Bought my first car from here.Being my first time buying a car I was/am a little inexperienced, which is not on them. I bought a 2012 ford focus and did not realize how bad of a negative camber was on the rear tire.Once I did, I called them back two days after purchase to see if they d be willing to allow me to trade it in (even for a car of lower value).They do buy cars/take trade ins, as that is how my mother acquired her most recent vehicle.With that being said, they refused me stating that they are not taking in any vehicles right now, even if it s a trade of a vehicle I literally just drove off their lot.Overall incredibly disappointed in this business & my first car buying experience.

BUYER BEWARE these vehicles are trashRun, don't walk, run away.You'd be better off spending your money on an uber, these cars are mostly garbage, they are asking way too much, they don't know what they are talking about, and are lying to people hoping they don't know any better.Edited to address their laughable reply.You dishonor yourself by speaking things that are not true, we both know that because they never happened.This is exactly the type of thing they will do to you as well, lie blatantly and attempt to shame you if they don't like how you feel about it.

My friend bought a wonderful car here and it was not only a great price but the time it took for paperwork was literally minutes. Definitely worth checking them out.

One of the most positive experiences I have had purchasing a car. Highly recommend!They sell auctioned off cars. So no warranties are offered but other than minor physical damage the few I looked at seemed to be in good shape.No stress or pressure while my wife and I was able to look, run, and and test drove without any harassment from used car salesperson. The whole staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even offered to allow me to get any vehicle I was interested in checked out by my mechanic before I purchased.The owner Allen very friendly and made my decision to buy that same day an easy one.Hopefully in a few weeks will be returning to buy another one.

The best car buying experience I have ever had in my life!! Smooth and fast transaction!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone asking where to buy a good used car. It's worth the drive to Shepherdsville. Would gladly buy from again. .That's my car there in the pictures. 2008 Grand Prix... I love it.

These cars are for Mechanics and Suckers. Unfortunately, I'm a sucker. Read this and decide which one you want to be.I bought a 2004 Impala from here for $2,500. It ran great on the test drive. I drove it for 2 days, and the breaks went out.After I fixed the breaks, a radiator hose blew. That's when I discovered all the brown clay in the coolent system. I had to flush it. Then the heater fan stopped working, and then the transmission fluid dumped out (all of it).After 3 tows, 4 missed days of work, uber rides, parts, mechanic costs, and the initial price of the car, I paid about $8,000 in total.Now, the transmission is shot. $5,600 to fix it.I only had the car for 3 months and only drove it for 18 days in total.If you like to gamble, S&S Towing and Auto Sales is for you.

I bought a 2012 Ford Focus SEL in August and was fine for one day before I started having minor issues that turned into bigger issues. Buying used As is cars should have some exceptions because how do you let someone leave the lot with a car knowing it s not safe for the road.

Bought a nice 2009 Ford Focus that has some cosmetic damage but still worth it the money that is was for sale and it drive home just fine and more

I have appreciated the service and time i have spent with this company looking for the right car. I chose them because they are blunt and the sale is not there focus it more like the customer is there focus and service to the customer comes first. But i d like to Thank Mr. Allen because he is consistent, attentive and knowledgeable.He's a honest hassle free kinda guy who doesn t pressure you and really provides a honest service. Trust him he s in the business of being honest-my purchase with them was stress free and i would recommend them anyday,

This is a great place to buy cheap used cars. If you just want something basic or for your teenager this is hands down the best place to buy. The owner is honest and to the point. He also has went the extra mile a few times to look at an issue I had with a car a few months after I bought it. It was a simple fix and his advice made it easier!

