Not very friendly staff that work here...no have a nice day or thank you or anything..they move you thru like cattle... bathrooms were doable...they had toilet paper and towels and soap, can you believe it?! ...paid parking spots are all along the back rows of the lot. Free spaces are near the front of the store...that I can't understand why...

Staff pretty friendly. Showers just discussing. Can t believe with all the bad reviews. Still this dirty. This says a lot about high up management. No just store manager. Sad to get here tire from driving and have to shower in a place like this. Not everyone. But most of the pilots are the same. Again High up management seams like they don t care.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! Where is the pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for us truckers who literally keep this country running?!?! Why is this never the case at Love s???? FILTHY AND RUNDOWN the only reason I stayed is because it s close to my drop. NEVER AGAIN!!! With all these bad reviews you d think someone would make it better .. NOT!!!!!!!

The shower floor was... slimy, and there were small blood stains on the towels. They put those toilet bowl freshners on the toilets but didn't clean anything. I ended up buying some wet ones. It barely has any truck parking, but there's good food within walking distance if you dont want Subway. Also, they dont let you park bobtails up front with the cars. I have to fill up the truck there, but am limited on where to park. Thanks.

Very helpful and friendly staff! The staff went above and beyond to help, even when there was at least 30+ customers in the small store. The parking lot was completely full. Other reviewers have noted the cleanliness of the store. I noticed that as well, however for the number of staff compared to the amount of foot traffic they get throughout the day, I can understand it. Probably one of the busiest stops in the area. Thanks for being helpful and friendly!

This is not the way Pilot supposed to look inside and out. I was disappointed when I enter this location it doesn't look inviting and clean including the restroom (Men's) no soap, no toilet seat covers, barely any toilet paper and inside stalls were a mess. The only thing that was pretty decent was Subway.

A couple of my friends came and wash their laundry at this specific location, and purchased a laundry bag. So, I went to wash and get this bag too. I asked Jamal who works there, do you have a laundry bag, and he was saying no we don't. I told him but my friends came in and got it. He said it may be in another location. I was no, they got it here. So, I asked a sweetheart lady about it and she told me where to find it. Thanks, Jamal for making my day a lot easier and for your great service and yes you have it there, I am attaching a picture of it, in case someone is asking about it.

After waiting 1.5 hrs for a shower I took a walk to the back and noticed that nothing was being cleaned. I asked to speak to the manager. Thursday August 22 @ 7:08. He was not aware that nobody was cleaning the showers. After a 10 min wait after notifying the manager this is the shower I was given. This pilot is a dump after looking at the cooking area, laundry area, trash overflowing it just makes me angry. How is the manager still employed, how is corporate not looking at this place. I have seen worse but I just don t see why they would not take pride.

I was debating on leaving a review since there s so many terrible reviews already. But how will any changes will be made if no one says anything. I mean this Pilot is so bad if another truck stop opened across the street this Pilot would get less business guaranteed. From observing the employees at this location I m wondering how long have these people been working here? Seriously a group of college kids could do a better job. Looks like staffing issues, cleanliness issues. The Subway is temporarily closed but I m wondering if it was open would anyone want to eat from there. I ve went and left many Pilots all over the country and this Pilot needs new management obviously. They need to hire janitorial services and people who want to work and be good at it.There was trash everywhere, I could ve gotten so many terrible pictures of this place.. and then i almost felt bad like I could ve been too critical. Well no, management, owner, corporate please do something.

As a professional driver this location is horrible to get in and out of. Trucks are parked all over the isle, pulling across the scale and fuel islands each way. Absolutely nightmare. Bathrooms are barely clean and food did not look appealing.

This location is in need of remodeling and updating. The parking lot is small. There is plenty of grass to let the dogs out. There is a waffle house located directly across the street as well. Overall, it's not a bad location to stop for a while.

Is a nice place to stop and look around. Little oddities. A little of this and that. Stuff for cars, Bluetooth headphones, hats, gloves, glass figurines, just lots of variety of things also needed while traveling. They offer showers. While ur waiting they have a little game type room for adults.

