Terrible experience do not deliver,Receiving hours 0800-1430 no exceptions,Strictly appointment based shipping and receiving,Inefficiency is below zero five truck per day is indefinitely overkill for this crew,Warning if you had missed your appointmentIt will take days to deliver.Lady that works for security is very polite and professional other than that avoid this place at all costs.

Front desk was nice and polite. Fast unloading. Took 30-45 min for whole process.

Worst place to deliver ever and everyone has sticks up their butts. Five of us had 8 o'clock appointments and were waiting at their door. 830 rolls around and we're still not checked in. So I knock on the office door, because we have not been acknowledged by a soul. A woman comes to the front and says " Can you PLEASE stop knocking on my door!", And walks away. She didn't say a word about who's going to take care of us or sorry for your wait. Eventually someone checked us in, 40 minutes after our appointments. It took 2 1/2 hours to unload one pallet. This was supposed to be an expedited load. I guess it wasn't that important, after all.

The security was very polite and nice but manager Scot was very rude and nasty his behavior it s totally unacceptable and this is the person who represents your company not good guys not good

No overnight even though it s a huge parking lot. You can park next door at Walmart. I went inside and asked just to make sure. I had an 8 o clock appointment. Walked up to the drivers door. It says we re saving starts at 9:30. I talked to a guy that was throwing trash away told him I had an 8 o clock appointment. He said that nobody cares that works in here. They did unlock the shipping / receiving door at 9 o clock. 30 minutes unloading for 23 pallets. As you re approaching this place you pass Walmart there is a driveway right before the building. You continue pass the building and use the second entrance. If you mess up like I did and turn in the first one. It s ok just continue on around the building. When you check in the check-in guy has to come outside and take a picture of your trailer license plate your truck license plate, the trailer number, the logo on your door and your drivers license.

Worst place so far. You just wait with no info when they will unload. Women at check in just play games on her console unbelievable.

No one wants to work, the apartment is at 9:30. From 9:30 to 9:55, not a single driver was accepted out of 7 waiting. The best place to waste time.

This place is extremely slow about unloading, no urgency, they stop to unload you to unload LTL carriers. Minimum unload time here is 3 hours.

This m@&$krs make you wait till they finish with local deliveries, even though you had an appointment. Worst place to deliver if you otr.

Drivers expect to not be properly checked in upon arrvl as is SOP at every whse. Expect a long wait.
