They did a great job on my car, loved that I got weekly progress reports and my car was done earlier than expected. Great first time experience with Caliber. We definitely use again

Made an appointment for an estimate multiple weeks in advance. Told them I would drop car off the night before. Called late morning the day of the appointment and they hadn't even checked the key drop to know the car was there. Come 4pm, they are calling to ask if I need my car back the same day because they haven't looked at it yet. Arrive before 5:30 (closing) to pick up car and suddenly the manager wants to get the estimate done. To do properly would require a lift and no lift was available. So he crawls under and takes a bunch of pictures and my email to send me an estimate. It has been over a week and still no estimate. Clearly they are taking on more work than they can handle and have poor organization. These are all problems that never existed with the prior company that was here.

It's sad when little things sour an impression and a review. I was told that there is a lifetime warranty on repairs. I had to take my repaired vehicle to the Mitsubishi dealership to have it be properly reprogrammed. That was on Dec. 4. I am still waiting to be reimbursed by Caliber for the $99.11 i paid out-of-pocket to fix their error (beyond the deductible). I aubmitted the receipt that day. The car had already been at Caliber beyond the estimated due date. After picking up my vehicle that was stated to be completed at Caliber Shepherdsville, KY , the tailgate (liftgate) would no longer function. The recalibration programming was performed incorrectly; while the tailgate was not affected by the collision, it was affected by the incorrect programming. (The vehicle was repaired nicely otherwise.)

Very impressed with this repair shop. Staff was very helpful and friendly during this process. Kept me updated with multiple text weekly on repair updates. Car looked amazing at pick up.

10/16/2021 on Gene Snyder being behind a concrete truck a concrete truck sprayed Unknown powder all over my Infiniti G35 for which. I had to take to the body shop at Caliber Collision to get an estimate to figure out how much it was going to be to restore my car back to original condition. To my surprise they were extremely reasonable .Mike & Dennis the fellows who wrote up my estimate were great with explaining everything in detail about my car & Yasmin the young lady behind the counter with the drop off procedure & my paperwork for insurance procedure for what I needed , My Infinity looks great now it's just like it used to be and I couldn't be happier THANKS to EVERYONE at Caliber Collision.

Even while dealing with unavoidable delays in receiving parts and very cold weather recently they got my car fixed up like the accident never happened. Dennis and the crew worked very hard to make sure it was perfect and I was taken care of. It wasn't fast, but I was kept informed through the whole process and now I have my baby back where she belongs.

The staff was very helpful & friendly. They kept me updated throughout the whole process: ordering & receiving parts, tear down, paint & rebuilding. My car was even finished days before the initial pickup date. And looked amazing when I got it back! Would definitely recommend.

VERY nice people! Great customer service. They kept me updated on my repairs. Explained to me very clearly what they did have to repair in the simplest terms. Worked with me when it came to insurance or whatever else. My car looked great when i picked it up. They took the stress out of it and made it an easy process.

Took my car here to get passenger side fixed from a deer collision. They said it would be about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I asked what was up. They said car was in paint and should be done soon. 6 days later, my car went in to paint. I got my car back after 23 days and there was still a dent in the door and a cover under the bumper was loose. I had to take it back in to get it fixed. 24 days total. For it to take that long and not be right the first time was extremelyfrustrating. They need more experienced workers.Service: Body & Trim

Had a tree come down on my car when the tornado came through. Called around and everywhere was booked solid. This place was too, but wanted to work with me to get my car taken car of. Dennis, the manager, kept in contact the entire time. Since my car was drivable, he didn t take my car until they had the parts, and only took a few days once they got everything in. The drop off and pick up process was super smooth, and Devin helped me out with checkout and was able to answer any questions I had as he worked on the car himself. Everyone is very friendly and genuinely wants to give the best service possible. They even vacuumed my very dirty car before returning it without me asking. I highly recommend coming here!

Went in to Caliber Collision to apply for a job. The place was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Excited and waiting to hear back on the job. If I ever need my car repaired this is the place I would go.

Had a wonderful experience!!! They did a phenomenal job on the repairs to my brand new Kia. Staff was courteous and very professional. Vehicle was very clean when I picked it up. These guys were on the ball! Very professional and courteous! Dennis has been doing this for many years and it shows. Even through a snow storm and Christmas the exceptional customer service I was given by ALL involved and the outstanding workmanship to my vehicle could not have been any better. Heaven forbid I get in a wreck, but if so, I will diffently take my car there again.Devin held my hand through ever step and didn't talk down to me because I was a woman that may or maynot have know what she was talking about. I LOVE Caliber Collision, Shephardsville. 1st of all Dennis is stellar to work with, he explained everything to me and was more than fair on pricing. I felt like he bend backwards to help me out. I don t always feel comfortable in getting car repairs but he put me at ease and was very good to me, the quality of the work was stellar, absolutely no complaints and my car looks PERFECT! Having an accident for an elderly person is traumatic, but with Caliber, everything is smooth sailing. Dennis and his crew are very proficient with texts being received at every interval of the process of repair. The time frame given was followed and Dennis worked with my Insurance Agent to get the repair completed the correct way.
