I would like to nominate Bree at the Sheperdsville location for exceptional customer service award. She went above & beyond to help not only me, but by my step son in a very difficult situation. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly service made the whole situation less of a nightmare on a cold night. Thank you Bree for going above & beyond. Excellent work and I will most definitely be returning for all auto related issues.

the staff is more knowledgeable then most others, they match prices with competitors when it is apples for apples. the same product. the new management team is hard at work trying to get the inventory right. will always shop here

didn't greet me. greeted guy after me. don't wanna play race card but I mean I'm not white and he was. then I asked about a friend of mine who works here and they treated me like I committed a capital offense. overpriced fluids as well. overall bad experience will not return.

I live in Mt.Washington and drive to this Auto Zone these guys are always friendly and willing to help no matter the weather conditions, down to earth people, hard to come by these days !!! Thanks for the help !!

Just went in to get my vehicle scanned by the OBD and the young man did it and explained what I needed all for free. I will recommend Auto Zone all day long.

I went in Saturday as I was having some light trouble with my truck and the parts Manger marie was able to help me get the issue resolved and the correct parts i needed she was also very friendly I cannot recommend her enough

I'd have to say their service has gotten better but didn't have what I needed that seems to happen alot to me going there lately so thank God they didn't I would have been paying 10 dollars more then what I did get it for,plus a woman went in there for a head light bulb and her car being right there they still gave her the wrong one if ur looking for a good auto part store go down to orallies or just order it urself

Love the people..webt in yesterday and infront of me was a young couple buying things for an oil change and you could tell they were new to the process ..The female employee could tell as well and took the time to guide them through buying the correct products and recommending the best ones for their particular job ...I wasn't in no hurry and enjoyed the fact that she cared enough to take time out in this sped up world to help the future generation out...you don't see that to often anymore ...we had a few chuckles between each other and all left smilin...felt like I was in Mayberry back in a time where the world was a simple easier place lol

auto Zone is a company that does not Sami handler product. I bought some 33 500 Schrader tea TPMS sensors were faulty from the start and refused to replace him.without a receipt but should show with phone number that are are only week old .. shop anywhere but AUTOZONE if you valve your money $160 lesson for me home but they somebody else but trouble

Always check prices against RockAuto. It's 99% positive, that they're cheaper on RockAuto if you can wait for shipping. If you need it right away, shop the big three parts stores for the best price.

I don't know if it was just my timing or if they have a staffing issue issue but the last 2 times I've gone there is never anyone readily available at the counter. I've had to call out for help so I could check out. Otherwise it's a good location with fair pricing.

Chris G, manager, is absolutely phenomenal!! My car broke down and he assisted in every possible way including calling us a mobile mechanic. I sat outside his store for 5 hours on Friday night getting it fixed while he continued to check on us. Autozone is lucky and should be extremely grateful to have Chris representing their company. Thank you so very luck Chris!!

Wish I could rate 10 stars!!! Can not say enough good about the employees here, especially the day manager, wish I had got his name but the big shaved head fella is incredibly nice and helpful! We had a terrible time doing our drum brakes, ended up getting scammed by a random mobile mechanic but the manager contacted a local mobile mechanic who helped us realize we just had to pop a gasket back on a part instead of replacing it and helped us finish the job just in time before the remnants of Hurricane Irma struck. We would have been stranded and carless without the help of these amazing people!

On our way home from New Orleans for my birthday weekend adventure, the alternator on our Tahoe died. Fortunately, my husband is a mechanic and we made it to the Autozone parking lot in Shepherdsville, KY. We arrived at 2:30 am and spent the night in the parking lot.The store opened promptly at 7:30 and we were greeted by Associate Chris G. He offered us hot coffee, use of the facilities, a chance to warm up and found our alternator quickly. We were back on the road in no time.@autozone Chris G. Is an outstanding employee and you are blessed to have him.

Had the check engine light come on in my car so I stopped here to have them run the test on it. As soon as I walked in, a guy was at the desk ready to help me. He was very friendly and came right out to help. He printed off an explanation of what was making the light come on. The store was very clean inside and so was the female bathroom. I also purchased some air fresheners for my car and an adapter cable for my aux port.

Went to the Shepherdsville location yesterday to return a brand new battery that we never even used. I had purchased it at the Bardstown Road store four days prior and received a hassle from Bobby at the Shepherdsville store. After he finally agreed to refund our money he would not refund the core charge when the Bardstown Road store kept our battery as they were supposed to. Had to go out in the car and make a phone call to make it happen. When I returned into the store Bobby, again reluctantly, started to refund the $22 core charge but he hollered down here so I walked a couple of registers over and the $22 was laying on the counter and he nodded down towards the money and walked away. Horrible customer service.!!! This kind of person has no business whatsoever in a public service position!!
