Literally cannot stress enough how happy I am with the service here! I broke down a few miles away with a busted tire & was left stranded 60 miles from home for over an hour waiting on a tow truck. I called around an hour & fifteen minutes before close, & they stayed late to help me out & get a new tire on my car when no one else would even take me. I am beyond pleased with the guys who put in the work & the speed of service! I cannot thank them enough.

Got an alignment and tire rotation. Service was quick and the guys were very friendly. The tech offered the service to renew my headlights and I had actually been thinking about replacing them. They did that and I swear they look brand new!!! For only $26!!!! Can t beat it! I am extremely satisfied! Thank you Shelbyville walmart auto techs

Ordered tires on the website. The website cancelled my service appointment and told me my tires were basically lost somewhere. I drive over to find my tires had arrived several days ago. The service people got me right in and I was out in an hour. Thanks so much for your time, patience, and attention to detail.

Brought my car into to this location and supposably had my oil changed and the tires rotated. When it was finished I noticed the one tire was low. Turned the car on and off to see if the tire pressures would changed and they didn't. Put a tire gage on the low tire and it read low. Asked them if they had rotated the tires and put air in them. A guy chimed up and said that he had done it himself and I had to drive the car to get it to change which still didn t explain the low tire. I have been driving it and no changed had happened and all tires are low. I m going back tomorrow s d have them put air in them. I seriously wonder if they rotated them. If I ever use this location again I m going to mark my tires and watch them.

How can you not have a tire in stock if you SOLD ME THE TIRE?! Tire flew apart after not even 100 miles I BOGHT FROM THEM! They told me a days wait, maybe more. No tire shops around open on Sunday. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere with REAL MECHANICS!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Staff was very helpful! I needed help carrying my battery inside and one of the mechanics got it for me. There was no wait in line. The price of the new battery was reasonable. Will definitely go back!

Came in with tire that was going flat for a patch if possible. Guy who came out NEVER checked tire pressure or anything on the tire. Only said oh you have to purchase a new tire, yours are illegal tread and itll be a 3 hour wait. The tires are 3 months old, tread is fine.More likely, he didn't feel like patching a tire with a nail in it. Got it patched at another tire shop the next morning no issues.

Have taken my car there three times to be serviced. One time for an oil change, one time to have new tires put on. The first time after the oil change two days later I found out they lost one of the bolts on the front of the skid plate. Didn't tell me about this. Was going to church the next morning on i-64 in the front of the skid plate fell down and started scraping down the road. Had to pull into another Walmart to have it bent back in place and zip tied. Now in order to have it oil changed they have to cut the zip ties and raise zip tied every time they won't do anything else to fix that. Next time bought four new tires, within a week one of the tires failed they had to replace that. Now this last time I changed the oil the next day airbag sensor start going off in the car. Took it back to have them look at it and was told quote we don't do anything with sensors. This will be the last time I take my car to be serviced at a Walmart center. I was very pleased with the auto service. Employees are very friendly and professional. I have bought my tires and I get them rotated when needed. Awesome. I will return for service. Great job.

Took my van in for oil change and tire rotation. The technician who met me at the bay was great. His name tag read Papa (or something along that line). Very friendly and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle there was a crabby older woman who yelled at me because another associate had kept my pick up tag after I paid at another register. I will skip the oil change if she's present next time I am in. Otherwise they did a great job as best I can tell and their prices are good.

These guys were nothing but courteous and knowledgeable. I needed an oil change. My husband usually does it but we haven't had our car long and he couldn't find the filter. They didn't have a filter for my car. I bought one somewhere else and they were able to change my oil. It did not take them long to do it and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them over Valvoline any day.

Had my tires rotated and balanced. They got me in and out. I also had them check for a very slow leak in 1 tire that nobody could find. Although they couldn't find it either I felt they were honest and up front about it and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.

Love coming here-Only place I go! I pulled up an hour before they closed(6:15pm) and was checked out and on my way home at 6:45!!! They're nice and observant EVEN after a long days work in the heat! Will be back again and suggest you all to anyone! Thank you for your kind and good service

I feel bad for the employees back here tonight - they did a good job of changing my oil in 30 minutes as they had communicated. Unfortunately they were handicapped by a manager who had to inspect their work. That "leader" hasn't shown in over 60 minutes (past the completed service) while I wait with my 1 year old. Hate that an otherwise good service is ruined by poor management.

I've ordered several sets of tires through Walmart.com and the service center has always taken care of installing them promptly. Would do it again.

Totally useless. Woman manager stopped to talk to a friend while 5 customers stood in line. Entire crew walking around looking confused. 1.5 hours to patch a tire? Pay more somewhere else and get it done right by people who don't look like their parents were related.

They were slow seen few things that scare me lady broke down tire numbers and they still came back with the wrong tires big red truck and my car should have had 50 lb of pressure in my tires and it only said 40 why

They were just plain rude. Called over for a throttle sensor and the lady just said they don t have anything like that and hung up.
