Anthony s Towing was recommended by a local auto shop to me, and they did a great job. They showed up immediately and took professional care with my vehicle.Nobody ever wants to be in a situation where you have to call for a Tow, but if you are they re a great choice!

Within 15 minutes of calling for service, I'd had a callback to advise me of the wait time, so I went to lunch. I had just enough time to get my food when I got another call to let me know that the truck was in the area and would be there soon. Grabbed my grub, went back to the location, and Kenny (driver) pulled up inside 5 minutes. Kenny verified that the vehicle was ready, hooked it up, double-checked that I didn't need the meds in the console (spares), and off we went. This was my very first tow experience in 40 years of driving, and it went so smoothly that it's set the bar high for any following service provider assuming that I'm out of AT&R's service area.

So the morning of Black Friday I Blew out 2 Tires on 65N. Called a couple different towing companies and they were rude and very high priced and said it would take 2-3 hours to get somebody to us. It was Cold and my Wife was with me. I Called Anthony Towing and he asked my location condition of Vehicle and if we were okay. He priced me a very reasonable price said he has someone on the way.20mins later tow truck pulled up hooked car up and was on the bed in 10mins..From the time I called until the time we got our car towed to the shop took 1hour. Fastest I have ever been towed.If you ever break down on 65 in hardin, nelson or Bulliet County Call ANTHONY TOWING 1st.A1 service!Thank you Again for the help.

I was broke down on the side of the road and they rushed over, picked up my car, and towed it to the tire store. They even took us to the hotel when the tire store couldn't do my tire until morning. Great people!!!

This company is after your car regardless of the circumstances. They are crooks. My vehicle had been cited by my family s apartment manager to be moved. However, it needed slight adjustments to air struts to make vehicle safely drivable. Tow truck arrived and I was present to move vehicle if need be, all wheels where still on the ground. However tow driver refused to remove the cables so that I could move my vehicle to avoid tow. This tells me that my vehicle was stolen by this company due to the fact that this company violated my rights as the owner of the vehicle and severely damaged my vehicle in the process of being wrongfully towed. The towing company manager laughed on the phone as I told him the driver damaged my vehicle and claimed I was lying. The silver Mercedes is mine, see for yourself. If I could give them no stars I would, but I can t.

My fiancee and I totaled our car and they left us on the middle of 65 but said they would give us a ride back until the car was on the flatbed and wouldn't let me get her purse from car. Said it was dangerous and we could pick up our things when our ride came. They left us on 65 hurt and dazed. My ride came and we showed up 37 min later and no car. I called and was told my car was locked up behind fence and I had to wait til next day to get our things. The next day we go back and they parked our car next to a barn by several run down houses with windows down and doors unlocked. We were on vacation and our car was loaded down including all our vacation purchases. Her purse, all our luggage, a couple cell phones, a tablet, and money 283$. Now she has no ID and can't get one because of this virus. She called the police who refused to file a report because they said we were lying but you could see clothes and things littered around the car. Then the tow truck driver told everyone we were both drunk at the accident scene. I was checked by Sherriffs deputies and EMS. I was driving and I'm pretty sure they are trained to spot people who drink and drive. Especially when they wreck their cars. I am absolutely sick about losing my property. I called my attorney who advised me to file a claim with their insurance company but when I called to ask who it was the guy said he wasn't telling me and hung up. I really regret ever meeting anyone associated with them. But I'm not going to let it go because they never even apologized, just blamed it on me. They are crooks, liars, and extremely incompetent. Last I heard it was unethical business practice to deny a customer insurance information that has a legitimate claim. Its called a garage keepers loan claim. They even went so far as to say I requested for them to leave my car outside with windows down and doors unlocked. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

I had my car towed due to a flat tire/blowout. I waited for hours with no updates. I understand being busy but I had no idea when they d show up- I d be waiting in my car for hours. My car was getting dropped off at a tire center so I rode in the tow truck with the gentleman & his girlfriend (I m assuming). The car reeked of bad odor & was very uncomfortable. At the end of the day, they did the job and I am grateful. I do not feel like I d ever use them again or recommend them based on my personal experience.Reply to owner- I have no clue what you re referring to but can provide my receipt if needed. I was traveling through the area on a business trip when I broke down. These people are awesome! The lady on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful. And the driver they sent to pick me up and tow my vehicle was just great! He towed my van in, then took it to the repair shop, if that wasn t enough he made sure that I made it to my hotel. They referred me to Garage Bulldog across the street from them to have my van repaired, which he was just as awesome as the tow company. He repaired my van that very next day. My opinion, if you unfortunately break down in this area, these guys need to be the first and last folks you call for help. They actually care about their customers!! It was a bad day for me but they made it easy to tow my car and at an affordable price. They charge 75 dollars for a pick up and 3 dollars per mile..I was hesitant at first but the woman on the phone was so sweet to me and the man who towed my car was super nice and friendly. They were honestly the only towing company that would answer their phones so I'm glad i could choose them. They actually got my car towed with in the hour and got my car ready to leave within 5 minutes. I was impressed. Choose these people if you want you car towed at a reasonable price with nice people.

