Was threatened by an employee Sheldon s. Because he didn't want to do his job ! He had to call a women from the Russellville rd store to do it for him and when she instructed him on what to do he even wouldn't listen to her and prolonged the process and kept telling us that our return had to by returned at a different location because he didn't want to work at his he played dumb and had to call others to do his job ! They didn't want to work the two employees that where in there. Sheldon was sitting on the ladder when we walked in talking to his buddy then when he was put on hold kept talking to his buddy about his other his buddy didn't want to dine in at Mexican just talking about their dinner plans . I have been a cashier before and have never received such awful service ! We where waiting he was like " I have done pleanty of returns as if we did something wrong . We didn't say a word to him but that we have the receipt the online reciept order number the packaging and the part They don't want to work He even was like " I really don't want to have to call Tyler"! Like come on. There is more but I'll be contacting customer service and figure out how to get ahold of their buddy Tyler .

Worse place around if i wanted advanced specifically id go to another town they employee do not no what customer service is an this even applies to tyler the newest manager he can t help with lug nuts let alone run the store

Showed up at 12 saw a sign that said out to lunch, I figured they would be back at 12:30, nope going on 1 and have seen 4 different customers pull in and leave.

Walked in the door, waiting for help. No one came, so I left and went to another parts house. Customer service is severely lacking.

Stopped in for some wipers and some coolant for my a/c and didn't even have to go find anything! I stated what I needed and the gentleman at the counter was on it AND he found me the best deal! I also had a great chat with a lady that works there and by the time we were done talking the guy had my blades put on and a phone number to call for a mobile mechanic I've been needing!! WOW! I'm impressed!! GREAT job everyone!!

They ain't got a clue what parts you need. If you need help figuring it out, go to O'Reilly Autoparts, at least they know what they're talking about!

On 1/18/19 at 3 pm entered the store in need of fuses. Two employees and no other customers. They were chatting each other up. Neither one asked if I needed help. Left to go to O'Reilly's where I know I will get good customer service.

The best place in town to get the auto parts you need, and the staff is amazing. Christina is my go to when I'm there and she is always a great help

Manager said limited lifetime warranty was only good for one time exchange.I had a 48 dollar distributor cap warranted one time he said that after that i had about 30 days seem like they can do what they want to never had a problem with the older guys that worked thier before.i shop somewhere else

Didn't have part I needed and they weren't able to get it at all. It was just a pcv valve and surprised me it wasn't obtainable.

Very good selection of in-stock products at a reasonable price. Perks program coupons are a plus. Knowledgeable friendly staff.
