I ve had my Taurus in for several different issues. They went beyond the expected repair for a fair price in the time they promised. Also reliable towing services including transporting car to dealer if necessary. They re my first choice in Scottsville.

If I could give lower stars I would. They treated me like I was in the wrong when the dented my bumper and now my truck doesn t run. It was when I dropped it. Just needed the brakes worked on now something is wrong with the comp I think they re just out to screw people over. I ve been trying to get a hold of the boss of the store for days now and have had no response at all. Nothing. They made my wife cry and tried to get aggressive with her.

Do NOT go here for anything ! Left my vehicle with them so they could do a consignment sale for me as we moved out of state and it needed work done to it. They were not only supposed to fix it so I could get full asking price they were also supposed to PAY ME ONCE THE VEHICLE SOLD .They called me a few days after someone had wanted to purchase . (I had the title in my possession, they said in order for them to sell it they needed the title (obviously) so within 4 days they had the title . The person purchasing the vehicle was going to return once they had the title October 3rd I called to make sure every thing went well and there title had been received , they informed me it had and the buyer was going to be in that Thursday . October 5th he came to buy the vehicle . Leaving them with their cut and mine . October 6th I called to make sure everything went smooth and Debbie had informed me that she would be mailing the check Monday . Monday October 9th the post office was closed (holiday ) . I called Tuesday October 10th to make sure she in fact mailed the check . Was informed the check had been mailed and I should be expecting it within in the next few days . October 13th still no check . I spoke with Debbie and was told the check had to come from the boondocks of Kentucky , to Pennsylvania and it would take more than 4 days when I asked for proof of mailing I was told there was no proof and that I didn t ask for a receipt .October 16th I called again , to avail only to be told the check was definitely mailed . I was given a check number and asked her to confirm the address she had supposedly mailed the check to . I called the post office in the boondocks of Ky and asked about how long it would take for regular mail to come from Scottsville to Pa . Was told 4 days 5 max.Today October 20th I still have not received my payment . And conveniently Debbie is out of the office until Monday . No one else can help me because it is strictly a Debbie question Be aware ! They re crooks ! They sold my vehicle , had no intention of paying me , and now I m out a vehicle and the money for it !

They over charged us for our uhaul, they parked the uhaul on a grassy Sloap where it was almost impossible to pull out and almost got stuck in the ditch. The uhaul was not properly looked over, had the wrong gas amount, no contract left in the uhaul like said, the gas was a quarter tank lower than they said so we wrote the correct gas level, filled it up to that level, wrote the mileage on a piece of paper and stuck it in the box with the key drop off, they still charged us extra for this, we where under the mileage originally estimated and again charged extra. Nice people, but they do not take care of their vehicles and do not report correct information thus overcharging customers. Be aware if you decide to use this uhaul destination.

Based on my personal experience and opinion, if you need a basic oil change or brake work, the service is decent. I had my brakes done here and had good experience with affordable price. My second experience a few months later wasn't great. I had a check engine light with several codes coming up. After paying them to fix the issues, the car ran rougher than when I brought it in. I decided to take a particular dealership which one lady talked negatively about that place as if to discourage me from getting a second opinion. After taking it to a dealership, I found one of the parts they put on was faulty. I took the part back to Trent's who said they couldn't refund as it was exchange only as per the vender. Honestly, I don't believe them as I've had parts returned before in other instances. When I paid for the work with my debit card, an extra fee of almost $60 was added on. The lady said it was a debit card fee, which I didn't pay before when I used my card for my brakes a few months before. If so, that would be a higher percentage for a debit card fee than usual. I paid cash to avoid the fee, but it seemed suspicious. To add, some of the mechanics aren't friendly or thoroughly explain what they are doing or think the problem is. Most information is filtered through the ladies in the office. Also, I wasn't called back in a timely manner several times for an update on my vehicle.

First time I brought my truck in for new tires they broke a wheel sensor and let it roll around in the tire. Brought it back because of the noise inside the tire and they charged me again. Needless to say I have a low tire light that always stays on my dash now. Second time I brought four tires to be swapped out and put on the rims. That was kinda pricey for the task.One week later I bring one tire back because it leaked and was charged another $25.00. Will find another establishment.

