Very helpful and good customer service. Easy to find what you are looking for. Products are priced a little higher than their competition but I would rather pay more and get help from someone who knows many different things about automobiles than go to a parts place and the person behind the desk not know anything about vehicles and usually have to make a second trip to parts place just to get the right part you need. Good job on having employees whom have knowledgable experience about vehicles that really means a lot to a customer.

My husband and I usually do business with this business and have for several years in Lexington,Kentucky. Yesterday we stopped and purchased brake shoes and rotors for our car and started to put them on today and they had given us the wrong brake shoes, so my husband took them back and even took one of the old shoes off the car so they would make sure to give him the correct ones and when he got home and started to put them on the car they were the very same thing he already took back. To add to the aggravation it's an hour to the store one way from where we live and gas isn't cheap now days. I don't normally get upset about such things but when you take an old part to make sure you get the right product it's really nerve wracking.

Great guys. It is nearly impossible to find a place that turns rotors any more, these guys not only offer that service but make sure it's done right. The rotors I had were out pretty bad but they ran them several times on the machine to make sure they were right.
