Tyler and his crew at Z Lab are super nice and really knowledgeable about what they do. everytime i've taken my car to the shop within minutes they diagnose the problem and have my car running better than before! super super trustworthy and great at their passion for cars.

FIVE STARS Have nothing but great things to say about Tyler and everyone else at Zlab, great people to deal with and always quick and fair with job pricing and turnaround time. Wouldn t let any other shop or dealership in Louisville touch my cars. Tyler is the man, the myth , and the legend. He has literally diagnosed my problem over the phone on multiple occasions with 100% accuracy. And took care of it last time for me in 15 mins! The last shop in Louisville to do it the right way and at the same time keep the costs affordable for his loyal customers. Don t ever turn your back on this shop . It s hard to find good mechanics these days and z lab has quite a few

They took my twin turbo 240 and swapped a new clutch in. And found other issues and reported them to me. They offer full warranty so any issues that may occur once the vehicle is running again they will cover it. I drove 2 hours just for this company

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I broke down around the corner, and Tyler came to the rescue. He did everything he could to figure out what happened with my honda on Saturday night, but unfortunately, he couldn't figure it out. Dan, the Honda man came in on Monday, and between him, Tyler, they got me back on the road. I greatly appreciate all the hard work and hospitality. Next time lunch is on me. Thanks again for everything. God bless you and your beautiful family

Where was Tyler and Z-Lab Performance my whole life when I needed them??!!? This is a hidden gem/treasure that almost feels like you're keeping a secret because that's how good this shop is. Well, i'm here to let the secret out!After using Tyler and his team's services one time has made me now a lifetime customer. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.My G37x was starting to struggle turning over - being garage kept most of it's life and with the recent move, I figured now that it's not sitting the garage that cold weather was the issue. Boy was I wrong.I decided to tow it to a couple local shops to diagnose which all of them came back with BAD news/estimates. Ones telling me that a Catalytic Converter replacement had to be made which would have cost me more than $2500-3500 dollars.AND to top it all off - none of the local shops wanted to even fix it for that cost.I almost had to decide if I had to sell or go without a car for a few months.That's when a good friend/colleague recommended me to Tyler at Z-Lab performance. I gave him a call and had it in his shop the next day. This guy is an expert for all things Nissan/Infiniti and beyond. Within a day or so, he knew exactly what the issue was and what it needed to fix it.The best part? Not only did he charge me for the just the parts and labor but also asked me if I desired a better/louder sound which was the icing on the cake when I picked up it up that following week. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers!Not only do I have a working car again but now it sounds and drives better than ever before AND it didn't break the bank.It is so unbelievably hard to find experts in this industry who genuinely care about their customers and have a passion for the cars they drive. Tyler is an exception to that. Shops should look to adopt what he's doing at Z-Lab.I could not recommend a better shop in the greater Louisville area. Hell, even the state!Thank you, Z-Lab Performance! You have a customer for life!

I ve had my 350z worked on here several times. They also did the manual swap on my Z had it back in a few days. Tyler is very professional and knowledgeable with this platform I couldn t believe how fast he can work on these cars and that saved me money. We love Z labs performance. Tyler has been the lead tech on my drift cars for the past 3 seasons. There s nothing Zlabs can t fix / install. Had my air conditioner replaced, they keep me informed about the work that they were doing and even showed the old parts to me and made sure it was working properly. Tyler even called the next day to check on my vehicle! I would recommend them to everyone and there prices are some of the best I ve seen.
