Todd and Mike at Car Dealz were awesome. They treated my husband and I like family. Very easygoing atmosphere. Best deal I ever got on a vehicle. They made everything so easy and I love my new truck. They sold me a quality product. I will recommend them to everyone. If you want a car dealer who is going to be honest with you, this is the place to go.

I wanted a great vehicle without the new car prices and found one at Car Dealz and boy am I glad I did! They have superior customer service and the support they give exceeds any dealership I have experienced. They have earned my respect and business from now on. If you want white glove service, look no further. Mike had a loaner warmed up and ready for me while my vehicle was getting serviced and Todd let me take the vehicle with a down payment! They provided the best customer service experience!

We were looking for the best used vehicle we could find that rated very high on the reliability scale. Everything I was interested in was at least 90 miles away and then I found two that I liked right here in my backyard. Todd treated us great and we found what we wanted at a very respectable price. BEST car buying experience I've had in all my years of dealing with used car lots. Thanks Todd and Thank You Car Dealz! I am absolutely loving my 4Runner. I would definitely recommend checking them out first if you are looking for a quality vehicle at a great price.-Tony

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was in need of a new car after a month of getting one, I visited car dealz in hope for my next car,Upon arriving, we were greeted at the door by Todd who was more than willing to help. He let me test drive the 2 cars I was interested in and he was able to finance me (I m never able to get a loan) but he made it happen! The banter between him and his coworker was also just the cherry on top and made the day and experience so much better.Thank you for everything!

My wife and me purchased a Solara from this business and the two guys that were working there were really enjoyable to be around. They were professional and friendly, and helped me get a loan even though my credit isn t the best. They have some nice looking vehicles, good prices, and treat you well. Definitely would recommend.

I had no idea the car buying experience could be so nice!!! Todd was my salesman and I actually enjoyed the experience! He answered every question I had about the cars I looked at. He s very knowledgeable and actually deserves a medal for riding with me while I did the test drives! The entire staff was really friendly too. I d recommend Car Dealz to anyone who s in the market for a used car.

I have never did business with car dealers that is as honest as the owner of this Car Dealz. I am from Ohio but I have family in Shelbyville and I have bought two cars from there never did have any trouble out of them. I recommend this car dealer if you have met the owner and the uncle you have met too great people.

I just recently purchase my new vehicle from Car Dealz. Mr. Murphy and Mr. Todd have always been very hospitable and transparent with what they re willing to sell. Always willing to go out their way to best accommodate their guest and that s what makes them the best business men in the automotive sales business. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Go get your car now from Car Dealz. As Mr. Todd would say, they re selling cars like candy bars. So don t be like me and miss out on a great opportunity to purchase your new vehicle today!

Before even becoming a customer of Car Dealz, I was able to test drive my prospective purchase thoroughly and with great trust from the Car Dealz team. I was even allowed to keep the van overnight to ensure it was a good fit for my family. It was, and I proceeded the next day with the purchasing process. The process felt like dealing with a family member. I had discussions with both of the business owners, and their personal and professional honestly/integrity was second to none. They were very upfront and open about what they needed to make some money on the deal. I was blown away by their transparency, and it resulted in negotiations that were fair to both parties.Bottom line, these are great guys to deal with, and they will treat you right from test drive, to negotiations, to purchase.

Bought a F150 recently from Car Dealz, Todd was the salesman. Very friendly and communicative, he even picked me up from the airport that morning! Good group of guys working in there.

This is a great place to buy a car. I went here not knowing what to expect. When I first asked about a car, the first thing Don did was tell me about a problem with the car I was interested in. He then went on to give me the details about the car which I eventually purchased. This straightforwardness and honesty was really impressive. They were willing to put in writing that they would take care of the problem at their expense. Kevin was also honest and easy to work with during the paperwork part of the process. He is a Christian and was very personable. They gave me a more than fair price and clearly cared that I was confident and felt good with whatever decision I reached. All in all I couldn't recommend this place more based on my experience so far. I still have to get the minor mechanical problem taken care of by the dealer so will update my review based on their level of followup with that but overall I can't find one issue with this experience. I got a great deal on a great car. Will be back in the future.

I purchased a vehicle from Car Dealz. I drove the vehicle twice, from the car lot to home in Frankfort, Ky., then from Frankfort, Ky. to Louisville, Ky. I had parked the car at my son s house and the next morning it would not start. I immediately called my salesman at Car Dealz. He was very apologetic and insisted he wouldn t leave me hanging. He stated this numerous times and stated they wouldn t have had any idea something was wrong with the car and he wanted to make it right! He never offered to have it towed but wanted me to have it towed to their garage. I also explained I needed transportation back to Frankfort, Ky. I was told he would get back with me but he never returned my calls. I had the vehicle towed back to the car lot and my son took me home to Frankfort, Ky. Weeks went by and no one called me in reference to the vehicle s condition, my phone calls to Car Dealz would not be returned. I finally found out the car needed a new engine but still no help was offered. Again, phone calls would not return and weeks went by with no communication. I eventually hired an attorney to have the deal completely dissolved. I was out a considerable amount of money for attorney fees and a warranty on the car.

Car Dealz was a pleasure to deal with and made the car buying Experience easy and enjoyable. Dustin took the time to explain everything and not rush the deal like some places do. Great people honest and fair. Highly recommend!

The reviews here are NO LIE!! The entire team is a group of stand-up guys! I usually never purchase from used car dealerships due to most of them being shady at best. THESE GUYS ARE THE EXCEPTION in my opinion. It has only been a week since my purchase, but so far, the ride is awesome! 2012 Lexus RX350BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!** Update - car had an issue - Car Dealz stood by their product and made it right **** Update - car has been great. Drove it to FL and back, IL and back, and TX and back. Aside from the minor issue upon purchase, I had to align the wheels.... that's it.
