Inside is always good but the shop is not, TJ was ok to to talk to but the other mechanics I talked was so mad at everything, or would not talk at all..I also did not like the first come method of doing your job for customers, I know you get the " I'm on the way " and they never show up..but drivers don't have 5 or 6 hrs to wait for a tire change or oil change..

Ordered road service, The guy over the phone gave me estimate time 1 hour. But they never show up. When called back after 2 hour, the guy over the phone was rude and said he has no Idea what time the mechanic going to get us. Had been waiting 6 more hours and found other road service (could call other road service earlier, if I knew ETA of mechanics). They might have good service in the shop, but has a worst customer service for road calls.

Never ever ever use this place for repairs. I'm a local and have tried coming here several times over the years. Its always a 5+ hour wait and 3+ hour job. They are lazy hourly techs and just try to burn the day without actually getting stuff done.
