I typically go out of my way to stop at a loves when traveling, but will think twice before visiting this location again. Women's bathroom was dirty, and only 1 stall had toliet paper. The "rate bathroom cleanliness" buttons were actually torn off the wall. I've visited so many Loves that were wonderful, it's a shame to see this location so poorly maintained.

Cleanliness must be the number one priority for any business. I understand that we truckers are not doing a great job of keeping places clean after ourselves but all trash cans are filled with trash and they are all overflowing with trash, restrooms are dirty, and coffee stations are dirty. I did not feel welcome to bring my hard-earned money here since this Love s location was extremely dirty. I am only getting fuel and getting out of here.

So this is a location I typically stop at to fill up with gas, have a potty break, stretch my legs, grab a drink and get ready for the next portion of the road trip between Texas and Ohio... So I was disappointed when I stopped to get gas today and none of the gas pumps were available... NO SIGNS, NO WARNINGS and the fact that it can be slightly difficult to enter the parking lot as it is makes it even more of a hassell to leave and go to the Racetrac across the way... LOVES PLEASE DO BETTER!!

This loves is horrible,the machines are out of coffee because bad inventory and they are not collecting the garbage for days. Loves used to be the last truck stop that cares but no more

Fist time traveling through this place. And a very disappointed with the staff. I have a problem with my loves app. Trying to take a shower. Another driver offered me one from his app and the cashier denied it. I payed many time for others drivers when they needed. Can believe this person was actually acting like this. Definitely I m not coming back to this place

I m not the one to post on reviews as often as I should. I feel some places need to hold themselves accountable for their actions. Especially when you re on the road and you get the type of person that looks at you as if your an alien.I went to this Loves and my son wanted the die cast assembly car that is clearly posted at $12.99.I went to the register and it rang up as $29.99.The cashier who was very sweet and kind says if it s $12.99 I deserve to get it at $12.99.I took a picture and she said she would speak to the manager to adjust it if that s the case.The General Manager came and looked at me as he walked over to the shelves and said oh, they are just out of order and someone might of just misplaced them yet clearly in the picture you see they are neatly lined up.I told him it does not look that way and he said they are all out of order and proceeded to walk away. Didn t acknowledge the fact that he was wrong not wanting to make adjustments on the price.The cashier just looked down in shame as her superior blatantly abused his power and did not fulfill the request of a frequent customer who purchases gas and other items on a daily.Truth be told that it has nothing to do with the price but with the arrogance and unwilling to admit a default matter in his store.None the less I walked out and wished him a good day as he just didn t give eye contact and turned his back.To the cashier in the fuel side, I m sorry you have to deal with a person like that.

While my family was traveling we decided to stop at this gas station to fill up. While getting gas, we also decided to go inside to grab a few things. While inside we experienced a very racist experience that left us completely traumatized. During this encounter the man that claimed to be a manager was being very aggressive and mean. He kept yelling at us and our children and kept insulting our family and religion. This is an experience that should never happen to ANYONE especially those with children who are traveling.

Worst location I've been too. Closed showers almost all the time. Dirty bathrooms and lazy staff. Went in and asked about a shower. Was told showers are closed today again. Two staff that were standing behind the counter were laughing saying no one wants to clean them and you see the manager walk back and say wish they would just remove them. How can loves allow this to go on? My company fuels only at loves and they treat truckers like trash here. This location needs to have corporate do a visit and restaff

There was no paper towels in the mens restroom and the place was completely destroyed in every stall. Toilet paper everywhere and just nasty. The reason I'm giving three stars is because the manager got right on it after it was brought to her attention. She said she was sorry and would get on it right away. If it wasn't for her willingness to get it the way every other loves is I'd be giving less stars.

This Loves is a dump. Showers have been closed for over 3 months now. Men's restroom is very nasty and it's 10am. Toilet paper missing and you can just see it doesn't get cleaned. So many loves becoming this way. ..........update... I just read some of the reviews turns out this place is always dirty. Tells me Mangament is the issue here. Another important thing. .. this sign should be on every fuel pump so driver can buy fuel somewhere else.

This is by far the worst Love's we have been to. It is filthy. Love's has "courtesy" checks for cleanliness but this place is doing nothing to insure the facility it clean. As an OTR we rely on truck stops to be safe and clean place to take care of our basic needs and this place is seriously lacking.

Never a parking spot available to park your truck. Mechanic takes 10 11 hours for any little repair. Sometimes can t even get it done ! Some of them mechanic can be very nice that s the only good thing. Always a problem with the showers maybe nobody to clean them sometimes they just closed them showers don t even care if you really need to take one . Restroom always busy and dirty. Showers need to be remodel and clean they have flies and bugs. I been to many Love s but this one needs it s bad , it s a very dirty store trash floor restroom not clean corporate please check this store out very poor management.The restaurant subway and that chicken place not bad at all.