Obviously horrible management. Absolutely disgusting. Hard to believe that the truck parking area actually seems cleaner than the inside of the store. Store clerk walked into bathroom with pump sprayer and sprayed some kind of deodorizer all over everything including all the toilet paper on the floor then left it. I happened to notice the long list of failed inspections on the door as I was leaving.

Alexis the manager on duty cares more about the trucks parked in reserved parking than the sanitisation of her restrooms and maintaining a clean environment in the store. The sad part is she allows for illegally parked semis and dropped trailers. Fix the important issues first then worry about the trucks trying to find a safe haven to sleep. This place has no concern with the health of their patrons. Needs new management. And definitely needs to be reported to the health department. COVID thrives here!

24hr Truck Stop!! As you can ....absolutely nothing to eat!! Subway wasn't even stocked, to build any sandwiches!! Um I won't give my attitude towards the "Challenged Women, In Charge!?"

Parking here isn't the best. Very limited and tight. Area seems quiet and safe though.Stayed here overnight and ate at the Waffle House across the street.

Clean restrooms, friendly staff. Outside surrounding the truckstop was a few pretty flowers and grass, thought I'd share the photo's for people to enjoy. As usual, the truck parking area isn't much to brag about, it's a bit smaller than the typical truckstop the ground smells like piss though, because lazy drivers won't get out of their trucks and walk a few feet to use the restroom. But overall it's actually cleaner than some other places I've stopped at.

I left a poor review 5 years ago... i haven't been here in years, I come back, it's worst. They didn't even attempt to clean my shower!!!! This is pathetic... don't they get fired at hotels for this disgusting and unsanitary acts!? The manager should be punished. Today is March 29th 2024 at 5:37 am...

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Nastiness Pilot I have ever been to. Shower floors black with mildew EVERYWHERE! Toliet never cleaned there was poop and ball hair on the seat. There was 2 mins between leaving the shower room and them calling in the next customer to use it.

I'm a regular Pilot/Flying J customer and I can say that this store is one of the tiniest Pilot I've seen. For the traffic that they're facing every day, the management should think about some expansion, a larger parking lot for both 4 and 18 wheelers, larger toilets (I've seen people waiting badly for a toilet), maybe few more showers... Other than that, friendly staff, clean store, good coffee!

Rude as hell employees and if you go in to reserve a parking spot and they are sold out the will tell you that they will make you move and tell you to park at the wear house next door but make sure your gone before they open up so by that logic your not supposed to park there

I would have to say it was the worst truck stop I have ever been in in my 32 years of trucking the bathroom smell like dog piss like it's never been cleaned in weeks and whole place made to feel tacky we'll never go back

Manager ripped me off on a $2 coffee because she was too lazy to hit one button on register.I'm a trucker who regularly does $500 fillups at Pilot. This afternoon, when I was in the store paying for a small coffee, I asked if my club card could be scanned so that I can get points twords a free coffee. The manager must have been too far along in the checkout sequence to scan the card because I didnt hear it beep. When she was finished checking me out she did not print nor offer me a reciept, which I found odd as well. I asked her if I could please get one. She scoffed and printed me one when I found my club card was not used on my transaction. I asked her about this and she made some excuse about it not being registered in a nasty tone. Instead of pressing the issue I just left, along with thousands of dollars a week in business to the competition.

It's kind of dirty for a Pilot store...staff will barely look at you or speak to you...no reason for no showers...just Sorry! Pilot has been going down hill since the new attitude started...that they're losing money...giving away showers! I've never got one for free...so what gives? Why is this store a mess? Was so great to drive all day..fill a full tank...pay for a parking spot..and no shower! No excuse! I'd give zero stars...but to review, had to give at least 1. Won't be back here...hopefully my company switches to Loves or TA!

Do they clean every year, or do they throw it away when it doesn't work anymore like we do tv's? I gave it 2 stars for at least having showers available.
