This place has good prices and very good customer service. Hugo in particular is a very helpful guy. He knows where the cars are and he would tell you exactly where to go. He s always very helpful and goes out of his way to help customers. This place generally is more reasonable than any other place inKentucky. They are always working and improving the quality of their products and customer service and they always strive to make everybody happy. I am so pleased with their customer service.

Good place and good prices does anyone know when they have another $50 or $75 all can carry day? I woke up late last time and still got some good things but I wanna have more than an hour this time and I've got some helping items like in pics of past events lol

It's a junkyard... so there's nothing too fancy about the place. However. In my most recent visit a lady was behind the desk, she greeted me and asked if she could be of any help. After a quick search, she informed me that didn't have the vehicle I was looking for and continued to tell me what other spots near by may.That courtesy was outstanding.Not to mention her morale, she didn't at all seem to hate her job, more so, she seemed to just be in the zone of it all.Kudos peoples.

Woman behind the parts counter is rude, and very unprofessional. Yeah we were running late on a Saturday but my BF only needed a few mins to get the part he needed. He didn't even need to take anything apart. Stopped here at 3.35p.m. (there supposed to be open until 4) and one guy said he could go back there, so he started to go and the woman started screaming and cussing saying no one was going back there. He could've got the part he needed in 5 mins. You would think a business that sells Auto Parts would want customers that buy them. Guess not.

Pull your own parts. It's great. BUT PLEASE LEAVE IT CLEAN don't Break parts trying to get your part.

I was in need of a driver side window like asap. I called at noon, and spoke to a man by the name of Jordan.. By the time I got off of work, this man already had the window there for me, right in front of his desk. Absolutely this is the place to go to, I want to thank you so much for helping me today, your very kind, welcoming and ready to find what ever it is I needed. Thanks again Jordan you don't a great job...I recommend this place to anyone first and foremost...

I thought the place was very organized and the staff is very professional. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone,, rather it's automobile parts or scrap metal Amens can help you. Just ask for Diane at the scales and she'll point you in the right direction.

I read all the reviews first. Even the bad ones so I could be prepared for anything when I called. Well, I called and the First Person was awesome and friendly and Transferred me to parts and right away he answered. He looked up to see if he had the part, looked to see if other year makes were interchangeable with mine and when that turned up nothing he looked up their sister lot and inquired for me. I didn t have luck in finding the part, but the customer service was stellar!

I'm about a week late getting this up. I want to shout out to Julian the crane operator and Dave a scales truck driver,for helping me to locate and recover my cell phone.I lost my cell phone and he went out of his way to keep calling it.We actually did locate my phone and I was able to recover all my information. These two men are just two of the many reasons I will stay loyal to Amen for all my metal and parts needs! THANK YOU JULIAN AND DAVE!!! I AM SO THANKFUL FOR YOU BOTH!!!

Don't go there if you don't speak Spanish. It was my first time there I will not go back. They have no concept of customer service. The guy handling the aluminum salvage told me I thought I was he most important person in the world!

No room to turn a trailer around . almost every time I have been get something in a tire or a cutin it. Employees are great think higher ups need to a lot more in the budget and it would make for quicker trip in and out for customers and in turn more money for owners and less headaches for employees that are trying to do there job.

I had a great time! Larry and Jordan was awesome. I thought Iwas going to be looked at funny or treated differently because I am a woman, but it was just the opposite. I cant wait to come again. Thanks guys.

30 minutes I gave up couldn t get ahold of anyone to see if vehicles in stock I need parts for. Unfortunate I ve been to this location and they was friendly and helpful but times change I assume this one did for the worse also now.

I called before coming here to get a part for my Jeep, and was assured that they had 2 of them in the yard. After getting there and walking around for 30 minutes I went back to the office to tell them that I couldn't find either one of them. He checked the computer again and said that it showed that they have two. He never once offered any help finding it or apologized for their crappy inventory. All in all the staff was unfriendly less than helpful.
