EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought I needed brakes, it s the first time I ve ever walked out of a service shop and was told everything was fine. Brakes were fine. They didn t even charge me a service fee!!!. I m definitely going to make them my number one auto service provider. Super friendly and helpful. The manager was OUTSTANDING AND KIND. The service guy was very sweet and polite. They treated me like a VIP!

Scott was super friendly. They quickly figured out I didn t need the service I brought it in for. But it did need an oil change and they did that. This was my first time, I am super happy with everything so I will continue to use them.

Outstanding service. I had taken my "new" used car for an inspection at a dealer shop and was advised that I needed a major part replaced. I then visited Meineke, Shelbyville, my usual shop for my prior auto - always great service. Their team is excellent. They showed me directly where the issue was claimed by the dealer shop and that nothing was wrong whatsoever, taking the time to explain what would indicate the issue and very clearly that the dealer had misrepresented the problem. They followed their review with their own very thorough inspection of my car. I am grateful for their honesty and work that I can trust.

Overall, I was satisfied with the services that Mieneke provided on my car, but I did not understand how changing six spark plugs cost $900.00. I was told that a 4 hour labor charge applied, but I waited only 90 minutes for all service was complete. I would like to have my charges explained in detail.

Great service without an appointment. Went in with issue that another service said that was needed. But was not needed at all.Scott was very courteous and helpful. This is my service center now. Thanks for your honesty

Made an appt for an oil change. I get there and before my oil change begins I'm waiting and I see a technician drive off with my car and is gone for about 10-15 mins. I never gave concent, signed anything or was informed my car was being taken for a joy ride. When I ask the manager about it, he gets rude and claims it's company policy. I have NEVER gotten my oil change anywhere where its company policy to "take it for a test drive to make sure nothing else is wrong" especially because o did not give consent. I asked for my car back and left. Absolutely ridiculous! And they acted like nothing was wrong with doing it!

Great bunch of people here. They did a good job. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is that after my oil change my check engine light came on. Went inside and said my check engine light is on and it wasn t before I came in here for an oil change. So they stuck it on the engine check machine and reset the check engine light. It stayed off for a little while then when I was done shopping at a store came out and started my truck and the check engine light was on again. So I had to drive back here and have them look it over again and came to find out one of two things. They didn t have my oil fill cap screwed all the way on or it was the fact that the oil dipstick wasn t inserted all the way so it was creating a air leak that shouldn t have been there. So away I went home and all is well. They were very polite and said we will get this taken care of and they did. It only took two tries though.

I had a bad experience at Meineke this morning when trying to get my trailer tire patched. I was told they wouldn t do trailer tires even tho they have been patching mine for years. The district manager contacted me after to inform me that they have a new guy filling in until they can get a new manager and he didn t know they worked on trailer tires. He was informed that they do in fact work on trailer tires and will be ready to fix mine the next time mine get a nail or screw. Originally was a 1 star but after the conversation with the district manager and his willingness to correct the issues I ve changed to a 5 star.

I had some really bad service at another Meineke Location earlier last year. The welds were terrible, leaked on cold start, whistled upon acceleration. I brought my Truck up to this location today and had it redone, the warranty was upheld. it looks and sounds great. The welders name was Mike Caudill and he did a fantastic job, and it took less than 3 hours including an oil change! He has a professional standard that you don t see often these days, I would highly recommend this location for exhaust work/welding.(photos included)Services: Exhaust, Oil change

PLEASE READ THIS and BEWARE !!! My son was recently married and headed down to Chattanooga to catch a honeymoon flight. He mentioned that there was a grinding sound in the rear wheel/axle area of his Toyota Highlander. I asked him to bring it to this "Car Care Center" for an inspection to deem it safe enough for the ride home. He paid $165 for an inspection and they found approximately $3000 dollars worth of stuff wrong from needing tires to struts and suspension. The fancy inspection report mentioned that there were no issues with the wheel bearings or the brakes.I was convinced that might be the problem. Over the phone with me , the Meineke manager stated that it was safe to drive home. Once home, I got him new tires and just heard back from my trusted mechanic here in Chattanooga. As he said, "Man he was lucky he didn't break down or worse". As it turns out wheel bearings were gone in both rear wheels and the brakes were worn out. I don't think they drove it or pulled the wheels of the vehicle for the inspection. Worse yet, I just spoke cordially to a man named Gary at Meineke and he said he'd look into it. I was hopeful that they might care that someone was doing poor quality work in their shop. He didn't ask me for a name, date, or a job number. Couldn't wait to get me off the phone. In case someone from the company is reading this, the RO # is 13198. Horrible and DANGEROUS!

Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it very timely. Cost was a little high from an estimate I had gotten previously. I would recommend to my friends and family.

I really want to thank Ashley for hearing the concern I had about my car and felt my urgency to get my car seen . The gentleman that took the time to look at my car and reassure me that it was ok made me a new and forever customer of theirs. Again thank the staff at my local Shelbyville location .

They did awesome! Got my car in and out in the time frame they stated and the pricing they gave me at the beginning was the same pricing I paid at the end. I have used Meineke services for 7 years and will no longer be patronizing their business. I had a poor experience during my last oil change, my car was at the shop for 9 hours and when I came to pick it up I was told they "hadn't gotten to it yet". I contacted Customer Service, and they asked if I would "give their business another chance". I had a large amount of rewards points because of how often I use their services so I gave the business "another chance" but switched the shop location. This time I made an appointment to get my oil changed through the app and left a note on the appointment about my intention to use my Rewards points to redeem the free synthetic blend oil change my Meineke App said I had earned. I made the employee aware of my rewards points when I dropped my car off. When I returned I was told I didn't have enough points for my oil change. When I was given my total I asked why it was so high and questioned the type of oil put in my vehicle. I was told my vehicle "required" synthetic oil. I didn't make an apt for a synthetic oil change nor does my vehicle require synthetic oil. I was highly dissatisfied. I contacted customer service and it's been 4 days with no response.Service: Oil change

The manager there was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in an hour for an inspection. He kindly told me the things I should do and explained all questions I had. He NEVER tried to push anything on me to have done to my car. Don t know how well the mechanics are but management was very pleasant.

I will not go anywhere else to have my car serviced. The manager Daniel is extremely nice and helpful. I have gotten my oil changed, tires patched and new tires placed here. They are knowledgeable and and honest and do not talk down to me because I m a woman. They explain everything clearly and always tell me exactly how it is and what I can wait on or what I need to get done asap. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Been getting oil changed here for quite a while now. They ve always done great. I just recently got my Ford Escape worked on there and it was a breeze. Daniel is a great guy and a good manager. Highly appreciate him and his crew. Communication is key! Ron was very upfront and open about the wait times for an oil change due to being short staffed. Would very much recommend the Meineke in Shelbyville for your go-to needs. Extremely professional and honest! In today's society it's very rare to find honesty anywhere but the head of the shop got my A/C going again with minimal trouble and very quickly while being honest with exactly what was wrong!
