This shop always goes above and beyond. From the inspection process to the repair process very detailed and thorough. We have had multiple vehicles repaired and wouldn't use anyone else. The customer service is great and the people are what make it a great local business to work with.

We have had several vehicles repaired here and everytime they exceed our expectations. Never push to make you do repairs that you don't want but they do an inspection of your vehicle and you choose the things that you want repaired. Great friendly people and always great service.

They got Woodstock Animal Foundation van back up and running in a timely fashion so we didn't miss a beat and could roll right on to rescuing more animals. Wonderful experience.

Dropped my car off on a weekend, I was kind of worried about leaving it but I had no choice because the engine was pretty much gone. Dropped it off here, filled out the form, they contacted me first thing Monday morning, had my issues resolved by Monday afternoon, and had my car towed to Hyundai by Tuesday. It had to be towed because it was a recall issue that Hyundai has to take care of. Super satisfied with the service and can t say enough good things about the people or the place.Service: Engine repair

Simpsonville Automotive allowed me usage of their complimentary loaner vehicle while my personal vehicle was being evaluated for repairs by my insurance company following a wreck. Even though the wreck ended up being deemed a total loss, and so Simpsonville didn t end up needing to provide any service on the vehicle, they still graciously allowed me to use their loaner for a week, and never asked me for a dime. Customer for life!

Simpsonville Automotive helped ease so much anxiety when I had issues with my vehicle. I had an appointment, but when unexpected issues came up they fit me in sooner than planned. My experience with Simpsonville Automotive was Top Notch, from the communication to service. Everything was completed in a timely manner, I was given consistent updates, and was not put out by not having a vehicle because they provided a courtesy vehicle. Thank you Simpsonville Automotive! I will definitely be a returning customer (hopefully, not soon tho :)

Love this shop, especially that they have very well maintained loaner cars- huge help whenever my car needs attention. This shop always goes above and beyond to quickly fix any mistakes, but especIally with their transparency with images of the areas of my car that needs attention. I love that I can text them, and grab a free coffee at Brick & Mortar while I wait during my car s oil change. BEST auto shop ever that truly cares about their customers and values integrity. I love them so much that I will drive 35 minutes one way for just an oil change- they re THAT amazing!!

I am buying a used car off a neighbor and wanted Simpsonville Automotive to take a look for any problems. For a very good price they inspected the car and ran a full diagnostic. Simpsonville Auto saved my day again! I cannot thank this team enough for their diligence and compassion in everything that they do. I had auto problems and called them up for help. They immediately scheduled me to get into the shop for repairs and also provided me with a loaner car during the process. My repairs fortunately were covered due to previous work and they stood behind their warranty 100%.I was updated each step of the process and was given advice and guidance along the way. Thank you all so much and I will definitely be returning for any future auto repairs.

Easy process start to finish. They communicate great the whole way through and even take pictures of your vehicle during the work. A light came on that I had never seen before so I called Woody at Simpsonville Auto and he said, Bring it on over! He put me in a loaner car and I went on my way! They fixed the issue, did an oil change and I had my car back within a few hours! Great customer service! Strongly recommend taking your car here! These guys were amazing. They are an approved vendor for the car max maxcare plan and I had an oil leak coming from the top of the engine. I wasn t sure where. I brought it in and also asked them to check out other areas that might be covered. They quickly identified the oil issue and since it was going to be a couple days to repair they offered up their loaner, which was a HUGE freaking amazing deal. It took the stress and worry of not having a vehicle right out the window. Car max maxcare has a 40$ a day reimbursement up to 7 days. Then it s all on you. Whereas these guys lend you the loaner as part of their service until they are done with your vehicle.Mike, Ryan and the tech who worked on my vehicle, where all amazing. Mike walked me through their findings made appropriate recommendations and made me feel like part of the process and didn t pressure me into anything.I highly recommend this company and I ll return in the future.Thanks again!Services: Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Great service. Performed engine diagnostics. Repaired engine to clear codes. Fixed my windshield wiper sprayer. My gas mileage improved 4 mpg. Fast service. They even gave me a ride home to Louisville. I Have Used Simpsonville Automotive for nearly 15 years and have always received great service. Recently had a full brake job and tires replaced. Felt like a new vehicle when done.
