Thanks for helping me out by squeezing me into your very busy schedule. I just needed a few emergency things and you delivered on the same day with a reasonable price.Your salesman was informative in the new motorcycles and the new technologies. He was more than happy to give me a tour. I was very tempted since the newer bikes have more bells and whistles. But, I love my older Ninja 300 too much.I also enjoyed playing your Simpsons bowling game and looking at your collection of motorcycles. I wonder what could have been had I chosen a different bike... I was able to make it to Dollywood and back to New York without any more complications.I completed my cross-country tour of USA

Recently bought a new motorcycle from this location and the service I received from everyone there was fantastic! Trent was my salesperson and was a great help throughout the entire process, along with other employees there who I had spoken to. 10/10 recommend and I will be back in the future.

Recently bought a 2023 Kawasaki Vaquero from here. Matt and the rest of the staff was very helpful from the parts counter to the finance department. 2nd bike I ve bought from CC Powersports and will continue to shop there in the future. Edit: Went to CC Powersports this previous Saturday pre-ordered the new 2024 MT09 process was straightforward just like every other bike I ve bought from here. Matt was super helpful not pushy in anyway and answered all my questions even though I had a lot.

First time in my life I bought a vehicle in less than an hour. Justin was my salesperson and Britney handled the financing both were great and easy to deal with also after the sale they took me to meet service and parts people all pretty cool folks and to the service guy sorry I bought the bike you wanted

What a great staff ! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I hope to get my purchase finished up and I will give you all a heads up on the service side here ! I expect it will be terrific as well. Tons of things in stock and prices are spot on. Holiday weekend and last minute ideas that's on me. LoL+�+�+�+�+ UPDATESo I got my Can AM Ryker. OMG the service here is just amazing. After a bank issue due to holiday weekend, they not only went above and beyond.... It was like Buzz Lightyear, to and beyond. Making sure before I left the seat I wanted was installed same day !!! What a nice surprise !!!

I cannot say enough good about the service at the Shepardsville location! My Can Am 450 Outlander had been to 4 shops in 2 years cause it wouldn't run right and no dealership could or wouldn't fix it. I'm not going into details cause it would take forever. Took it here, told them the story and they said it would take time and if I could be patient they would work on it. It had sat outside a long time at the other places and the color had faded and the seat was shot. When I went to pick it up they had brought the color back and put a new seat on free of charge and it runs great! Nathan was awesome and another young guy there that I forget his name.

Had Sadie as my salesperson. She was absolutely amazing. Checked up on me while I was en route. She made the process extremely easy, seamless and smooth. Matt, the GM, was just as great. He went above and beyond, more than I expected, to accommodate my requests and inquiries. Brittany with finance, was great as well. She explained everything very well and even gave her opinion, which I appreciated. I can t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walked in, to the GM, to finance, to parts , and to Maintenance, and through the path .I felt like I was appreciated, welcomed, and cared for.Although I had to travel a decent distance to get my machine today, I will make any and all future efforts to continue my business with CC Powersports.Again, highly recommended.

Great People; Derek and Dewayne who I ve dealt with mainly. Everyone though has been great!Derek corrected an issue that happen during my first purchase without an issue. Saved me a ton of money that could ve costed him big. I have now purchased 3 different items valuing over $25K in all and feel 100% confident about each purchase.I will be back next year you can bank on it for my next purchase, which will mostly likely be a side by side. If your looking to buy go see Dewayne. He s an all around nice and honest guy. Hard to find these days.

Went shopping for a spyder and only problem I have is guy we first talked to gave us all wrong information so we drive a second time a hour away to find out he was fired. But Justin and Brittany took care of us and got it all straightened out.

Didn't have any Honda products in store, an wasn't able to even help us with anything related to Honda. Not so good customer service. All he said was, "Not this store, it's our other in Clarksville".

This is a great place for PowerSports. They have several different brands of ATVs that are sure to give you a fun time. There's motorcycle for all ages. They have helmets, shirts, gloves and more. 1/08/19 The New Ryker is Now available and on display. Check them out sometime soon.

The team was great. They helped me find the bike I wanted from another location and had it delivered within 24 hours. The finance lady was awesome and quick she even helped me get my insurance figured out within 15 mins. She s was very sweet and attractive. The parts department helped me get my helmet and ask if I needed anything else. The guy in the shop walked me through the key points in the manual before leaving the building. Overall it was a great experience

Convenient location and have many motorcycles even considering COVID supply chain limitations (June 2022). And a couple good details on used motorcycles. This used versus 650LT is gonna be great fun for someone.

The sales folk treated me like a kid, and behaved as though they didn't want to sell me a bike. So I found a dealership with some respect and got my bike there instead.The mechanics are great though!

We had a really good experience at CC Powersports in Shepherdsville. We would like to especially thank Sadie for all her help. We got a Sea Doo Switch and it was the last smaller version they had for this year. It seats 5 people and we are really happy with it. Thanks to Sadie and everyone at the business for helping with this purchase.

Spoke with sales person over the phone who was absolutely wonderful. Informed them I would be driving about 5 hours to the dealership. Arrived and was informed that I could not purchase or finance a new motorcycle due to being out of state. Offered to purchase motorcycle in cash and was still told no. Wasted over $600 on renting a truck, trailer, and gas. I want to say, the sales person and the finance person treated me great. They were outstanding people. The owner I feel is looking out for himself only. The reason for not selling it to me was "we want to sell only local so that we keep business in our service department." One again, staff is wonderful. The only issue I have is with the owner.

Great people to do business with and nice showroom of inventory and great selection. Even coming in for parts today everybody was super friendly.Just a heads up, new toys are super expensive for service and oil changes. Check your pricing before you purchase.

Marysabel is the only female of the team and additionally is bilingual which is impressive. She provided me excellent service and addressed all my questions and concerns. If you are interested in buying a motorcycle or any 4-wheeler go visit the store you will be very happy with the amazing service.

I went and purchased a 600 Ryker and the ppl there was very knowledgeable and helpful. They help me get in and out smoothly. The experience there was awesome, and I would highly recommend going there to make a purchase.