I will never take any of my cars here again. Not only are they rude when you go in, but I took my car in for a brake pad change because my car was noticeably squeaking and/or grinding when braking. They charged like $20 to look at it, took it for a drive, and said they couldn t replicate the noise. My car was grinding as I went down the hill out of their parking lot. Not even a week later, my brakes locked up and I SOMEHOW made it to BG so someone could actually fix them. They said that I had absolutely no brake pads left. I didn t even bother to call and get my money back because based on past reviews, they don t seem to be the type to admit when they messed up. I m just thankful that I didn t get in a car wreck due to their laziness/negligence.

Thank you for repairing my heater coil hose. The main issue was just finding one and getting it. Everyone else was busy and my truck broke down on HWY 31 They took time to help me and get me back on the road to Louisville. I really appreciate the service.

Worst Business Ever... this garage sold me a lemon and refused to give me a refund even though i requested it within 24 hours. they continually lied to me and told me different stories of who had the car. Car is so bad need 1500 dollars of work to be safe and that doesnt include the body work or the nice to have work done on it. havent even had the car for a month and it is being junked because it requires that much work to be done to it. owner and front office staff are extremely rude and will lie about anything and everything. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!

Extremely nice people but, they messed our truck up. They put two new tires on the back and moved the old tires to the front. They didn't tighten our luggage nuts all the way so we almost lost a tire. And then we ended up losing a lug nut on a tire due to them not tightening it all the way. And then to top it off they broke a valve stem on one of our new tires. Just a horrible experience for us.

Ladies don t take your vehicles here!!!! Spoke with Trent on the phone pertaining an over tighten oil drain plug that his business changed the oil in. I was simply trying to mediate for a friend since they were so rude to her when she contacted them herself . He preceded to talk down to me cause I was female . I told him that I had over 30 years experience automotive mechanics . He then began yelling at me telling me then I messed her car up, because I was a female . When I hadn t ever touched her car. His name calling and hanging up on me was so unprofessional. Again don t take your car here . Men who assume women don t know about cars and try to take advantage of them should be ashamed .

This shop put 2 used tires on my wife's van. My first mistake was not checking them when she got home. 1 week later, I'm on the side of the road changing one of them. There was a plug in the shoulder of the tire, which is not legal to do. I will plaster this everywhere so that everyone knows. I don't normally do negative reviews like this, but anyone willing to jeopardize a person's life like that deserves it. Do not, I repeat, do not send anyone here. Friend or enemies deserve better.

Hate to leave a bad review, but they had my vehicle for 3 months. Head gasket needed to be repaired. When I got it back, after more than six weeks, it was messed up worse than when it was taken in. We had to hunt down the part (sensor) and they still couldn't repair it. Sent my ride to another county and had to go pick it up myself. Very poor service.

Literally when NO ONE and I mean no one could fix what was wrong with my 2014 Jeep Patriot Trents Garage DID !!! I m not sure why they have some bad reviews because they are down to earth friendly people !! Thank you thank you to Trent & Adam and the rest of the crew for making my Jeep run right again !!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Trents Garage !

This is the worst business I have ever seen. Completely unprofessional, they do not call when they say they will. I had to call them everyday to see what the status was on my car. Their waiting room is filthy and not air conditioned. I paid over $375 and my car still isn t fixed. An absolute joke

Had them recently replace the ac compressor and they did a amazing job the ac is ice cold again and the cost was lower than I had expected which made my day even better so thank you all up at Trents despite yalls negative reviews I appreciate the honest work yall did

The Team is amazing at their jobs. Debbie runs the office and is always on the ball with getting the vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Going back for all my vehicles to be worked on.

Trent's garage was great did the work they promised did it on time and save me lots of money the other shops wanted twice as much and they did it for half the amount I would recommend for anybody to go there and check them out first before you go anywhere else

The worst service I've ever seen in my life I went to have my truck dueled out they cut the Cadillac converter off and run it straight every joint they welded lakes I can't even drive my truck now it's illegal and you can't stand the fiends and now they won't answer the phone I run a business myself this is awful business stay away from this garage

Go here for the service not the aesthetics. It'll fool ya, but these are decent people/ mechanics for the money & minor jobs!
