I wanted to get an upgrade on my exterior lights for my 2016 jeep wrangler. They ordered the parts that I wanted and kept me informed with the tracking details. Chad then contacted me that fed ex tried to deliver the parts , but they couldn't. Chad actually ended up going to the fed ex hub in Louisville and picking them up. I dropped my jeep off this morning and with in 4 hours I was going to pick it up. They even shined up my fenders for me. I 100% recommend baileys and will definitely be back.

Came in for spark plugs and power steering, the Full inspection found some other issues that we were able to take care of on the spot.Great communication, fantastic service, and fair price for the work they put in. Went above and beyond, we will be back. :)

They were great! Best place I have ever gotten my oil changed at. They had very reasonable affordable prices. They were thorough in checking everything that my car might need.They had friendly, nice and professional vibes.Plus a comfortable lobby.My now go-to place for an oil change or any other car needs in that area!

My brakes started giving out while taking my son to school Tuesday morning. Chad got my car in within the hour andgave my daughter and I a ride home so we didn t have to wait. He had answers and an estimate for me an hour later. Everything was explained in detail and work was started right away. I had my car back in just over 24 hours and am thrilled with the quality of work. The team was super personable and best of all, the business in Christian-owned and operated! Will absolutely be using Bailey s Service Center for all my future needs!

Fast and reliable service. I have been going to Bailey s for many years. Everyone was very friendly, and nice. This is a top notch family owned business. In an Era where good service is not the norm, Chad & his crew have repeatedly given great service! I have a 13 year old car & Baileys has it running like new! They even washed & cleaned it! I can recommend them highly!

Baileys was wonderful getting our expedition taken care of. They got us in quickly and fixed our suv three next day! Chad and their mechanic Aaron explained everything that was going on and let us know what was most needed done, and what could be done now or could wait. There was no pressure to fix everything listed as you often feel at car mechanic shops. Would absolutely bring our cars back to them!

I am so glad we chose Bailey s it was not any easy fix on our vehicle but they got the job done and made sure we got the best possible deal on a rare part we needed. It was a bit of a hike for us because we live in Louisville, but totally worth it, I think we would be trading in the van if we had gone anywhere in Louisville. Highly recommend.

Had a problem come up with our family van and Baileys was able to help us within the hour! We got an alternator replaced in under 3 hours and solved our problem. They were very professional and polite and didn t mind that we had to wait with our 5 children! Will definitely return for future car related issues.

During a long road trip and having problems with brakes and a flat tire, we were still able to make it to our destination with the help of the very friendly and professional people at Baileys. They replaced one of my locked brake calipers, charged my A/C, and all within a very reasonable amount of time, and the price could not be beaten. Thank you!

I have never been so impressed! Everyone was so kind, professional, and very personable! After taking my car in for an oil change they looked over everything and sent me a very detailed report with photos to let me see what they found, and how it needed to be fixed! I had such a wonderful experience. So if you are needing any work done on your vehicle or looking a good honest shop you should definitely take it to Baileys!

I took my wife s Toyota Camry in for an oil change and couldn t be happier with the service. It only did they change the oil they rotated the tires and inspected all the fluids. Pretty much checked the car over for any issues. Thanks Bailey s Service Center!

I took my truck there and it wasn t running and they did diagnostics and found the pcm was bad and with the age of the truck it was a really hard part to find but they stayed with it and kept me informed and they were finally able to find it and got it fixed and it is running better than ever now. I really appreciate their expertise and personalized service I received and will be a customer from now on. My battery light came on and I took it to AutoZone who informed me that it was my alternator. He referred me to Baileys and I went over there. While they couldn t get me in that day since it was almost closing time they did fix my car the next day and were very professional and checked my car to make sure it was my alternator. Brought my car in for a crazy shake that I had and they found out I needed new brakes. Super quick and super affordable! While they had my car, they did an over all vehicle inspection and pointed out some other things that I may want to have done later down the road. I was so pleased with my first visit that I was back a week later having my valve cover gaskets replaced. The service advisors are awesome and really friendly. They send you a link to your phone with pictures and different things that they found during the inspection. Also have a link to pay so you can pick up after hours. It's not easy finding an honest, family owned auto repair shop. I ve been going to Baileys since I moved to Shelbyville and my older car has always had a few issues recently they had a change of owners and I ve gotta say other than the decor in the office it still feels super neighborly! I love the small town feel of these mechanic shops, makes it feel like you re their friends! I ve had such luck with calling same day and being seen and if not same day it never feels like an extreme amount of waiting. They do right by people and it feels like I m not just a change purse to them!

My husband and I took both of our vehicles to Bailey s to be serviced. We have been nothing but pleased with the services and repairs that they provided. My husband s BMW needed more in depth work done. Not only were the mechanics thorough, the owner Chad was honest and very transparent with each diagnosis of our vehicles. I would highly recommend Bailey s service to anyone. My experience with Baileys was amazing. Something was wrong with my suv and they diagnosed the problem immediately (my valve gasket) they got the job done the same day. Good price for the amount of work they had to do. Chad (worker) was very nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone in shelbyville that needs auto repair done fast and done the right way!

I am so grateful for Chad and his crew! I was having issues with my air and was on crunch time to get it done! I was able to drop off my vehicle before they even opened in the morning, they ran a full spectrum inspection on my whole vehicle within a couple hours, gave me a quote and sent all the information and pictures straight to my phone. He is very pleasant and helpful and professional and even had my vehicle back the same exact day before the work day was over!!! His communication was excellent. He let me know the progress of my vehicle so I could plan ahead of time if there were any issues they ran into. I highly recommend for any vehicle issues and will definitely return for any future work!!! Thanks Baileys!

I have moved out of Louisville and Baileys Service Center is now my go to shop. Very impressed with the family atmosphere and professionalism. I always try to support locally owned businesses. This shop definitely deserves the 5 star rating. I will be bringing my other 2 vehicles in for service when needed. Liked the text to pay option .
