It was a pleasure dealing with the owner Dwight. He went above and beyond to accommodate to our specific needs and got us in quickly compared to others that said it would be months. The work was perfect. Only issue was it took wayyy longer to get our vehicle back but I think some of that had to do with the ice/snow storm but thankfully our insurance company extended our rental.

I'm not sure why, but this shop completely ghosted us, for lack of a better term. I called Wednesday morning and spoke to a guy about seeing if someone could come out and give us an estimate on our inoperable vehicle. They said they had an appt between 9-10am and would come out before 11am. Didn't happen. My husband called around 230pm and spoke to a woman who didn't seem to know the details of what we had discussed earlier. She said she'd call the original person we spoke with and have them call us back. That also didn't happen. We called two more times before they closed and they just didn't pick up. They have great reviews on here, but my experience was not good at all. Our children can't even stay with us because we're down to one working vehicle and we can't even find any reliable shops in the area!

Had a couple of places on my brand new truck with slight body damage they took care of flawlessly.Did a fantastic job of matching the paint without a trace.Very fair price and friendly.Definitely recommend Dwight's.

Dwight is an honest, skilled professional. He will take care of you and get your vehicle back into great shape. He will battle the insurance company with you to make sure you don't get ripped off. My family will only go to Dwight for any collision repairs.