Bought a used car for my daughter from here. It only lasted 3 days before it started having issues. I have been to them a couple times to try and get some help. I had one of them being condescending and hostile to me because I had an attitude over them selling me a lemon. Worst experience. One of the guys I work with tried renting a car from them. Lasted even shorter. One hour until it broke down.***update: didn t last 6 months before I had to choose put $3,500 in it and more soon after or buy a different car

I love there service and they are all friendly and helpful.I have got 4 cars from here and I'll definitely be back if I need a nother one.So anyone in the kentucky and Indiana area if you need a good car and don't wanna do payments and for a good price I recommend coming to S&S

These guys were amazing. We called them as a last resort due to not knowing who they were. All the other companies were "too busy" to help us. Not S & S was out within 10 minutes of our call. It took 15 minutes to change not 1 but 2 tires out for us on a camper. They were professional and you can't beat the price. Thank you S & S for everything you have done. You guys were the best. Not from here but called my guy from my hometown, right off the bat he recommended these people. Within 1 minute I received a call from Allen, so kind and sweet by the way, and he had a Hayden (such a sweetheart and my baby thought you were too cool she loved watching you with that big truck lol) pick up my car and delivered it to me in 10 minutes!!!!! (Keep in mind this was stranded on I-65...yea amazing) Was worried about my car and my safety then payment once Hayden got to me! That's true service and kind heartedness. Thank you Allen and Hayden! We experienced trouble with our pickup truck during a recent RV trip. It needed to be towed for service/repair. Being from out of town we were completely unfamiliar with the service providers in the area. We started to call towing services. The first two were too busy to help us. Our third call was to S & S Towing. Alan took our call and offered to get to us within the hour. Not only did he arrive ahead of schedule, he drove us to two service centers AND a rental car location so that we could have temporary transportation. Wow! Alan went out of his way to take care of strangers in need. His prices were extremely reasonable as well. Thank you Alan and S & S Towing. We are grateful. I pulled up to look at some of their cars for sale and was immediately asked if I need any help. I never felt pressured and was allowed to view some cars that just came in. Great prices, good variety. Everyone we spoke to was super nice. I can't wait to buy a car from them.

I purchased the car from Allen at s&s towing.this is the most understanding man I have ever met in my life. He has been over backwards to help me. Broken a few rules that maybe he shouldn't have. And even though my car was sold as is he has let me bring it back in to do repairs on it without charging me. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely buy another car from this man and I probably will again in the future.Thankyou s&s I'm very satisfied with the whole experience

It's a used car lot, but I have purchased now 2 vehicles from them and Alen who owns the lot has always been honest and straight forward when I have contacted them. Again, as any used car lot, you get ultimately what you pay for, I recommend a certified mechanic or someone reasonably knowledgeable with cars to assist when buying any used vehicle, period; but the level of professionalism and honesty keeps them in my contact list next time I am in a pinch to get back on road.

Bought a car from them a month ago and the engine already blew so I called to see if it was possible for them to fix and was told they only do minor work then they hung up on me. It was a good experience for the sale but they sure as hell won't help if something happens to the car.

I went here to look at three SUV's that was listed on third website. I should have checked the website on the morning that I was going there. The SUV's that I was looking for was sold. I checked the website while I was there and the listings was no longer on the website. Also the man I spoke to was friendly and not a pushy salesman trying to make a fast buck. It seems like a nice place but has a limited inventory and is way off the beaten path. That is the only reason that I didn't give it a five star rating.

I was so lucky that my road service contacted S&S Towing when my car wouldn't start in my parking garage. Even luckier that Alen took the call. His familiarity with electric vehicles is a big plus. He was able to get the car started , on the bed of the tow truck and to the dealer safely and easily. I highly recommend S&S Towing and will keep their number handy. This service is one to be trusted.

Was told by our provider that s&s towing was contracted to pick our daughters car up from the side of a very busy 4 lane road. After waiting 2 hrs we decided to call directly. Claims to be a 24hr towing service but noone answered. After multiple attempts to reach someone, we just called a competitor and they came right away. I am normally not bothered by these things but we were stranded next to the highway with heavy semi traffic and honestly we didnt feel safe at all. I just feel if you are going to advertise 24hr towing you should make sure there is someone to answer the phone

Hotshot truck driver from Tennessee here had a blow out and needed a jackThe big guys would not even come out because I wasn't in a 18 wheelerS&s was there in 30 minutesAbsolutely glad I was able to support local business that cares about the little guy 5 stars guys
