We recently had our truck repaired at Glaser s in Shepherdsville. We chose them because we wanted to stay local and had heard good reviews from our insurance company. Sadly we didn t have that great experience. They assured us that they would handle setting up the rental with Enterprise. We had a rental scheduled and Glaser s canceled it and rescheduled the repair without notifying us! So with that we did not get the rental we needed and had to go rounds with Enterprise before it was corrected. We waited days for the quote and i would have went with another company if it wasn t already set up through the insurance company.They got 3 stars because the repair was done quicker than anticipated and it was done correctly. Looking at the big picture that is the part that matters. However the issues we had to deal with while they had our truck left a sour taste in our mouth and will not return or suggest them to anyone. At the time the quote was given he led us to believe there was no deductible and there was. This was due to an animal strike so we were unsure. Double check with your ins co.

One of the best experiences I have had with my vehicle. The staff was helpful, great with communication, phone, text and email. They went out of their way to clean my vehicle which was an unexpected surprise. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Crystal provided excellent customer and provided the updates David gathered after reviewing and working on my vehicle. The education provided by David on the vehicle, I really appreciate that because most don t educate they customers on what is what with vehicles. I recommend Glasers Collision Center. My plan and goal is to have them be my go to for when anything is need for my Audi to be done. It s close by home and the service is outstanding!Service: Body & Trim

Glaser s in Bullitt County did an excellent job in repairing my front end after a accident. They went above and beyond to make sure that when I got my car back it was clean inside and out. I would highly recommend them for your repair service center! Staff was very nice and kept me updated daily via text message on what was happening with my vehicle! Small accident that required some body work on our 4Runner. From the first visit till completion, the entire team was polite, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with the quality of work and cleanliness of the 4Runner when we picked it up. Glaser's did what they said they would, kept us updated along the way, and delivered ahead of schedule. Glazer s did an awesome repair on my vehicle and they kept me well informed about their progress and expected completion date. My vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than the date given me. My favorite vehicle ever, my Ford Edge got rear ended and was not driveable. I searched for repair shops with great reviews. In doing so I was referred to Glaser s in Bullitt Co. as many others in Jefferson Co. had ridiculous wait times of months. I am glad they could do repairs within 2 weeks so we set up for a date to have it towed there. It turned out my vehicle got totaled by insurance co. Glaser s went out of their way to help with communication, dealing with insurance company, every aspect of helping and allowing me to remove all of my personal belongings and extras that were still salvageable like license plate holder, specialty car mats, all the items you keep in consoles or door pouches etc. They were fantastic to deal with and because of this my situation of knowing the outcome occurred months earlier than other places I contacted. I got another Ford Edge and if it ever needs repair I now know a great place not too far away.

Friendly and helpful staff! They were quick to fix my car and provided me updates to keep me in the loop. It was my first time needing damage repair and they helped guide me through it. My car looks great after the repairs and they cleaned the inside even leaving me some goodies which I was not expecting and greatly appreciated after a stressful week. This place was absolutely amazing through the entire process while our Honda Civic was being repaired. We received frequent updates and our car looked showroom new when it was finished. The service was incredible and my car looks great! My car was rear-ended just after Thanksgiving and I dreaded the thought of dealing with repairs and getting a rental during the holiday season, but the folks at Glaser's truly went above and beyond my expectations. Their excellent communication with my insurance and with Enterprise made the whole process hassle-free for me. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Glaser's! From the moment my car was towed in, to the moment I drove off the lot I was taken care of. Through the whole process I was kept informed about my car. Every single employee my husband or I talked to was friendly and answered all of our questions. When I picked up my car it looked better than when I bought it at the dealership, inside and out. The work they did was top notch and I couldn't be happier! They worked so well with my insurance and they are a drop off location for Enterprise. My rental was through Enterprise so I was able to leave it with them and take my vehicle home. Got rear ended and was recommended to go here by insurance and was a little skeptical at first. Left feeling 1000 times better. The shops was recommended by our State Farm agent after my daughter wrecked her car. I can t say enough good things about them. So professional, kept in contact the whole time, super friendly, and excellent work. We live just outside of Nashville so we weren t able to be there but they worked with us from here. We arranged for my mother in law to do the pick up since she is local. This was the best experience ever with car repairs that we ever had. Highly recommend them! I had my car fixed due to being rear ended. It was fast and amazing quality. You can t even tell it was damaged. Looked brand new. They even cleaned out my car and trunk. My day time running light was out and they replaced it also. I am so happy i definitely would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!! My experience with Glaser's was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and professional. They made the process very easy from dropping off my truck, getting a rental, communicating with my insurance and then picking up my truck after hours. My truck looks just like it did when I bought it brand new. Not only did they fix it exactly the way it was but they also detailed it inside and out. I definitely recommend them and will use them again for any future repairs needed.

Service is slow. But to be expected with the way the world is now. Parts shortage is to be expected and fully understood. Scott Ashley at the Shepherdsville location is rude, and should not be managing this center. If I were the owner I d get rid of him before he ruins the reputation of your shop. I received an estimate of around 7k for some tornado damages. Glaser billed my insurance for over 14k. Ok, fine. I can live with that, as long as the work is done right. I was called and told there were some parts not in, but the vehicle could be driven. Just some glass that needs to be replaced and a decal that will be in later this month. Great! I was excited to get my Jeep back after being without a car for 6-7 weeks. When I asked the manager if I could just pay half of my deductible which is $500, so I d give them $250 now, and $250 when they complete the job he said no. I explained it wasn t right for me to pay full price on a job that is NOT complete, he told me it was company policy. I already had my keys and told him I was leaving with MY car and would pay in full when they completed the job. He told me if I left that I would be committing theft.On a 14k+ job (way over billed in my opinion, but they obviously know they can get whatever from State Farm) Scott is worried about $250 of deductible money on a job THAT ISNT COMPLETE!If anyone is guilty of theft, it s Glaser sServices: Painting, Body & Trim
