Very helpful staff. They offered to get a product I needed, but as I was traveling through the area I couldn't stay until afternoon, but they were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Poor customer service from the phone call I made to ask about a part, to when I went into store. I went in to request a part, but had to go for a 2nd to see about something. Came back in 25 mins. later to try and get my rotors. They had their lights off and I was going in,,,,, as owner & retail lady was coming out. It wasn't even 5 p.m!They said we don't have your part.Told them they were Rude and I was sending a bad review.bad rreview

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. Weekend staff is much better than the weekday staff. The "person" who works the counter during the week is hands down the worst point man a business could possibly have.

Terrible experience. Manager didn't know anything about the battery that was supposed to be there for me after talking to the mechanics shop that was under warranty. Then when we tried to see if my fiance could pick up the battery and bring the core back the next day... they refused even though they deliver parts to him all the time at his job and are buisness associates...... awful customer service to someone who was severly ill and couldn't drive to get it

I don t see how this store is still open. They never have simple shelf items in stock. The employees are usually not much help. They often don t even show up on time to open the store at the posted hours. Every time I give this store another chance I regret it.

Extremely poor customer service, every time I ve purchased an item they are twice as Expensive as anyone else and just today they made some new hyd Houses for me took the old ones in to be matched only to get them back to the shop and find out they cut two of them 3 short and they refused to refund them. Poor way to do business I ll be taking my business elsewhere for now on

Well I understand that this is a autoparts store... I don't know but it should be friendlier not as if they are doing you a favor you are a customer that is the reason why I hardly ever go there people there are very knowledgeable some of them and helpful I guess just to the people they know

We were stranded on the side of the road and couldn't get a service truck to come out on Saturday that wasn't going to charge us a fortune. We called Napa and they delivered some parts for us to get us back on the road.

Im sure if a person in need .hey would come help. Only has one floor.and the door opens out ..but the workers do all they can to help and make the best of all .
