Drove over two hours to look at UTVs here. Came back the next day and purchased. Great place, extremely nice people. Future purchases will definitely be made here. Will recommend to anyone. It's refreshing to see business being done this way - honest, quick no-pressure and friendly. They have me as a customer for life.

Called one day asked about getting a tire put on a rim I had already taken off, guy that answered said yea shouldn t be a problem. Showed up a day or 2 later, upon entering the place I wasn t welcomed at all, more like they had a look of what are you doing here. I politely told them what was going on and that I had called and asked earlier in the week. They rudely told me they weren t expecting a tire , acted like they didn t want to help in general. So I didn t push the situation any further bc I didn t want to give them my business. I was trying to help a mom and pop type store out but I got better more friendlier service that very same day right down the road at lost river power sports in bowling green Ky.

Don't take anything to this so called shop! Especially anything that is nice and you would like to keep that way. They will destroy your stuff and wont replace or replicate it. Took an immaculate motorcycle wheel to have a new tire installed and not only did they take big chunks out of my powdercoat, but decided to take it upon themselves to spray paint the damage tryn to cover it up. Never mentioned a word to me about it . Upon inspection of my wheel I found the damage and the halfass repair. The shop owner offered to paint the entire wheel, which I instructed him not to and that I would pick my wheel up the next week. Arrived to pick up my ruined wheel and he did exactly what I asked not to be done and painted my wheel. In doing so he removed my brake rotor that I told him not to, and not only lost the one of the shims but replaced it with some piece of copper and now my floating rotor is stuck. I told the owner I was not at all satisfied with this and something needed to be done to make it right. Either pay to have it re powdercoated or pay for the new wheel that I ultimately had to order due to the piss poor service and lack of respect for customers belongings. Stood there and looked at me like I was in the wrong or something. Refused to offer any payment or promise to pay for the powdercoat that I now have to have redone. I will never be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to have anything done to go elsewhere . Worst experience I've ever had with a power sport shop ever, and I have been riding and having work done for over 15 years. All in all a 30-40$ tire change ended up costing me over 700$ after I had to purchase a new wheel and rotor.

I went there to buy a tire after another business ruined a brand new tire I purchased. They had the tire in stock and installed it on the wheel in 5-10 minutes. Great customer service!

Very nice place! The owner was very knowledgeable about his products and even his suggestions to my son and I. He is worried more about my child being safe than making a dollar. Very professional!