Overheated I was just visiting family for the holidays when the unexpected happed with my 4 runner in 20 degree weather! They were professional, prompt, friendly, and even recommended a local garage! Tyson at Big O on Cane Run Road uses and recommended them. Had to use them literally twice within this month. Excellent service.. Prompt and super friendly. I travel for work a lot and I ended up breaking down right out of louisville. I live in danville which is a bit away. And as a young woman who was traveling alone I'll say they were so friendly and kind! They towed my SUV back to my house, gave me a ride home with it, and also drove it off the bed and into my driveway for me lol they were easy with my vehicle and did a great job doing what they needed to do.Good experience for the circumstances.Service: Car towing

Not the first time this happened. But this will be the last time I use or refer this company to anyone. Rude unprofessional assistant taking calls. Driver was polite but not the brightest.I shouldn t have to do physical labor to help get my car hooked up. And then pay a hook up fee. I instructed the driver very clearly and I repeated it 3 times what to do with my keys when he got to where it was going..... and so I called in to office because the driver wouldn t answer his phone so I can find out where my keys are because I got a call that he was at drop location and never came back in to give the keys to the proper person. The lady in the office was ...........very pleasant to deal with. If you are looking for rude sarcastic customer service. Go to Anthony s towing in shepherdsville. My 64 year old mother in law was stranded on the interstate. She has AAA, but after waiting 3 hours for their driver to arrive, we called Anthony's and a driver arrived in less than 30 minutes. They rescued my car from I-65 today after a blown tire. Price was fair especially for a 20 mile trip. The driver, Mike was very personable and went out of his way to make sure my lowered car was towed safely. Thank you!!!

Broke down on our way home from Nashville. Called and the gentleman that took our call had excellent customer service. He was there in a timely fashion and got us to where we needed to be. It was a short haul for him but the ride was good. Even though we had just broke down and sorta bummed we had great conversation the whole ride and was completely satisfied with the service! Absolutely recommend!

First off, I was headed to work and caught a flat on the expressway. Awesome awesome awesome company!! Brian came and literally SAVED me!! He was amazing and made sure I got to the right place to get a new tire & even spoke with the tire company(Big O Tires) to ensure I got the services I needed!! On top of it all, he noticed my other tire was bad and showed me the problem and let me know trying to get back home might be difficult and I could catch another flat, so I was able to get that fixed as well! I wasn't charged an arm and a leg which I thought I would be since towing companies in Louisville always try to charge way too much!! He was personable and just an all around great guy!! I don't live in the area, I'm from Valley Station in Louisville, but I promise any time I need a tow service I will call them and pay whatever it costs to get their services! The best hands down!! There is no towing company in Louisville with this much awesomeness!! I'm just blown away by it! I always get scared when it comes to calling a tow service l, but not anymore!! Faith in humanity has been restored I recommend them to ANYONE, ANYTIME! Can you tell how amazing they were yet!? JUST WONDERFUL LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

My 16 yr old nephew had an accident and his vehicle was a total loss. Anthony's towed the vehicle to they're lot because that's who the police called. We went the next day to retrieve "OUR" own belongings out of OUR car and they charged us $50 to get OUR own stuff out of the car. Thats absolutely criminal to take advantage of people in such a manner. I'm a big fan of Karma and one day you will get yours my friend. Gave 1 star because no stars is not an option.Service: Car towing

My car was completely dead and I had no way of moving it from a Whole Foods parking lot. I was recommended Anthony s by a manager at ken towery and I was surprised to hear that it was less than competitors.Pros:they know what they re doing. Mike had no issues getting into a busy parking lot in the cold and securing my car safely on his truck.Price. I payed $63 for a 2 mile tow.Responsive. I spoke to a man on the phone multiple times and unlike other companies he was patient while talking to me.Cons:Since they were busy over the snowy weekend it took an hour and a half after I called to get to the sight and load my car. However if you plan accordingly this shouldn t be an issue.

Recommended by Ken Towery on Cane Run Rd when I was stranded with a snapped lug nut. Showed up (after calling so many places!) super fast and it was great pricing. Great service. When my brake calipers seized on the interstate they were quick to pick me up. The driver was very friendly and even went above and beyond by dropping me off at my apartment as I live near their shop. Would definitely call again.

van had sit for months, after damage to it. I dreaded having it towed. not only was there rate fair, but the guy on the phone even heard my concerns. and sent a flat bed to pick the van up. the tow driver let me stop by the bank to draw the cash to pay him. the driver was friendly and an awesome person 100% will call again would recommend to anyone