Loves is generally my favorite truck stop chain. But location is definitely damaging the brand name. Shower requests on app is disabled. I tried inside(6pm) and was told 3-4 hrs wait time. Came back at 1am to be told they are cleaning them and to come back in an hour. The place is dirty, small parking lot, good luck finding a spot.

The worst place to be at came here at 10am and now is 10pm 12 hours waiting for oil change. They told me to pull in and will do your oil change. After few minutes they called me tell me we won t able to do ur oil until tomorrow 8 am and they are unprofessional don t bother to come here. you wasting your time? Avoid if you can please.

My husband's a truck driver and we came here to take a shower 2nite. The old woman at the fuel desk was rude and unhelpful trying to say we had no showerd . When I asked to speak with the manager however he was polite and pulled up the showers that I did have.

This Love's location hardly measures up to the standards we've grown accustomed to of other Love's location. The restrooms WERE NOT clean, nor stocked. The rest room floors around the toilets was disgusting. The sinks were were unkempt. There was clutter and trash discard outside. The pump handles were sticky/gunky. The pop cooler was vastly understocked. All in all a very dissatisfying visit. Will avoid this location during future travels.

Pulled in to get fuel. (TRUCKER) All the working pumps were blocked by trucks that were not pumping fuel. Not sure how many pumps total.Only 5 of approximately 10 were usable. 5 out of order... 15 minutes went by (watching log eld) before someone moved so I could get fuel. I thought the manager might be concerned about the loss of business. Alicia didn't give 2 fucs . I will never grace that door way again.

Had to sweep out my shower room.... Then I seen wasn't clean... So I told someone and asked if they could... It's still nasty... But I need a shower so hopefully I don't get anything from this shower .... Black mold.... Ewwww door doesn't work properly...... Shower number 3!!!!!!

If you come off the interstate you can t turn left into the station. You have to go down to the next light and come in the back way. It s not very well marked. The parking lot has lots of spots. There is a Subway and Chester s, plus typical convenient store snack and drinks. There is a truck stop in the back.

Good for a Loves. Remember they are always popular so very busy. For the non-trucker you can get prepared food, drinks, snacks, and even fresh fruit. Usually stop here on my I-65 travels.

I go in almost every night on my lunch break at 12:15am and they're JUST putting the hot dogs on the grill. Why?? The older ladies that work there are VERY RUDE as well! How do you keep customers when the food isn't even prepared for you? BAD BUSINESS...

One word - dirty !!!Charging for showers but they not clean it at all after someone before you used the same shower room. Ventilation is off. Hot and humid inside because keep rolling ppl one after another. With Covid around , it s not smart idea.Parking lot is smelly and dirty.Food station - paradise for cockroaches. Empty , dirty , not cleaned and sanitized , in mess.

Out of hours and told I can t park here. We are completely out of the way of everyone, yet told to park on a curb in the way. I ll never use this love s again!! Everyone should avoid this place like the plague. This truck stop needs more parking and a good update

There was a guy in line to get a shower. This guy was Arabic and the cashier told him he had to go park before she could put him in line for a shower.This is not true. Hey, withe was trying to get in line.On the waiting list. You don't even have to be at the truck stop to get in land. I am very Disappointed in this cashier. The general manager is Fred K

I was at this Loves 12/14/22 to get my driver tires repaired because they wasn t holding air even with my self inflation, you black kid who stated that he was working on my issue was extremely rude and the manager didn t care. When I asked what the problem was he didn t look at me and he didn t answer me. He left a screw off of my hub and I received the wrong receipt for what I had done, I ve never been treated so rudely or unprofessional at any loves that I ve ever been to.

For being a truck stop they apparently do not allow truckers to park overnight. Will not Park here again and do not come here if you're a trucker because you are not allowed to be here overnight.

This Love's surprised me. The fresh food/salad was pretty bare and it was really,really dirty by IMO normal Love's standards. The inside of the store, restaurants and bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly but the outside in the driver's area looks like a landfill.Granted you can blame lazy and nasty driver's for that but it was obvious that some stuff had been sitting there for awhile with some garbage cans overflowing with trash.

I cannot believe my eyes...I literally just watched 3 workers and a customer harass a woman for parking a little too close to the air pump. This location was packed and she was barely next to the "no parking" curb, but there was literally no other place to be, as it was just a busy time. Not only did the workers NOT stop this disgusting display of what I can describe as nothing less than a tantrum by a 60+ year old man child - beating on her car, screaming at the top of his lungs, laying on his horn - but they encouraged it by accumulating outside and staring her down until she moved. I came in for my morning coffee, and I can honestly say that I will never visit another Love's again. I put my coffee and breakfast down and walked out. Every single worker needs to be fired, immidiately!

I'm not even gonna waste my time to talk about this horrible location. Just know I'll never ever stop here or any other love's locations across the country. Horrible professionalism, very racist and judgemental.Mary is the worst employee I've ever seen in a uniform
