Went today to get 2 vehicles(husband and I), left with 2. Ended up having to switch mine out during to carseat issues. Both Matthew and Hunter took great care in helping me out. This will be the 8th car my family has gotten from them and I cannot recommend them enough!

If I could give Perry s auto sales 100 stars I would, I bought a 2013 Jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon from them and within the first day of having it I had issues with it and after that I kept having issues with it and Perry s auto sales kept taking it back and fixing it for free, their team went way beyond what they had too for me, they even found issues I didn t even complain about and called me back and told me they where going to fix that as well, I will NEVER take my business anywhere els, all my business is with Perry s auto sales in shelbyville kentucky! Thank you Perry s auto sales for making my stressful purchase such an easy and simple process! I wish more car lots were like y all!!!

I am truly grateful to Perry's Auto Sales and would refer anyone looking for a vehicle to them. My mother has stage 4 lung cancer and this past Christmas she was admitted into the hospital with a life threatening GI Bleed. After two weeks she came home on Hospice. The doctors told us she only had maybe 3 days. That was over 3 months ago and mom is still here. Granted her health is falling rapidly and I had to become her full time caregiver. Because I am taking care of her I am unable to work, which means I am unable to make the car payments. The guys at Perry's were very understanding, and for the last 5 months they have been working with me. Most months I was only able to pay $100. They would only call about once a month to check in with me. I don't know any other company out there that would be so understanding and so patient. Its very rare in today's society to find a company that actually cares about their customers but Perry's Auto Sales does!!! I hope they know how much I truly appreciate their patience. I will be buying all future vehicles from them and I will send everyone I know to them. Perry's is run by some truly amazing people!!

Awful...awful how car lots and people can't be like there whole staff!! They are all great people I've bought and sold cars here and they have done nothing but look out for me and my interest just a great place to get a vehicle anyone saying other wise probably isn't telling the full storyVery good priced as well all around great place

Honestly blown away. Hunter was fantastic, responsive and full of integrity. Really care about their customers and make sure it is a win for both sides. Wish there were more places that did business like this.

Went through a bad divorce and was left without a car and bad credit. I walked back and forth to work for 2 and half years, saving money for a car. I tried many used auto dealers in Frankfort to no avail. Denials, Crazy interest rates and high payments for junk cars. I went to Perry's Auto Sales and I am beyond thrilled I did. I got a 2008 Impala and with routine maintenance it has been a great vehicle for me. Affortable payments, salesmen were very pleasant to work with and as of May I'll own my Impala free and clear! Thanks to y'all at Perry's for helping a girl out when no one else would!

I am on the third vehicle that I have purchased from Perry's. They have always been up front and honest. If I need work done on a newly purchased vehicle, they fix it and eat the cost. You heard me right, they have eaten the cost of repairs for a vehicle for me. They are great people with a firm philosophy. They have a customer for life in me!

I dont like saying anything bad about anybody, but ive just had such an awful experience with this company that I felt obliged to at least warn others of my mistakes. I bought a vehicle, my first vehicle from these gentlemen thirty days ago. I negotiated down the price however found out I paid $1000 over basic market price. The car has since had faulty wiring, a bad wheel arm, and all four tires exploded on the highway from dry rot. I'm very lucky to be alive. I have had to pay 1300 dollars for repairs on a car that I overpayed for thirty days ago...I truly give these guys credit they make deals sound sweet as honey but at the end of the day they are just sharks. I would highly advise only using this company as a last resort. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Over the years I have been told to "Check out Perry's Autosales." Now I know why! I came with a friend who was looking for a new car, the salesman (sorry, I can't remember his name) was absolutely wonderful! He was very helpful and attentive. He wasn't pushy, and I could tell he genuinely cared for his customers. Needless to say, my friend left the lot in his dream car, and I will definitely be returning when I am in the market for a new car.

My girlfriend really liked her car but, 2 weeks later it broke down, they sent a tow truck but told her she had to pay for it. The tow truck took a whole day to come, couple days later she calls and they told her it wasn't ready and it was her fuel pump. It took them days to fix it and had her pay for the tow and when she turns on her radio, they blew out her passenger side speakers! It was not like that before going to them. She's so upset she doesn't even want to tell them about it cause she doesn't want to mess with it anymore. Do not recommend.

Used to he a good family place to buy a car. Now he has become pricey, unfriendly, dishonest, and money hungry. He wants almost half down on a car, he is getting bad at fixing them just good enough, if they break down he is pricey in fixing them. I bought a few vehicles here but will no longer due to the fact that when he switched names on one of my vehicles he took 700 dollars from me to pay taxes and didn't pay them. I had to pay when getting my tags renewed. Then lied about it and said it was sales tax. Why would I need to pay that on something I already own? He's made good on ripping off Shelby County's less fortunate. He has a 900,000 dollar home.

Have bought every car I have owned but two and regret that I didn't get from them . I haven't had an issue. They treat you fair and are really easy to deal with. Good people .

Every car (6th car) I buy from them has never failed me, I love the perrys as my own, they are good people and I give them two thumbs up with service and quality... anything goes wrong or is they will tell you, good cars and, honest good ppl.... PERRYS ANYDAY!! Give it a shot bet u won't have a 2nd thought
