Professional service, they honestly welcome you when you walk in the door. The are knowledgeable and take the time to explain your service. Most of their customers they know by their first name_Mom and Pop feel for certain. Will be returning.

Great staff and customer service. They were able to get my walk-in emergency with a alternator issue handled same day when they were extremely busy. And on top of that I personally witnessed each member of their staff being kind and positive to each customer. Great people and a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Very friendly staff. They were able to get tires on my car in a very timely manner. And at a reasonable price! My car was towed there and we picked it up with new tires!

Extremely friendly but professional shop. My tire's tread was getting low and then I got a screw in one so I figured I'd go ahead and get new ones. This shop took time to answer any questions I had and to show me a couple options. I wanted slightly larger than the average tire but they were able to get it from their warehouse within hours. I would go back if I'm visiting the area again and needed tires.

When I tell you that this place is the Best!!!! So we were traveling and the tire sensor came on. Gps took us here. A wonderful save. When I tell you that customer service was the absolute BEST!!! You know sometimes people wonder if someone is going to charge them extra because of being out of town..Here nope!! They took great care of us. Hooked us up. Found the tiniest hole ever! That's what Matt Parrish put in the paperwork. Parched us up gave us an excellent deal and sent us on our way in a very short period of time. I shouted out Matt Parrish great all American man. Honest, sincere, thorough, kind remembered my Boyfriend's name after 1 try ( He was very impressed by that ) These people were all smiles. Other customers looked all happy and like they were regulars. They were calling their names like they've known each other for years. I told them that we were so impressed that I was going to put my review on Google. Dawn Dean was a sweetheart. Showing us the nostalgic antique phones and gas pumps and old riding horse that you put money in from back in the day.We also saw Adam Payton. Who was very nice and friendly also.Thanks guys for all the help and putting our minds at ease and not trying to rob us blind. Lol! I hope that you all see this post. We appreciate you!!! We had the Blue Rogue. If you live in that area you need to go there. Hands down!!

Big shout out to Big O Tires. I went there this morning with a screw stuck in my tire they fixed it and got me out fast. They were very sweet and friendly I would highly recommend them thanks so much

I could not speak more highly of the people here. Everyone was extremely nice and competent. They went above and beyond. When I was faced with unexpected expensive repairs, they even suggested another shop that they thought might be able to save me some money, but it turned out that I was better off getting it done here. Then when more issues were found, they went even further to help me out. And they took time to show me the old damaged parts and explain how the damage had occurred. If I lived in Shepherdsville, I'd absolutely make them my go-to mechanics.

The professional and kind staff of Big O Tires in Shepherdsville went above and beyond to take care of me today. I came in for a flat tire. Actually, I had two objects in two different tires. The staff were helpful and offered the best customer experience (considering the circumstances).I love the way the Big O staff speak to their customers as well as each other.My grandfather referred me to this place for the first time over 25 years ago. Proud to be a long time customer.

Service and staff were great! The only reason I gave a 4 star, they don't take appointments. I was called in a week before to make appointment and was told they only accept 1st come 1st serve.

They are always nice, professional and helpful. They give good advice on other services they don t provide too. Jay is super nice and that keeps me a repeat customer. Noah is helpful and shows genuine concern with my car needs.

Came in for alignment and steering issues, left with a brand new dent in the door and an undrivable car. Spent $800 and my car came out worse than it was when I brought it in, with no competent explanation. 0 stars would be a more accurate description of my experience.

Best service we have received anywhere in a long time. We needed several things done to my van and we were shocked when they said they could do it all in one day. Everyone was so kind and honest about the work I needed done. We will be back!

Very happy with service I received on Saturday at Big O tires in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. I was expecting a 3-4 hour day as Saturdays are busiest and I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in a little over an hour for 4 tire install. Thank you all so much.

Thanks to those at Big ON buckman, I was saved from a towing fee just for starters. When my toyota suddenly had problems during a driven, they took care of me and were additionally patient as I got the funds together. Their work on my car might have even fixed more than I realized. Thank you all.

The auto service at Big O in Shepherdsville, KY is always top notch! From oil changes, tires, belt and hose replacements, spark plug changes, fuel injector cleaning, and more! They have done tremendous work for me at very reasonable prices!
