My husband and I deliver freight for a living in a Ford F-350. We were experiencing issues with our DEF system. We pulled in here and were so thankful we did!!! The entire staff here was so kind to us and extremely professional and efficient in their specific departments. We felt welcomed, cared for and reassured. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. O'Brien Ford is doing it RIGHT!!!!!

10/10 experience with Nate and everyone at O'Brien. Nate went to bat for me for well over a weep dealing with my awful warranty company and managed to get all my repairs approved. Very good at communicating and keeping me updated woth any changes happening with my vehicle. Will absolutely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or work to be done

This location is always prompt, knowledgeable, and most of all extremely friendly. I ve had more than one unpleasant experience at other local dealerships O Brien Ford never disappoints. I ll never visit another Ford dealer in KY.

Great place too buy a new Ford. The salesman knew the vehicle and understood what I was after. The entire sales team helped with the sale. The salesman and the general manager detailed the vehicle so I could take it away straight away. Could not have bought from a better dealer. If all dealers responded the way o brien did car buying would be enjoyable experience for all people.Well done O Brien and Jorge.

The people were nice, the place has been good over the years but things have fallen apart recently. They kept my vehicle for over a week and never contacted me. They finally gave me an estimate after 5 days, on Friday at 4pm. And it was incredibly unreasonably high. Picked up my vehicle without them doing any work to it.

My wife and I were traveling through Kentucky on an RV road trip in our Ford f250 diesel. We had some error codes with the EGR pop up and being concerned about it failing during our trip, these folks got the truck right in and turned it around the same day. We barely lost a day on our trip. It is worth noting that many, more than 3 other Ford dealers in the area turned us away. The team at O'Brien Ford understood I was traveling, understood the circumstances and risk associated with a broken EGR and really provided service beyond my expectations.They also delivered the truck back to my campsite. You cannot ask for better service and support in my opinion

I bought this truck in a hurry and during a stressful day. I realized I had an excellent credit score. I like the truck but looking back I would probably gone with a truck with a little more options on it. I like the truck and appreciate the dealership having a hitch receiver installed. I have had a bed liner and tonneau cover installed this week.

I've had a great experience here the last 5 visits I've had. This dealership is about 45 minutes from me and I have about 4 other ones closer but choose to go here for their services. I feel confident I won't get screwed over here or worry about any damages. The staff is great here too!

The worst service i have ever had they are over priced .They lied about check list they had done. Took my truck back they ended up finaly fixing one of the problems i had after 3000 dollars later . They probably worked on my truck 3 hours i was charged that time over 1500 .This place is the worst ever .Im not just saying this because i got bad service. Im an honest person i just want everyone to know the bad dishonest service

Sold me a ford focus with 88,000 miles with a bad transmission. Emailed twice no response. They get two stars for pawning off a car with a bad transmission on someone else. Congrats. I thought by going to a dealer I would be less likely to get screwed. Nope. I even paid dealer price for the POS.Update: Reduced to one star . The warranty company, FWC inc, they give you for 2 months has to come inspect the broken parts which is at another ford dealer in Radcliff to verify the claim is acceptable. The bill will be $3400 dollars if they deny the claim. Thanks O'Brien Ford for teaching me a valuable lesson.To answer Mr Mason's question of "I don't know what you expect me to do."The right thing. That is what I excepted you to do.

The O Brien Ford Team gets a 5 rating from me for getting this 2023 King Ranch built and delivered.I m a picky customer and they patiently worked with me to order exactly the retirement truck I wanted. Chase, Mason, and Dustin all treated me how I wanted to be treated, as a valued customer. I have used Obrien for more than a decade and they have always treated me well with my two vehicle purchases and my maintenance needs.Great job O Brien Ford! Very easy to call and get an appointment. Eveyone was curteous and got me in and out in a quick amount of time. The manager was even out an about checking in with customers to make sure things were going ok. I will be returning for my next service here.

Engine light came on Sunday. Contacted O'Brien on Monday and were able to squeeze me in on Wednesday even though they had a full schedule. Stopped by Thursday and repair was complete. A mouse had gnawed the wires leading to sensor. Repair made and passed testing. Took it home that Thursday. Mechanic gave me a picture of the gnawed wires.Highly recommend their service department.

I travel to this county from out of state frequently in the winter and have needed service twice. Both times I've been able to get my vehicle in on the same day. They fixed the items without flaw each time. Friendly employees in the service department.

where do I start !!! never did I think I would ever own a ford but here I am. the truck is great, way more than i expected. Obrien ford of Shelbyville was nothing but great to deal with on the purchase. Chase and mason took great care of me. Would definitely purchase from them again!

Todd the salesperson was very helpful in getting my vehicle ready for delivery. It took me a year to receive my new Maverick but I consider myself lucky to just to get the vehicle. Apparently some are being held over till 2024.

Patty, Casey, and Savanahare always ready to help with whatever I need for my vehicles and I appreciate their dedication.Now the people actually doing the work on the vehicles are either over worked or made to hurry up and it shows.And the vehicle inspection report is more rushed than accurate.The air psi in my six tires has never been done correctly even though the report says they are correct!I check before I bring the vehicle in and when I pick it up. Each tire will havea different pressure.When the oil is changed the oily hand prints are always left on my vehicles for me to wipe off!Grant it these are minor things but quite agitating to deal with.One last thing that has bothered me,I was charged over $300.00 to put the part on the door lock mechanism that allows the key to function.I put the whole mechanism that was ordered from Ford on the driver's door but couldn't figure out how to put the rod on that allowed the key to unlock the door, once I figured out how to put the mechanism on I spent between 45 minutes to an hour start to finish. When I bring my vehicle to the dealer for repair I assume the mechanic knows what he is doing.I feel I paid $150.00 more than I should have, there was no materials to purchase.My intentions aren't to sling mud at the dealership, they are to bring attention to the discrepancies!

If a customer brings in a brand new $80k truck for a diagnostic for squeaking maybe do a true diagnostics instead of just looking at it and having the service lady act like you re a idiot and she can t hear anything. Another guy came out and said it was normal, which is is NOT.Immediately booked with another dealership and they figured it out in 2 sec and had the cam phasers changed, fixing the issue.
