Excellent service! The battery in my vehicle is difficult to get to (to say the least) and it was 95 degrees outside when I stopped to get a new battery. The employee checked my battery to make sure that was the problem before i purchased a new battery and installed the new one for me quickly. Definitely recommend them!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and help in any way they can even come out to car and show you were a part on the car is that you can locate yourself and tell you if its going to be a hard job to do. Thanks guys.

I took my car to be hooked on the machine and it's like my car needed everything from an alternator to oxygen sensors which I think if you're a woman and you go to advanced Auto I think they try to take advantage of women out there. there is just a lot of young boys working that don't know much about a vehicle and tell women anything to get them to buy stuff I think my opinion. Prices are high. But I love my new wipers..

Decent selection, pricing can be a bit high at times but you can usually order online for pickup and save 20% or so with coupon codes. Has certainly got me out of some sticky automotive situations with their tool lending and parts.

Store is generally clean and well stocked. If a part isn't on hand they can usually get it for you within a day or two. Their Autocraft brand tools have a lifetime warranty.Their prices are generally higher than other places though, particularly for fluids, so do some price checking at different stores if you're buying bulk amounts of something like engine oil or transmission fluid.

Employees could be more knowledgeable on automobiles and parts. On several occasions now i go pick up a part for my truck, when I go work on it I have been given the wrong part
