I needed an oil change and filters replaced last minute and they got me in and took care of me like family. The mechanics did an incredible job and treated my truck like it was their own. Laurie and Tyler were very professional and kind. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area or anyone passing through. 10/10!!!

It was a short and sweet trip but the experience was great! The people were amazing and were quick to help. Not only did they speak to my boss on the phone and were able to squeeze me in but also they were able to figure out the problem relatively quickly. Sincerely, thank you so much for your kindness and I wish and hope more repair shops are like you guys!

WARNING! You can go there if you want to be robbed, they are not loyal, or honest at all. I took my 2017 Freightliner for a differential leak and wanted DOT to be done. After 5 days I went to pick it up and they charged me $666.88 and they asked me to bring it back if the leak didn't stop ( they knew for sure I was going to bring it back because they didn't work on the leak).Which I did because nothing had changed the leak was still there. For the second time, they charged me $784.22 for the same job. That means I end up paying $1,451, 10 instead of 784.22 + DOT. That's call literally ROBBING .

Our truck broke down on our way through town on our family vacation. These guys answered the phone after hours on a Saturday day and gave us a few options. I brought it over to them and they got me back on the road the same day!! And the prices were great to. Thanks guys

Diesel services are most likely timely the way their drivers are driving on these roads. I can t imagine the service being too friendly considering the rolling billboards flash middle fingers and scream obscenities out the company vehicle. Crazy. Please have a safety meeting soon on driving. Sincerely your neighborhood residents.

My wife had trouble on the road from Michigan to Tennessee. They helped her out immensely. Plus, they were completely honest with what was wrong with her truck, I highly recommend them. Five stars for sure.

I have an 09 6.4 PS Lariat with 200k miles and drive about an hour to this shop for anything other than maintenance i do myself, i recommend Tyler and the crew for anyone who wants their rig(s) to get the best repair or service anywhere around. Have patience though, if their schedule is full.... that tells you something right there

They got me running quick. The engine was stalling and I m from out of town. They started working on my truck as soon as I got there. Within a few minutes they diagnosed my problem and started the repair. They were honest about the issues and really fair with the price. My truck was broke down at a campsite the lady said two weeks but soon after that one of the head guys came out same day after work to try and get my truck running so I didn t have to pay a tow bill! he got my truck running in short time.

These guys are liars, we got fooled by them. I had my Freightliner M2 box truck road side service call to replace belt, tensioner and we weren't sure if it needed water pump. Truck was literally stopped on exit close to this shop. Mechanic ( Richard) showed up after almost 2 hrs and according to my driver , mechanic removed the old belt and said he will be back with the part. Mechanic then called my driver for VIN and he came back after about 2 hrs. He then gives a bill for $605 and my driver was confused if the truck is repaired or not. Driver called me and let me speak to mechanic. According to him he went to 4 different places and can't find the parts. He billed me for 3 hrs plus service call and the miles. I asked you dont had to drive to parts, just call and ask if the part is available and then drive to the location. He made us pay and adviced to tow it to their garage. I happened to call a towing company ' Tony Wreckers services' , initially i asked for towing but they asked me what seemwd to be the problem. I explained the whole situation, he was laughing at me that you were just robbed for $600. He took the VIN and called me 10 mins later, saying parts are available at ' Kentucky Truck Sales'. He came with the parts , done with the repair in couple of hours.

They dispatched out a mechanic to help me get the wheels off of my 2 ton dually truck. Two of the lugs were spinning inside the wheel and needed to be torched off. The mechanic torched them off with precision and did not hurt the wheel. The bill was more than reasonable, and I will use them again in the future.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My U bolts on my front drive axle had come loose letting the axle shift putting it so far out that Petro wouldn't touch it. Ryan with precision came out and got it back in place with no problems at all. They were honest about ETA and Ryan was friendly and professional. This isn't our first time using them and will continue to use them when in the area. Great service.

So far, so good. Tyler was/is able to work a major issue in to hopefully get me back up and running. I asked if he could do some other things while I'm down and waiting for parts. I'm very optimistic.Will update when done.

I would like to say many thanks to Tyler, his wife who is a kind caring lady who makes you feel very welcomed, the mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful, they stayed past closing time to try to get me on the road again the lady at front desk extremely pleasant and very quick to assist if needed. The story is my truck was losing power and pushing out massive amounts of black smoke, Tyler came on a road call checked it out and we had it in shop the next morning. They gave my lots of attention they checked everything thoroughly I was impressed. Turns out I had a bad egr which they changed, I also had them do my Turbo and Vpod (truck is over a million miles). I am very pleased with Tyler and his crew, I wish them much success as you can see they really care about their customers needs. Based on my personal experience I recommend them highly. Thanks again Tyler and your wife for your help

Great customer service! We had to use them twice this year for onsite repairs. Responsive, timely, knowledgeable, and reasonable rates. If you break down and can t get to a shop give them a call; they will help you out any time of the day!

These guys saved our butts! 800 miles from our destination one of our trailer axle breaks on a Sunday! We were able to get ahold of them and get it fixed and 9n our way. Thanks to them, we made it to Texas worn out but safe

Dropped off my diesel truck because it would not start if the temps were below 50. They discovered the block heater cord was bad. They quickly replaced my cord. They tested my glow plugs and relay and said they were working just fine. The truck still would not start if temps were under 50 degrees unless it was plugged in. When I brought that up they claimed those trucks are temperamental in the cold . I went home and tested the glow plugs myself- they all tested bad, every single one. I replaced them myself and now the truck cold starts in temps 20-30 degrees just fine with no block heater. Very frustrated. Not sure why they didn t test my plugs and give me an honest answer. I figured out how to do it off a YouTube video. I only assume they either didn t test them because they were short on time or they tested them, saw they were bad and didn t have the time to mess with it so they told me they were fine. Either way- I will not be going back or referring them any business.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to communicate with me on a detailed level. Its a rare trait these days when business owners take the time to communicate in a manner that delivers trust because the passion for their craft shows. We need more of this in our communities as a whole.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I have been having several issues with my truck that many wouldn't even give me a professional opinion about. The owner of this company went above and beyond to not only help me figure out the issue but also gave me a very affordable price to get it fixed. Tyler, Ryan and the entire crew were very easy to work with. Truck shut down on the fuel island at the local loves truck stop. and they sent out a tech and could not get the transmission to engage so we had it towed to the shop. They actually took the time to diagnose correctly and do a systematic diagnosis of the issue. Everyone was telling me I would have to replace the clutch but due to their thorough knowledge and devotion it turned out to be loose wire. problem solved. Thank you very much Precision Diesel.
