Working at a store that VERY frequently (three to four times a day) has to order items from OR, we have no complaints. Sean is always great and the delivery drivers are quick and so nice. They always have the things we need and if they do not have them, they will find them around town! We love the Shepherdsville OR Auto Parts! We literally ordered Goo Gone and they brought it to us with no hesitation.

Absolutely never again, I called this store yesterday looking for a filter they had to order for me, i was told they could have it by 1pm today, knowing how deliveries go anymore I politely asked the guy on the phone if they could give me a call when it arrived, he said if you show up here at 1:10pm I guarantee it will be here I m like ok. I walked 2.27 miles from the Love s Truck Stop to their store avoiding walking along an interstate highway, arrived at 12:50pm at 1:50pm the so called guarantee went out the window my item I was guaranteed to have was still not there, I canceled it and walked back to my truck at the Love s. What ever happened to good ole customer service.

Tony and Justin were absolute lifesavers! These two men went above and beyond to help fix my daughter's friends headlights so they could finish their drive back home. Without them, they'd have been stuck until morning and would have been late for work. O'Reilley's did right by employing these two and should definitely value their exceptional customer service.

These guys were awesome. Had the Prius battery I needed in stock, and replaced it in just a few minutes, after other places had told me they couldn't or wouldn't because it was "a 45 minute job". I was prepared to do it myself, but they offered, and I couldn't be more satisfied! Even went the extra step to grab me a mail-in rebate form and print me an extra receipt. Thanks guys!

They are a great bunch of people, I've been other places and this place has the best service I've ever got. I've been going to the store since they open and they all know me by my first name like they have known me all my life. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the part you need and a great price. Thanks Mike, Amy, Kelly, and socket.( I can't remember what the last guy's name was so I called him socket)

The staff was short and rude and completely ignored us as customers, they warranties out a part bought from them by the dealer and then told us we would have to pay for the part. Arrogance and terrible customer service is the best way to describe this. I am truly disappointed in orielys. I have bought from another store in Nashville and the staff and service was great. I will no longer use orielys for any of my parts needs.

If I could they would get zero stars. Beyond horrible customer service. Called multiple times at different times of the day to just be placed on hold for at minimum 30 minutes. This is why I never go here and another reminder as to why I will never go back.

Very helpful staff! I left my headlights on by accident next door at Sonic drive-in and they used their jump box to jumpstart my van even though they were a few mins past closing time! Thanks guys, so grateful for your kind gesture!

Rented two tools on the 14th for 130.00.Returned them on the same day and as of today the 1st of October, i have yet to get my money back on my debit card. I have called numerous times and keep getting the run a round. They told me to call my bank to see if it was issued for refund so i called last week and still haven't got my money back. I can go to autozone and my money is returned for tool rentals as soon as I bring them back. I'll never do business with this company again. Never seemed to have the parts i needed either. Hope i don't have to wait much longer to get my money back as it doesn't come easy.

Michael, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help us find and obtain the part we needed on a Sunday afternoon helping us to fix our car and continue on our road trip in short order. (We had a busted water hose.)

There are 3 other auto parts dealers in Shepherdsville and O'Reilly was the last to come into town. I am a creature of habit and had established a routine of going to the other famous names stores, so I never visited O'Reilly's. One day none of the other stores that I usually shopped had a part that I needed badly. I went to O'Reilly's and they had the part in stock for $10 less than the other stores. That sold me on them. Anytime I can save money is great.

While traveling through Shepherdsville on my way to a conference in Nashville, I broke a windshield wiper while cleaning my windows at a gas station. A good samaritan at the store tried to help reattached the wiper, but discovered the necessary part was broken and the whole thing had to be replaced. This kind man referred me to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store, which was across the street. When I walked into the store, I was greeted happily by Amy, the manager. She got me the right parts and installed them for me immediately. She was an answer to prayer! I really appreciated her help and her cheerful attitude that made me feel as if she was very pleased to serve me! I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes!

Place has gone downhill since they fired some of the people that used to work there. Now the employees are too busy chatting with their friends about how much money they make or working on their own vehicles out back to help customers.

Two of three employees not wearing masks, the other one was using the f-word. Customers also not required to wear masks. Won t be back.

To be fair, most of the people here are nice and helpful. I was just lucky enough to get the one guy behind the counter with no people skills.
