The tire center at Walmart is a joke technicians should not be working on anybody s cars. Very rude disrespectful wouldn t recommend my worst enemy getting any work done at this Walmart and never buy a Walmart tire warranty road hazard warranty because it doesn t cover anything.

Associate Tristian was great. Polite and service minded. Very professional and helpful. The service team could have worked a little faster. Overall everything was very good.

Only walmart can change your oil for $25, synthetic too! Love the service!

I received a Synthetic oil change, normally well over $100 at other stores, for less than 70. The Shepherdsville Auto Care really does a great job, and they take pride in their work. I received text messages saying when my truck was being taken back, worked on, and when it was finished. It was handled with care, and ran super smooth afterwards.

Got us in right before close for an oil change; unfortunately the technician found a problem with our tire. Changed it for us, but then found another issue with another tire. Wound up staying about 45 minutes after close to repair the problems he found. He could've said nothing after the oil change and let us leave. Super thankful and happy with the service.

We bought 4 tires from them last year. Our left front tire was loosing air so we took it up to get checked out. They found a small hole that couldn't be fixed so we needed a new tire. We had to order it from Louisville, but they said it's next day delivery. It took 6 days to get delivered and no one called to tell us it was finally there. I finally called to check the status. We go back to have the tire installed and they put it on the right front instead of left front. So what should have taken 2 days to complete, took 6 plus time waiting for them to correct their mistake. I will say that they were always polite and apologetic, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.Service: Tires

I wouldn t even give them one star. Me and 1 other customer had simple oil change request. There were 3 auto care associates there. It only takes 1 to do an oil change and 2 if they want it done faster. Why advertise that the service center is open at 7 if they have to wait for the fourth person to show up and they re not scheduled to be there until 9. Why should two customers have to wait 2 hours for a 15-20 minute service request. False advertising never again

Cannot speak highly enough about how great my experience at the Shepherdsville Walmart Auto Care Center was on the Sunday following Thanksgiving. While traveling through town, and not being from the area, I heard a rattling under my car and immediately panicked. Knowing I had 3 hours left to drive, I hesitated to go any further out of fear I would end up stranded on the interstate. With it being Sunday late afternoon, however, no other auto place was open. This was the only one available in the general area. I pulled into the Auto Care Center and before even getting the words out of my mouth as to what I needed, the mechanics saw my car's problem and immediately said, "Pull in, we need to fix this!" Within 15 minutes of arriving, I was leaving with the problem fixed! Grateful for the kindness of strangers! Highly recommend!!!

Leaving for out of town and stopped in Shepherdsville because my maintenance required light came on. There was no line, and the person attended me said it would be done in 35 minutes but they finish with 20. Oil change was only $35 for a high mileage car would highly recommend

Awesome customer service for patching a flat tire. Quick and thorough. I don't live in Shepardsville but definitely worth the drive.

This was one of the worst experiences every. I had four tires to replace the ones on my wife's truck and I waited one hour and a half for them to say plug on side wall so they can't change my tires. The plug was NOT on the side wall and they never contacted me to tell me that. So when I asked about it the guy laughed at me, while three other guys standing around doing nothing. Just don't go there it is better to take to a private owned place or do it yourself. Thanks walmart for helping me know not to ever go there again.

Fast friendly service!! We were travelling out of town and had a flat tire. We stopped here to get a new tire. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had us back on the road in less than an hour.

It got done in 30 minutes(I had someone else in front of me. So 15 minutes for my car) it was cheap for me and they were very friendly and fast. 10/10

They are at the top of the list some of the employees here are lazy and won't do anything depends on which crew you get I'd go for the morning crew cause got some of the best service I've had at Walmart tire center even caught a problem I did know about and the guy told me he had lots of experience don't know why he working there or why they haven't made him manger but over all not bad just they need to work with some on customer service

Stopped in at 5:10 for an oil change with only one other car in front of me. That owner said he was going to leave and the attendant said you might as well stay since it's next up and will only take 20 minutes. The attendant said he'd be locking the doors up at 6:30 despite hours until 7. I asked for an oil change and was told "sorry, not taking anymore cars today"

Called for basic info on payment plans for tires, and kept getting referred to customers service. Who did not know anything about automotive.Service: TiresService: Tires

Lazy people!!! Waited over an hour and ten minutes on hold to get pricing on tires . Called back for the third time and asked for a manager finally she put me on hold for thirty two minutes so I will take my business elsewhere.

I just went into the service station at a quarter til 4 to get a oil change. They turned me away due to not having enough staff and the two technicians that were working were due off at 4 and could not stay over til the 7pm closing time because they cant have overtime. Very dissapointed especially when I work 12 hour shifts all weekend and I now wont be able to get a oil change til next week sometime!!!! Will be going elsewhere for services!!

They may as well close this one. They cant keep enough peiple to keep it open. I went there the other day and it was closed shortly after 4:00pm.
