I had been car shopping for months when I found a vehicle online I liked at Craig and Landreth Shepherdsville. I emailed them and immediately let them know I did not want to finance through them. There was no push back at all, they sent over a purchase agreement for my bank within minutes. Once I got to the car lot the car was exactly as advertised and the purchase was smooth and quick. They turned on cartoons for my 5 year old and filled up my gas tank. Next purchase will be from them if at all possible!

Michael worked very hard to get me in the SUV I ve been wanting. It was an easy process. Chris as well worked great with us. I highly recommend if you re looking for a vehicle with no added pressure!

They were all helpful if I was going to do what they wanted me to do. I went in there with 12k in cash and the guy was only showing me junk and telling us about the problems the cars had . Um no thanks. He acted like I came in there with 3k wanting a good car. He suggested me financing, even after we said we don t needed to do that. We tried to be nice. Tell him that we needed to talk about it and think about what we were going to do and he told us we didn t really have anything else to think about because he s told us everything. we left to Dixie auto sales got a 2012 Ford escape low mileage great condition is priced at 10 995. They took 9K for it! This guy missed out on a $10-12 sale because he wanted to try to keep selling me $3000 cars for $12,000. I want to go back over there, Julia Roberts style and tell him big mistake.

Had a wonderful experience working with Michael very chill not to pushy and had a lot of patience working with my fianc� and I! We ended up leaving with a 2017 Honda CR-V! We will definitely recommend anyone to work with him the process takes some time but we left same day with what we wanted! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

No complaints whatsoever. As soon as I pulled up Mike was out the door to greet me and had the car i had called about pulled up out front. He was super fast and took care of everything to send me home with a nice car for a very fair price. They are 2 hours from me but definitely going to be my first choice future purchases

Jalin sold me this sweet gti lol, never had a better car. Process was super easy, price was fair. Thanks guysUpdate: I made sure to be clear that I only wanted to finance with Commonwealth Credit Union, for some reason they used 10 hard inquiries to come to the conclusion the Commonwealth Credit Union had the best rates... Extremely frustrating because I don't have much credit history to begin with. The experience was great, but I hate checking my credit score almost a year later and still seeing these hard inquiries.

I recently bought a vehicle from Craig & Landreth in Shepherdsville TN, and it was a GREAT experience. At a car dealership? Say it ain't so! I had been looking for a particular vehicle for some time when I visited their website. Athough I lived almost 350 miles away, I saw a good deal that made the trip worth the risk. The truck was beautiful. My salesman, Preston Barger, was exceptional and patient as I picked over the 2018 Silverado for a couple hours. When I asked questions he did not have answers for, he went and got them, one time calling a Chevrolet service center directly. We test drove others similar trucks, solely for a comparison. Obviously, I was under pressure, having traveled that far, but there was no pressure from him or any of the others. When I noted a few minor issues, they were extremely fair in finding solutions. They played no games. The price was as posted, with only a minimal doc fee added on, for which they had mentioned early on. It was a supriseingly pleasant experience. They deal in quality rides and my experience is that they stand behind what they sell. I will definately shop here in the future.

I had an amazing experience at Craig and Landreth. I worked with Mike Osbourne & he made the whole process of buying a car very easy and actually fun! I ended up leaving the same day with a beautiful subaru & have been loving it! I couldn t recommend them enough & make sure to ask for mike when you go to look for a car.

First of all, the experience with both the sales person and the finance manager were fine. The price of the vehicle was fair, they offered a fair price for my trade in, the interest rates are just garbage. HOWEVER, the sales person assured me there would be a single inquiry on my credit report after the application. I woke up the next day to 6 hard inquiries on my credit report. They were unable to correct the error at the dealership, so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Beware that the folks at the dealership clearly don't understand how credit applications and/or financing brokerage works.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a GMC Sierra about two months ago. About 2 weeks into owning the truck, the transmission failed. We had to pay approximately $5000 to get it replaced. I called an emaied the morning it happened and didn't receive a response for almost three days. By that time I had already scheduled to have it fixed at another shop. I also just found out that it has a broken motor mount. That's going to cost approximately $700 to fix. According to our mechanic, both issues should have been caught prior to being sold. We were also told there was a second key and that they would fix the heated seats that weren't working. They scheduled an appointment for us and when we got the call from the office we were told that WE HAD TO PAY. We told them no, we were told that you guys would fix it. They called the manager at the location where we purchased the truck and he said no- I never said that. They will literally tell you anything to get you to sign those papers. If you do find a car that you like at this place be sure you get it checked thoroughly before signing anything.

Jennifer Meeks is not your average car dealership person, literally she saved my life and it was out of the kindness of her heart but shes a huge go-getter and she loves what she does. She was personable and makes you feel like family. The guys at the dealership were awesome, you can tell its a sweet place to work which is the dream of a young person starting out. I am beyond impressed but also excited to the point of tears.

Jennifer was amazing!!! She got it done for us even tho it was quite difficult...Chris also busted his but to get it right!!! we love our Chrysler 300S...they definitely work hard and have great vehicles

Purchased my newer vehicle from here and they worked out a very good deal for me. Very friendly and I figured out why. They sold me a vehicle that was in dire need of service. A week after I purchased it the rear brakes started grinding because there was no pad left on either side. When I asked if there was going to be any compensation they said they would call me back. Suddenly, the people that were so friendly and "on-the-ball" to answer the phone were unavailable to assist me. I would have been fine if they said there wasn't anything they could do but they just blew me off like I didn't matter anymore. They got my business once and that's all they need. Probably not going to go back for my next purchase.

For me, car shopping can be stressful. This was the best experience I have ever had. Jalen was so polite and helpful. He took his time to explain things and listened to all my concerns. He was very easy to work with.I would recommend any of my family or friends to go to Craig & Landreth and ask for Jalen.

They did a bait and steal with my wife's Toyota Corolla, when we stopped in to inquire about a Mazda, they said they would give it a wash and wax and cleaning for free to listen to their talk. When my wife decided she had enough and wanted her car back they said it accidentally got put on a Semi-trailer that took a trailer full to Auction a half hour ago going to Mississippi. They cheated her out of the car she wanted back.
