Good People at this place!! Great customer service from the top the bottom!! I was referred by Load Trail to come here for some warranty work!! Was told they don t play games and that is a very true statement!! If you re looking to have great customer service. Please pay them a visit!! They also have a great parts department!!! Thank you!!

US Trailer in Shelbyville is exceptional. Great business, fair pricing, top notch work. They were very understanding when I was delayed in picking up the trailer for a few weeks. Hands down best trailer shop for all your needs.

These guys were prompt, polite and very communicative. We brought our trailer in for routine maintenance and they discovered bent axels. They helped us deal with the insurance claim. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends and will be back for maintenance in the future! Thank you!

We had a tire/wheel come off at the exit where us trailer is located. (15K 5th wheel)This happened late Saturday night. Went to us trailer Monday morning, even though they are 3 weeks booked out they were able to order axle monday and had my RV ready to pick up Thursday. Let it be said the Jason and his team are awesome and actually care about people and helping out even when they did not have to. Thanks from Pam and Steven Krol from Indianapolis.

They take care of all our problems and upgrades and go out of their way to accommodate our schedule. The only time they didn't have what I needed they directed me to where I could get it.

I don t have words to define the level of appreciation I have for the team here. Everyone was very helpful I had a situation with my trailer on a Friday night and was traveling thru Kentucky broke down and they were the only trailer shop near that would be open the next morning. I went there with a trailer running on three wheels. They were able to help me. They provided me all the parts even offered their tools since I didn t have all the tools I needed to perform the repair. Very honest and caring people. I will never forget this experience. Thank you again guys. Excellent customer service and people.

The entire team always does a fantastic job taking care of whatever we need from service to sales. We recently bought a trailer and the process was smooth and easy and they delivered exactly what was promised. They did a great job of getting me in quickly though they didn t really have an appointment until the following week. They diagnosed the problem the following day and were able to fix it. They also kindly offered some advice for a quick, cheap fix for another issue. Thanks!

Very friendly and super fast service! Definitely recommend. All I really needed was a wheel for my trailer that I didn't purchase from US. They treated me like I had bought the most expensive one they had.

Awesome people. Well stocked and always get us in for repairs. Jason always calls with a quote and detailed parts list.... just great folks. Highly suggest visiting for a new trailer or repairs!

The whole staff is so nice and accommodating. They recently found the issues with our two horse bumper pull that were intermittent electrical issues. They had it done really fast and we're super friendly.

Dual tandem axles replaced, cut old locking neck off and welded a new one and replaced anything that wasn't up to DOT standards in one full day. Very satisfied and very professional team of men and women at this establishment

Where I start.... 5 stars isn t enough to rate these guys. From the first phone to the very end, nothing but professional. If you ever wanted to have A guy that can do it and treat you like family then you have found the right place. Justin, there are not enough people on this earth like you. They are the best trailer shop and workers in Kentucky! If I could give them 6 stars I would. They installed a very custom axle on my boat trailer and it's all perfect.

They are very easy to talk to and very helpful. One of my ramps flew off the trailer on the way home and they drove out 1.5 hours to drop one off. A+ service.

Best selection around the Louisville area! Carol knows all there is to know about these trailers and answered every question I had. I can't tell you how pleased I was with the work US Trailer did on my Sundowner horse trailer!!! I made an appointment with them on a Wednesday! I took the trailer to Shelbyville on Tuesday before the wednesday appointment. They called me on Wednesday and were finished with the work. I feel very comfortable driving thr trailer to Florida.US Trailer is very thorough in the work they performed.....they are very reasonably priced and are very professional!!!! They are also very informative about the work they performed!!! I give them 5 stars and recommend them highly!!!!

The staff here is really out to help you make the right decision and give you the best deal possible. I've never learned so much about trailers, trailer parts, service etc. Do yourself a favor & give them a call. If they can't help you, they know who can.

US Trailer center is where to buy your next trailer. I researched all the utility trailers and places to buy them in Central Kentucky. The SureTrac trailer is the best you will find. I looked at the "Big Tex" and "Gator" brands and while they have real cool graphic stickers, they are nowhere near the quality of the SureTrac. Loading $20,000+ of equipment on a cheap trailer does not make sense. US Trailer sells the very best and spending a few dollars more on a trailer that will not let you down is a wise decision. I have pulled trailers all my life and the SureTrac is, by far, the sweetest and smoothest I have ever experienced. This is a locally owned and operated business and I will trade with them again.
