look at it. I went here and I was given a price estimate for free, it ended up being a major fix I needed and they had it done within a week and gave me a warranty on the part they had to replace. Dealerships can be beyond expensive and just wanting to sell you on things. Busted Knuckle is honest and will do exactly what they need to to help! Kind and honest!

Total rip off. Kept saying it was different parts. Months and 100s of dollars later still not fixed. Finally had enough and took it back. Had 1 problem when I took it.. now every warning light in the car is on. Should have been honest and said you did not know how to fix it instead of making it worse.2 years later you want to write some made up story about a transmission? I never said we wanted or thought it was the transmission. Parts discontinued from a newer vehicle still in production.. hmm..ok. I brought it to you so you could tell me what the problem was. And as I said almost a year later and 100s of $ of different parts you still didn t know. Instead of wasting my time and money you should have just said so. After I picked it up with every warning light in the vehicle on I just took it to river city and had it crushed. As far as the check when it cleared the bank I saw why you called, you covered the account numbers with black marker you covered the check with trying to cover up the memo portion where I put the note about how bad your service was.

Very great customer service. Pricing is great for the work Jeff does. I promise you your vehicle won't leave his shop unrepair or unnecessary repairs just to raise the price. Very respective and up standing man.

Jeff has worked on my Trailblazer SS and finally I feel I have found an honest trustworthy mechanic! I drop it off to him and he lets me know what it needs and takes care of it I highly recommend him to anyone that is out there looking for an awesome mechanic
