First let me say that everyone I interacted with was kind, courteous and seemed to be knowledgeable. My wife had a blowout due to dry rot. Tripple A came and put our spare on. (Big SUV. Nissan Armada) When we took it in we were told all the remaining tires were dry rotted. Had all to all 4 replaced. $900+ unexpectedly is never a good day. I suppose the only thing that gives me pause is that they didn t ask or offer to put the spare back underneath the vehicle. I assumed they did so I didn t notice until I got back home. I can t get under there due to health issues.

Awesome service! Got me in and out within an hour on a Friday. Mike has great customer service and really know how to treat the customers with respect. He actually treats people like humans and not just another number coming through to get a tire repaired or replaced. Super ecstatic that I came to Big O Tires today. Thank you so much for the amazing service.

Hello. I asked for 4 new Cooper Endeavor Tires and asked for an alignment. I received what I asked for. But then I was charged $140 for a tire protection plan that was not disclosed. My husband called and got a refund on the $140 for service that I didn't ask for. Please be specific with customers when dropping off vehicles. We had great experience in the past but unfortunately this will be our last visit at Big O.

Fast, In-N-Out service, very friendly, staff, and competitive pricing. I highly recommend this team to people local. Had a blowout and they were the first people to get me in and taken care of and back on the road.

Went to Big O Tires with a braking issue. Matt was able to diagnose the issue after speaking with us for several minutes. The parts were delivered and vehicle was fixed in a short amount of time. Smart, knowledgeable people and good customer service. Highly recommended!

Was headed from Georgetown Indiana to hollerwood off road park in red River Gorge, 2023 Black Friday @700 am, I removed the trailer tire that had blown out right as I passed by the gene snyder, your crew was the best, great service in all areas from the front door entering, to the front door leaving, was able to make it to the park about the same time as all of the others that were driving along with me, Wheeled all day, 29 minutes from when I entered, I walked out with my new trailer tire.. and to top it off, it was an oddball size 14 trailer tire and in stock .

Outstanding!!Great group of folks! Took very good of me and my car after I blew out my tire on these KY hwys! Got me in and out quickly. Discovered another issue while it was there and fixed it also at a great price. I could not be happier. It s a great place to go especially if your working out of town like I was.

I was happy with the front office girl she was very nice and knowledgeable. But my satisfaction stops there. Too many things to list here but the main issue was thst I was told my daughters car needed back brakes badly. I was quoted over $500 for this and declined. I later called two other shops and gave them the exact specs I was told by big o. Both of those places quoted me around. $129 for the same service. Plus after we left my daughter reported her car was now pulling to the left badly. I called and asked for assistance from big o and was told she needed new tires in addition to two I just had replaced. Took it to another shop which made a simple 5 minute adjustment. I was very unimpressed with the service provided by big o but again the staff was friendly

Nicest and most professional shop and workers I ve ever encountered ! I had a screw in my tire and was scared I d have to buy a new tire . But they were able to fix it and send me on my way! I will be back for all of my auto needs!

Highly recommend Big O tire. Great friendly staff who treats you with respect and no high pressure sales talk. My sales rep was Stephen who explained every option of tires they had that fit my vehicle. From regular street tires to off road s. have a 4x4 that I occasionally drive through my field s. When I dropped my vehicle off for them to install the tires I expected they would have it most of the day. Within a couple of hours I received a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Therefore I highly recommend them.

Had wonderful service, had to have a nail removed from tire and since I ve been a BigO customer in past he as a courtesy, did not charge me.The employees at this location are very efficient and know what they are doing,Michael Phillips I believe was the person I dealt with, and he couldn t have been nicer. Friendly and helpful

I ordered a set of tires after discovering significant wear on mine. They called me as soon as the tires arrived and told me to drop in whenever it was convenient. When I arrived, I expected to have to make an appointment because they seemed busy. I was in and out in less than an hour. They provided excellent, friendly service, and it was quick and convenient.

Big O tires are #1 in my opinion. They really got me out of a bind. I was out of state when I had a wheel speed sensor go out on my vehicle and it needed an alignment. It would have never made it home without it be fixed. Be Big O's took my vehicle immediately as a walk in customer and in just a couple hours later it was fixed and ready to go. It was a great price also. Especially in the predicament was in. Lots of places would have tried to upcharge me being I was out of state and needed it done quickly. Big O's did not. They still gave me their every day great price. Thanks Big O's. Your professional service and quick work was greatly appreciated.

Had an appointment to get my tires rotstated and air pressure checked before heading out on a road trip. Was in and out in under 45 minutes. Staff was kind, polite and easy to work with. Was very pleased by my experience.

We had a tire that was gashed in the sidewall due to a rock that my wife hit. I called them before lunchtime and they got me scheduled, a new tire ordered, installed and out the door before 7:00 pm that evening. Excellent service, great warranty, good people! It s where I buy and will continue to get all of my tires!

These guys are awesome! Very kind and professional! I came in with a nail in my tire and then had some other issues pop up. Not only did they fix my tire, they spent so much time figuring out what my other issues were. They didn t try to sell me on anything but gave me some answers to take to my mechanic! And the best part, didn t charge me anything! Thank you to Jackson and the team! You guys rock!

Refused to even look at my van because it s a diesel. I understand not being able to work on diesel motors, but I just needed my heater blower replaced. Went to another shop down the street and got it replaced right away

While traveling across the country, I had a flat tire. Fortunately, it happened near you. Within one hour of arriving at your shop, I left with two new tires mounted, balanced and installed, along with a new stud that I had sheared installing the spare tire. I was taking my son to his first UK football game when we blew a tire on. Saturday afternoon. I ended up replacing all four ties and the Big O staff had our car ready in 90 minutes, we ended up making the game on time. They also reached out to me the following day to make sure everything was fine.

I came in for a nail in my tire. The tech who signed me in was friendly and prompt. He gave me some helpful advice on the features of my vehicle, as it related to the tire issue I had. Turned out there were actually two nails in the tire. The tire was repaired in about a half an hour and the repair was free of charge, much to my surprise. The checkout process was fast and efficient. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely return.

I bought some new tires an oil change and they checked my brakes that I had been having trouble with. My calipers were disintegrating. They showed me the brakes explained the problem and the parts. Very nice to deal with.

I came in Oct 5th for a tire patch, the 3 guys at the desk was very nice, best customer service I ever had at a car shop, they did a great job on my tire, and gave me some great advice on how to keep my old Honda running great! There Awesome !!
